Was very interested in using thier service based on the reviews but one of the drivers attitude quickly made me change my mind I was uninformed by the man on the phone my title needed to notarized and he mocking snickered as if I was making things up and sarcastically said we do things legal, his attitude was not needed if thier customer service is improved I might try them again.So they called me back and gave me more attitude about my lack of knowledge I felt very demeaned and experienced even worse customer service I had to hang up when he started yelling at me very unprofessional place would not recommend. The response from the owner solidifies my point exactly highly unprofessional and demeaning I informed them this was a first time experience and they completely ignored that fact as far as Im concerned they need major help in customer service.Heres some smart advice from a guy who doesnt know how to tie his shoes communication is key to any business relationship and relationship a like when some one tells you that they didnt know something instead of considering them an idiot and childishly demeaning them maybe explain in a calm manner what they need to do. When I first called Junk Cars to see how it all worked, JC explained everything, even that they could notarize my car title, and told me just to let him know when I was ready. Picked up car but damaged property by running over water box. The damage is more than they paid for car. They are unwilling to reimburse. Yes it was raining, yes they were 3 hours late so it was dark when they finally arrived. As for guidance IT IS A STRAIT LINE. We are referencing a $350 item here so it is purely principal. If you damage something you should be responsible for repair.
