The owner is a great dude ...I took my 525I to him I thought it was the transmission. ..I was totally expecting to spend 3-4 thousand ...He calls me and says its the motor mounts ...Now he could have dishonest and said it was the transmission. ..After he fixed my car it drives like Im on glass and he also put on top of the line breaks ...If you drive a BMW or a Mercedes never expect to pay prices like you drive a Honda ...We drive these cars for a reason his prices were great ....instead of 4000 I walked away gladly paying 800.00 ....

Bought all my parts from them when I lived in Arizona. I blew a head on my E36 M3 and they said they can do the work but suggested I do to save me time and money that it wasnt hard considering my profession. Sometimes you might wait in the lobby a few minutes but these guys have been honest with me and very helpful in every way. I did take the head to get resurfaced and 7 bent exhaust valves fixed. With the new head gasket kit, resurface, cams removed and reinstalled, and valves replaced only $985! I did the removal and installation myself. Car still runs today. That was years ago! I recommend these guys to anyone that has a BMW

They say perception is reality. Well, I walked in a little hesitant because of its appearance and was exactly what i expected. Group of men watching tv in the back and no one at the front desk. After just standing there staring at them for about 2 minutes undetected I politely apologized to the men for interrupting their movie time and was given a dirty gaze. I asked if I could get an oil change for my e60 and was told that they only do oil changes in the mornings (understandable). No one bothered to get up from their chair to greet me. I have never been in a more awkward situation in my life lol just terrible how unprofessional my experience was.
