I called to get a quote to move a container 100’ on my property. They quoted me almost $400. I told her I was going to check around and she said “good luck”. When people have an attitude like that I will never use their business. Called around and got it done for half price. Good luck with your business!

Their driver Tony was amazing. They made a bad situation better. He didnt try to make us pay more than we needed to and was timely at getting our truck to where it needed to go. I appreciate his honesty and friendliness.

This place is awesome! We had a semi truck abandoned in Phoenix. They got the call to retrieve it. We are located out of southeast Missouri. When we got out there to pick up it up to take it home, they were awesome with helping us and very friendly. If I ever need services again, I will definitely be calling them!! 👍👍

I did not come here because I needed to but because I had to. My mothers car got totaled and the car was impounded here. First of all the address listed in the cops address data base was wrong. When I arrived to their old place I called the number and they gave me the new address. After optimistically driving to the next area, conveniently located only 5 minutes away I was informed that this was in fact the wrong location again. Even after explaining clearly the situation the first time and offering the same explanation the second time we were finally off to the correct destination, only 45 minutes away now. I have no idea why there is such a disconnect with their corporate office and I can only assume everyone we interacted with from this company had such a poor attitude because the company treats them like their employees. I would not even wish this upon my worst enemies nor even Satan

I called and talked to Shawna, explained that we had a semi truck blow a front steer tire on the freeway and was on the rim with a dps officer behind him who wanted the truck towed 1/2 mile off the freeway. Shawna was very professional and they responded very quickly. Would definitely use them again in the future for our towing needs.

My company truck blew the serpentine belt on the I17. Called Unique and they were there and had me loaded within am hour. Charles was quick, professional, thorough and offered me water as it was 110 out! Highly recommend and will use them in the future both for my personal and company needs! Very pleased!

I called them to tow a semi from the side of the highway to the International Dealer Ship in Phoenix. I had zero problems with the tow truck guy, he was prompt, courteous and did a good job getting our truck where it needed to go. My problem however is, we paid for a service and 17 days later we still have no receipt or invoice to show for it. We called the office at least once a day for the last 10 days, we have gotten hung up on and sent to Vm after VM with no solution and still no invoice. I have sent 2 emails and have not gotten any response. No one returns our calls or voicemails. Totally unprofessional and zero customer service. We as a company will never use this tow service again.

I Called this company to move our Shipping container and it was 30 days prior to when we needed it moved.gave them the details on the phone we made arrangements for this to be moved on 19 November. They called on November 18 and said it was going to be a lot more money than I was quoted and said that they couldn’t do it with their trucks. The driver was very rude on the phone. We were lied to in the very beginning. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were quoted a price of $275, today when he called he said he would have to charge us by the hour.

These wonderful people made a great experience out of a really bad situation. We were unfortunately struggling to get a tow when our 32ft Class A RV’s engine seized. The type of tow we needed was very specific and unfortunately very few companies were able to come out on such short notice. Porter and Brad in dispatch went above and beyond to get someone out to us as soon as possible. I cannot say enough how helpful they were. And then the wonderful driver showed up, Ted. He was so kind and unbelievably helpful. He MADE the experience so smooth and took amazing care of our RV. The spot we wanted to drop the RV off at was a pretty tight fit. So we were very nervous to say the least. BUT Ted maneuvered his 85ft truck around WITH our RV on it like it was nothing. Very very profofessional and just wonderful people. This is also called Deer Valley Towing, supposedly owned by the Phoenix PD (per statement of office clerk). We came to pick up personal possessions from our vehicle that was in an accident. Our Car Registration was in the vehicle and we couldnt get into the vehicle without it. They dispatched a worker to retrieve our registration, but he could not find it. Instead of the clerk helping us get online to print out a Duplicate (like I had to when I drove home and returned an hour and a half later and paying $4), why couldnt or didnt they make this available? Customer service SUCKS! They dont have to provide CS because they are in Cahoots with a government agency. I thought they were here to SERVE the public. Lousy business practices. The photo attached tells you what type of establishment this is...this is their front office. Outside in 100° heat. Horrible!

