Was locked out of my car in the middle of the work day and didn’t want to cause a spectacle. Central Towing was very discreet and made fast work of my lockout, and it only cost $50 (compared to other towing companies within a mile of them that were quoting me $90). They did take about 45 minutes longer to get there than they originally predicted, but I appreciate the fast service and fair price.

Central Towing is fantastic! I had to make a desperate call for a jump, and Francisco arrived within twenty minutes. The price was extremely reasonable, and quite a bit cheaper than competing, similar services.The customer service was quick and friendly, as was Francisco himself. I will absolutely be giving these fine folks my return business, and referring friends that find themselves in situations like my own.Keep up the good work!

Best towing company out there drivers are always cool friendly people with alot of skill. Ive had a few experiences with these guys and they have always turned the realization of my mechanic is going to suck my wallet dry to a positive one. I dont use towing companies a whole lot, never really trusted them. Since getting locked out of my vehicle twice in one week however, here I am. They came to rescue me in record timing. Called Central Towing to have a lowered car towed to a shop, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and used nothing but professionalism, and she had the answers to every question as well as accommodated to my requests without any issues. Once the truck arrived, the driver (Freddy) was also extremely friendly and professional. He showed up 10 minutes earlier than agreed, was able to get the car loaded up and properly secured with 2 straps plus the wench in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you need a flatbed with a wench, request Freddy as your driver. You wont regret it!

They said it would be a 45 minute wait for the tow truck to arrive and that i would get a call fom the driver 15 minutes before arrival. I sat for almost an hour and a half, called them and they told me the driver was 5 minutes away. I called back and they placed me on hols for five whole minutes. Zero appology no explination for where the driver was. Went with a compnay whos driver called me immediately with a 20 minute eta. Do not do business with this unreliable company, pure dissapointment

Gilbert came to tow my car to the shop through my insurance. My roadside said an hour which i thought was perfectly reasonable for a last minute tow. All of a sudden he was here in about 20 min. Hooked my car up fast and left. Very pleased with service so far.

I just had my vehicle towed from Central Towing. The customer service was great- the person answering the phone was clear and professional and assured me that the two truck would be at my location as soon as possible. It was there shortly after the call and the operator, Francisco, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and comfortable with the knowledge that my vehicle was being properly handled. When we got to where my car was to be serviced, it was very busy, but Francisco was able to get my car into a safe position without any damage. In the confusion of getting everything in place, I didnt get a chance to properly thank him for his help. Francisco did a great, professional job and should be commended for his work Thank you!

Driver was great and showed up quickly. However, initially when calling the company they said they did not tow from that area. Automotive shop owner called them and they finally agreed to pick us up from the 1-10 and 7th street.

Tow drivers were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Incompetent. They never even showed up. I was quoted an hour and had to call back after an hour and a half when nobody had even called to say they were on their way. On that call I was told it would be another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again. Six times. Nobody even picked up. I just got a message saying their mailbox was full. Which tells me they don’t even check their voicemail. I’ll never use this company again, and you shouldn’t either.

I absolutely love this company. They arrived exactly at time they estimated, quoted me a reasonable price for the distance I needed. Equipment was very clean and new. I had Gilberto (if I remember correctly) assisted me. He was very respectful and I appreciated that he was bilingual. Very gentleman like. Let me sit in the truck with the AC on while he prepped my van.

Absolutely the worst my roadside assistance called them because I was broke down on the freeway. I called the estimated time was 20 minutes the guy called to confirm my location . The driver ended up about 15 min away somehow so I called again and the driver said he was calling dispatch to see if anyone was closer well instead of that he canceled my tow . If I ever need a tow or a friend needs a tow I will advise them not to call central because you’ll get punished for the guy clearly not knowing directions or his way around town .

It is never a good morning when you need a tow truck on the way to work, but Freddy over at Central Towing made the experience enjoyable. I waited about 45 minutes for a truck. Freddy called me when he got my job to find out where exactly I was and what to expect. Very polite and very professional. Great tow. Will use definitely use in the future.

Setup for tow at 11::00am, ETA 69mins, 12:28p. At 12:31p I called and lady answering, said driver was set to arrive at my location at 12:28. I said, it’s 12:36. Lady then said, driver is having a hard time at current job and will be about 20mins, totally could care less, I called.I called dealership, advised of delay. At 1:00p I receive a call from Chevy Roadside, advising tow company claims their tow truck broke down, and service was cancelled!! Had to redo service order and was advised your company was sending out the wrong type of truck, to begin with. Should I need a tow, and your company pops up, I will cancel on you, so you can see how it feels! The end.

