I wanted to share a big thank you to KENNY of Priority Towing for rescuing me last week. My tire completely shredded-off on the I10. Riding on my rim, I limped off of the freeway to the nearest intersection gore point next to the airport. Airport Operations became aware, and Kenny came out to take a look at the situation. He was able to hoist up my front end using his tow truck, and changed my tire next to the intersection. I was quickly on my way, and out of a dangerous situation. Thanks again to Kenny and Priority Towing for providing a very professional and expert service. KENNY was really awesome, and I greatly appreciate his expertise and kindness in saving me.

Wayne, did an excellent job helping us get our vehicle back on the road. We were stranded at Phx Sky Harbor East Economy Lot late Sunday evening after a long day of travel delays to get home to a dead truck. I located Wayne in the parking lot helping another client and request his assistance. Although he was due to be off already he stayed and made sure to assist us in getting our vehicle back on the road so we could get home. Wayne was very professional and had a get it done attitude, absolutely awesome. I am so grateful for your service expertise!

Very professional. The gentleman that towed my vehicle took his time and loaded the vehicle properly. The vehicle I had towed is twenty years old and will definitely need a tow again one day. I have already saved Priority Towing in my contacts for when I need a tow again. I have come across the bad side of towing and it is refreshing to see it done right.

My Yukon XL’s battery wore out while parked in the airport parking lot and I had my two little kids with me. Wayne was the gentleman that came to jump my care. Since my car’s battery was so big, it’s a hard jump. Wayne worked very hard to make sure my car started. It took over 30 minutes and a lot of fiddling to finally get it started. Wayne was extremely friendly and very, very helpful. I highly recommend using their service especially if all their employees are just like Wayne. He’s AMAZING!

He was very professional and did his best to ease my worries as he had no information about where my car was going..The car repair and tow were all arranged by a third-party so this wasn’t unusual, But he made sure I was happy before he left and he got me all the contact info before he completed the job. Used this company two times now in the last 6 months. The driver and dispatch person are always really nice. I know what you are thinking, He is just lonely so he makes up excuses to call them, nope! I have an older car that is in need of towing to the mechanic that often. The lady who sent the tow truck driver to change my son’s tire was really nice. The first tow truck driver that was sent was not professional and did not have the tools needed to change the tire. So another tow truck driver had to be sent out. Took about 40 minutes. This was our first time using this company might be the last. We will see.

Came back from a 5 day trip to a dead battery. The car wouldnt start. A service driver for the airport passed us and asked if we needed help and help we did. I called a TON of tow companies around 2am for. These guys are the most reasonably priced, and my veteran long time driver Robert was so informative. This guy knows his stuff. He had me hooked up and on the road about as fast as I could park my car in a parking lane hehe. The drop off spot was also in a difficult spot, at which I offered him to just put my car in the street. He did a u-turn and backed my vehicle between another vehicle and large rv like it was nothing . I swear he could had done it with his eye closed. And from the chat along the drive we had they train all of their drivers to be highly skilled and aquire such tricky maneuvers. Best of all the pricing was MORE than fair, and they are cheaper than the others. They were also very commutative. I had them tow my car to the dealer ship close to my house later and they did so perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Today 08/23/21 my vehicle was damaged by the company an the unprofessionalism of the manager still wanted the invoice closed out with a payment of $127 stating its the only way they can cover the repairs at a shop of the companys choice being a certified mechanic I refused and demanded repairs to be done at the dealer the matter is still currently on going

I got a flat tire on the side of the road and a fellow driver pulled over and helped me change my tire we got it off and everything but I didnt have a spare and Chuck from priority towing offered up his spare but unfortunately it didnt fit so we left it propped up on the side of the road till I was able to get my tire fixed the next day.