I dont know about their business but I can sure tell you about their driver speeding down a city street tailgating me. I was also behind another large vehicle. He was so close I couldnt slow down without him hitting me and pushing me into the truck in front. Then once we turned left on to a 2 lane part of 7th ave he tried to speed around me on the right. This was at 10 am. I am still shaken at 5pm. They obviously rush everything.

I work for a towing company and broke down on the 202 freeway right before rush hour. Unique was the only company I could think of that would be able to tow our flat bed tow truck. The man that answered when I called was really nice (Im sorry I didnt get his name) he quoted a price and a time frame. Jeff was the driver of the truck that towed my tow truck and he was wonderful. Not only was he on time but he also offered information for a shop to get our truck fixed ( our regular mechanic is out of town). Jeff was not only fast and efficient but very professional and not only did he help us by getting us off the freeway and finding a mechanic, he parked our truck exactly where we needed it and informed us of another problem that we didnt even know about. Thank you so much Jeff, hopefully not any time soon, but you will always be my first and only call for heavy duty towing.

Worst experience ever. Needless to say that Friday is went to pay off storage fees and I was told the vehicle would be towed to my home the next day (Saturday) I waited and called about 2pm on Saturday just to find out they dont tow on the weekends . Ok fine I call Monday around 3pm and they said I had requested for the car to be here after 5pm which I did because I wouldnt be home until after. The guy asked if I was home I said yes he said he would call me when he got here. Its 6:01pm and nothing. Worst towing place ever!

This company is very poorly ran, Their equipment is not taken care of and all of their trucks are old, beat, not maintenanced and missing very important items so everyones safety is being jeopardized on the road. Employees are all green, new and inexperienced because they dont pay their employees and expect them to run with very little to no sleep! Unique towing is not a good company to work for or to do business with! Stay away, pay the extra money to have a reputable tow company that cares about their equipment, employees and their customers do your towing. Dont be a victim of this company!

Horrible customer service. Getting your vehicle impounded is bad enough. How ever we are very nice people and patient. From the minute you arrive the owner/manager is rude and short. Then we were the only people there to pick up impounded vehicle and we have been waiting for 43 minutes since they told us someone would be right with us. This company surely is not living up to the city of Phoenix contract. NO ONE deserves to be treated this way.

These people are a nightmare! Heaven help you if you have no choice but to get towed here. My car was totaled, towed here, took weeks to get insurance resolution. They want $550 and the title or theyll take me to court, lien every vehicle I own, wont buy the car from me to alleviate some of the debt, just want all their money and the title. Told me I should have comp/collision on a car worth about $1200. No idea what to do!

Had a car towed here and had some personal belonging in it. Once I went to get the papers out of my car and pick up the belongings they were gone. I had taken a trip to Ross and had some new things in bags. The bags were in the car but none of the stuff I bought was. When I asked Kevin the rude man you all mentioned he told me in a very defensive way that it wasnt them. Wouldnt even hear me out. He tried to tell me that the drivers are on camera 24/7. We know this isnt the case, when they pick up the vehicle and transport it to the junk yard they have plenty of opportunities to rob you blind. Dont use this company. Ive filed a complaint with the police.

My vehicle was stolen from me and taken to these worthless incompassionate money hungry vultures. They lied about the cost of getting my STOLEN vehicle out. They are only open 4 hours on weekends. This towing company recovered my vehicle after it was stolen. When I spoke to them on the phone I was treated horribly!As if I were the thief not the vehicle owner who is paying their bills!While I was there there were other victims recovering their vehicles and when asked how they were treated they mimicked my story.This is the last company in the world I would call to have tell my equipment after this experience!