My tow truck driver was Scott. Very nice guy. I was glad to hear he had years of experience doing his job, before Arizona he was towing cars in NYC. My car is slightly difficult to tow because its lowered but Scott was able to get under my car with no issues. The time we rolled out was the peek of traffic in Phoenix, he knew the right back roads and got my car and myself home fairly quick. Thank you Scott and Central towing . I hope my car doesnt break down again but if it does, Ill be calling you guys again.

My Roadside Assistant company dispatched Central Towing to tow my vehicle. They arrived within 30 minutes. The Driver, Gilbert, was very friendly and quick. His truck was sparkling clean, looked brand new, but was a year old. He got my vehicle loaded quickly and delivered efficiently to my repair facility. I was amazed at the whole experience. Awesome service. I highly recommend them. If needed, I will definitely use them again!!!!! Ask for Gilbert.

Francisco was cool from the moment he showed up. I had a low clearance and he pushed the car out so he could hook it up. Took appropriate care in making sure my BMW was safe and secure. I called today to get my car towed to a shop. I was helped by a man named Francisco. He was great. Very polite and cordial. I thought I would end up having to take my car to the shop. When I gave Francisco my key and he tried starting the car and it wouldnt start. He told me that the key is whats wrong with the car. I went home and looked for my spare car key that I had lost and found it. I gave it to Francisco and the car started right away. Francisco was my tow truck driver. He was the best tow truck drive we have ever had. He was so careful with our car. He offered us water he was just an all around nice guy. When we called for a tow truck they said 45 minuets, he got there faster thank God. The lady on the line was very helpful and found my location righ away. We are only going to call Central towing fro now on.

Not a fortunate thing but Im very familiar with towing companies at this point. Central Towing raised my expectations in receiving good service. This is by far the best customer service Ive ever received from a towing company. Dispatch kept me updated and so did Renee my tow truck driver. Renee was super polite and knowledgeable which helps if your mind scattered or under stress. Renee called in advanced to provide me with her ETA in such an upbeat professional manner. Will definitely use them again!

I stupidly cut a corner too sharp and got my front passenger wheel stuck behind a concrete ramp at the end of a fast food drive-thru. Idiotic, right? I know. Flustered and upset, I called the first result on Google, which lead me to Central Towing. I was surprised at how low their rate was, but not thrilled about waiting for 45 minutes, but decided to go forward anyway. I was EXTREMELY relieved when Francisco showed up, much sooner than anticipated. He was awesome. He proficiently assessed the damage, explained everything he was doing and reassured me that this was totally normal, something he saw all the time, which helped with my embarrassment immensely! I was so very lucky to be able to get out with only a flat tire, which he repaired for 1/2 the cost, out of kindness. He was able to finagle my car over the ramp without even using the tow. Overall, the debacle only took about an 1hr and 30 minutes total, and a mere $80. I cannot say how much I appreciated Francisco and his service today, and I will not hesitate to call Central again and recommend them to others. They really made an unfortunate, annoying situation turn out not-so-unfortunate after all.

I busted my car in Tempe marketplace and needed a tow I called other towing companies and they said it would take 3-4 hours to get there with traffic so I called central towing and explained my situation and they said it would be 1-1and a half hour to get there. they dispatched Freddy and he was there in less then 1 hour. He hooked my car up so fast on the flat bed we were on our way to the mechanic in less then 10 minutes. Such fast and friendly service I would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they ever need a tow.

My car wouldnt start Monday morning, so I had to call for a tow. Im glad I chose Central Towing. The tow truck arrived in a very timely fashion and Freddy, the driver, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and we chatted on the way to the shop. When we arrived, Freddy went the extra mile and ensured all my information was already written down and ready when I checked in at the shop. It was about as smoothly as a towing could possibly go. They were friendly and good priced. Had to have my car towed when it shut off on freeway while I was driving and the wait was not to long either.

My wifes BMW had a flat in the morning. We called roadside assistance and were told the tow truck would be there within 80 minutes. Because of that, we went to grab coffee. To our surprise, Central Towing arrived within 20 min. Gilbert was kind enough and said he would wait, no problem. When we arrived, he was extremely professional, and corteous. He mounted our car on the platform and delivered it to the tire shop; no issues. I will use Central Towing whenever possible.

I had Francisco Perez Valdez as my guy and he was fantastic. He rocked up and realized that he wouldnt be able to tow my vehicle because my rear tire was flat and he didnt have a flatbed. Instead of calling a flatbed out he swapped my rear and front tire so that he would be able to tow me. This took him at least an extra ten minutes or so but he refused to leave me sitting there waiting for another tow truck. He was a great and friendly guy. Ask for Francisco if you ever need a tow!

They will try aggressively to reroute you to Mikes auto shop next door and thats why they got 3 stars. Mikes auto was a terrible experience and I should have just gone with my original plan.