Im still trying to work with this business . we are from wi and my daughter got in an accident while she was here. We never got a bill from this company and assumed our insurance took care of it. Then we get a letter from DMV with a huge abandonment charges, so I call them to find out whats going on. He said if I can come up with $500 he will make the rest go away. I told him I would but it will take me some time to get the money together. So now we have the money and go to pay it and he said the deal is off he needs 2800$ or he will take us to court and put liens on our license and property. I explained to him Im on disability and have Very little income so he reduced it to $2000. I dont understand this policy if someone can help me out with some advice. Im very skeptical of this business, they run it out of a shack in the middle of no where and you have to ring a doorbell to get someone to come to a sliding window. All the customers have to wait outside in a muddy area with a shabby fence around the cars on one side and you on the other. How do these people live with themselves? We do not have this policy in WI so Im not familiar with the laws etc here. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

We went there to recover personal items from a bad accident. This place is large. It was organized with the sign in procedure and then one of the employees drove me to the vehicle to get my items. There was a lot and he had garbage bags for me to put my stuff in. Many times these places get bad reviews. The staff was friendly and professional.

DV Towing was so unprofessional on the phone, even worse in person. When you call the office, a system picks up and directs but youre really speaking with the people who manage the office where the cars are being held. I was told wrong directions and once I told the rep he made a mistake and gave wrong directions, he hung up the call! When I called again, I told the next rep/office asociate I was lost because of the last rep giving wrong directions and she blatantly called me a liar saying she was sitting next to last rep I spoke to. Haha this towing company is obviously owned and ran by a bunch of hill billies who dont know the difference between East and West 😂😂 dont expect any good customer service and they take a long time to locate your car from the yard and an even longer time to bring your car up to the front!!! Low grade ma and pa business 👎

They are like all other towing company, they have a license to steal, prices are a rip off, but I guess when they have your vehicle and city / state contract they can charge whatever they want. So they get away with it - I would never call this company for a Vehicle tow - thats no stars

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was as patient as I could be for someone who got hit in an accident. It isnt like I had gotten a DUI or anything like that, and the guy at the window was talking to me and the help I had with me like we were insignificant, all because he has the power in the situation. If they have your personal vehicle, you are powerless to them and it puts them in a position to emotionally torture and belittle you for fun. I do not like this place. At all.

Save yourself the trouble today, if you have a phone you can call up your insurance company for another towing place to search for someone who will take responsibility for their actions- and you will sleep better tonight. Bottom line, in my scenario, it would have been better that Chandler Police impound my broke down motorhome than have these guys touch it. Don’t trust anything you own with this company.April 2016 I hired this company to transit my motorhome from one repair yard to another. Upon pickup, the driver proceeded to consider towing the unit 15 miles using the hitch (call me crazy but a 10,000 lb hitch doesn’t hold a 18,000 rig in those cases). He realized his error and rehitched correctly with the front of the rig. Then upon dropoff, the driver cut the corner too sharp and the chains ripped a gash 14 inches into my fiberglass bumper, and also in the process pushed my quarter panel piece out, broke a fog lamp and left red paint on the bumper (from their red truck or red chains- it’s very evident on a green motorhome ) and let’s not forget that the window popped out of its placement and I could see daylight through the corner. I was contacted by the manager who quickly dismissed my claims when I asked him to pay for the damages. He accused me of being in a wreck prior to being towed and that he had no responsibility over the vehicle and that I was still responsible for a portion of the tow. Quote” you can take my offer or you can pay the full amount and we’ll see you in court”. This was without any exaggeration or stretch of the word, the WORST service experience I have ever received. I lost sleep over it, my work suffered because I was so unhappy with the outcome and the damage left behind by this company. Make another call. I had been towed with another company previously that week to the Cat dealer for diagnostics. They did everything satisfactorily without damage (by the way many companies will make you sign a waiver on RVs which is utterly preposterous that they think they can write away liability) so at least request someone that will give you appropriate service and rectify mistakes when they happen. The place was to be expected for a junkyard. We had our car stolen and the police automatically contract out to these folks. After reading the horrible reviews here, I was expecting the worst. Not so. I had no trouble getting my car back, nor was anyone rude; short, maybe, but not rude. I showed my title, paid the man, and they sent someone back to get my car. They were as professional as one would expect.One thing that I will mention, though, is that they have no change, so if youre paying cash, make sure you are exact. Im sure they make a boatload of people who say keep the change then, so dont be one of those folks.Also, you cannot get there from Pinnacle Peak unless you feel like off-roading, you have to get there from Happy Valley Rd. I know, Google shows 7th St going all the way through, but it doesnt.

I wont even give it one star but I have to in order to post this review. The employers were very disrespectful to their own customers. One of the employers purposefully closed the window right in front of my face when I was trying to speak to him. The are selfish and uncaring and no one should get their cars towed to this place at all. If they keep doing this then their towing place will be closed down.

-Please Read To The End-There is a review above that said bad reviews are haters... Well this is not completely true. Earlier today someone hit my car and it was towed to their lot. Later that I day I went back to get my personal information from the car (SSC, birth certificate, medical and financial records) and they refused to let me step past the gate to get my sensitive information.One thing to note, is that, I recently moved from another state and my vehicle title is with the bank. The manager on duty would not let me collect my sensitive information without the title and after I told them I had a copy in with my files in the trunk the attendant went out to retrieve the files(although I asked many times if I could go with because I didnt want anyone else dealing with my sensitive information). The attendant returned and literally threw my keys back at me, without looking me in the eye and said thanks for wasting my time. The attendant(Kevin) was super rude and disrespectful on many levels. It took me to call what I believe to be the owner to have the office lady go a retrieve only forms that had my name on it(she only came back with my SSC). I was waiting for the documents so I could use that at the hospital for documentation with my new move to the state, even after explaining that to them they would not escort me to my car, or even hand over the folder with my files in them. I cant believe after being hit they wouldnt let me access my Car without the exact copy of my title( ID and most recent registration and police report was shown at the window upon arrival). Now, Im no hater. And I defiantly needed my car towed... However, its not Impounded or being held by law for any reason, Im waiting for insurance to look at it. And every person I dealt with on staff treated me like complete dirt and had no concern to help anyone.If anyone (including the Phoenix PD) is saying theyre going to tow your car here.... immediately tell them no and get your insurance agent on the phone to find a safer, more friendly environment.... I respect their feel for the need to protect our vehicles, however I showed proof of every sort that I owned the vehicle and it was there because of a crash and not due to it being impounded.

You can tell that they honestly hate their jobs at this location. No one was clear on what my girlfriend and I needed to do to pick up our belongings from our wrecked car. one of the drivers flipped me off at the gate for who knows what damn reason.

Absolutely worst towing company in the valley. Not helpful what so ever in giving information to where vehicle is located, RUDE over the phone, could not be a worse experience on top of getting vehicle stolen and having to deal with the hassle of telephone tough guy on the other end of the phone and even worse in person with the trolls that scream behind the window.. was a victim of a crime and then to be treated even worse upon trying to retrieve my vehicle. Not everyone that you deal with has had a dui or vehicle impounded for drugs or are criminals, just because you run a police impound yard doesnt mean staff needs to be a dick!! If my vehicle was in the middle of the desert and this was the last tow truck in the state I wouldnt use unique towing!

This tow yard is awful. We brought the release paperwork from DPS to pick up our car and they said they needed another piece of paper from DPS authorizing the release of our car. I called DPS and they said there was no such thing. After three hours of waiting they finally released our car with no explanation for making us wait three hours.

This place is TERRIBLE!! they ran y card wrong, made me go to my bank just to find out there is nothing they can do and they waisted my time. They have terrible customer service! Now I have to wait longer to get my car and come back tomorrow, I live and hour away. This is their fault and they are doing nothing to fix it
