Went and got a simple oil change and my timing belt replaced. Next day my car started making a really loud squealing noise. I know nothing about cars and they took advantage of that. Told me I needed to wait until the noise got worse before they could do anything. Then said that one of my pulleys was worn out. Spent over $200 to get it replaced for the squealing not to be fixed. I finally went to a different place and they tell me that my belt just needed to be tightened. HORRIBLE CON MEN

I had a wonderful experience at jiffy lube the employees were extremely professional very courteous very knowledgeable and very respectful its a great place to go if you need service on your vehicle something as simple as an oil change they definitely deserve a great rating

I pulled in at 515pm and they had 3 cars in the bays, I just need a simple oil change and they said to come back atv8am tomorrow. Very rudely. Ill never come back here again.

I didnt get the managers name, but I went here for an oil change, and had a great experience. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the work was done very quickly, even though all the lanes had cars. They checked the engine and cabin filter, (I just bought the car) and they were way over due for replacement. I never would have never known.Great service here, and they are open on Sunday!I definitely will be back!

Called in am when they opened to see what services they offered.... needed nail out of tire. Asked about hours and let them know i would be in to get tire fixed (nail removed/tire plugged) a little later. Came in roughly 2.5-3 hrs later and they remembered my initial call! They were prompt, courteous and thorough! Fixed my tire and checked tread and condition of others! No pressure for anything I didnt need! Will definitely let them earn my business for other jobs on my cars!

EXPENSIVE! Cost me $120 for a standard oil and lube. My last one was done South of Tucson. Same service----$45!!!!

Horrible experience today. If I could leave no stars or negative stars, I would give negative stars for my service today. Got a brake inspection. Told the line needed replaced, but it isn’t made for my 2002 GMC Savanna anymore? Was told they needed to buy parts and tools to bend a new brake line. Don’t have brake line bending tools? Was told it will only take a few hours. This was at 10:30am. Inspection took an hour. Got a call around 1:30pm. They received the wrong parts, ordering again, will be ready in a few hours. Get a call at 4:30, Manager had to go to parts store because they sent wrong parts again, will be ready by closing. Get a call at 5:39pm, won’t be ready tonight, have to order more parts and work on it in the morning. I am irate. I drove my family of ten, 2000 miles from Ohio for My little sisters wedding/family vacation. I have 8 children and we are missing the wedding rehearsal dinner and family party tonight. The manager said he will not get the part and finish my van tonight so I can take my family to the dinner. He had ZERO empathy or sympathy for me and my situation. I am suffering from extreme sadness for missing this family event tonight. We drove from Ohio for my little sisters wedding and your manager is ruining our family vacation. I am having difficulty keeping my emotions in check in front of my family. We are missing an important event tonight. If the manager had told me it may not be ready today I would have told him to wait until after the wedding. My family vacation is completely ruined because of JiffyLube. I have never been treated so callously by a manager in my life. I just want to weep for my family, because they are missing the party we drove all this way for. Just realized we left our car seats in the van so we cannot even try to find other rides to get us there. I am the oldest of seven, I drove my family out here to Phoenix,AZ. My other siblings flew and rented cars. I cannot afford to fly my large family and rent a church van and car seats to drive us around. I feel like JiffyLube stole my vacation today. I still cannot believe the manager didn’t work late and attempt to fix my van, he said he’s not allowed to work past 6pm.

Great staff, very economical, comfortable waiting area and very informative.

I went in to check my battery; it only took about 10 minutes with a couple of people ahead of me. He wasnt going to charge me for it so I left a tip. Not sure if thats legal but fast service is much appreciated.

Fast but not efficient. They forgot to give me a itemized receipt. They forgot to give me a printed out reminder sticker for my window. When i went back to get them i had to wait 10-15 minutes for the sticker that he wrote in sharpie which i immediately removed when i left because it looked a mess and low class on my window. I felt lile because im a woman they pushed me to get the highest costing oil change. Over all i would not go back to the one on bethany home. The one on thunderbird is awesome. But bethany home is closer.

Just got a new car and brought it here to do an oil change. The kid that greeted my daughter and I wasnt very personable. He didnt greet us really at all. Just stated the obvious reason why we were there. So ya need an oil change today? He wasnt rude though so I didnt pay much mind to it.Oil change took about 35-40 minutes which isnt too bad seeing that 2 cars were ahead of me. I went with conventional oil and when the manager read me the price I was a little shocked. I wasnt expecting $73 but he did replace the air filter so that doesnt help with the price.All in all it wasnt a bad experience and I might come here again. Although, I probably will be going back to the Superstar Carwash I used to work at to get the oil changed and got any other basic repairs. Nothing against this Jiffy Lube or anything. Just personal preference if trust in mechanics at Superstar built up over years of working together.

Spent an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change, then they say they cant do the oil change because theyre oil buildup on the undercarriage. I explained that the power steering pump previously leaked but its been repaired. Ended up going to a Pep Boys and it was cheaper and only took 35 minutes. And it was closer to my house.Can no longer recommend Jiffy Lube.

Service very rude! Asked about a oil change coupon that’s on the site that the mechanic clearly new about!!!! And he said “no, I don’t know about a oil change coupon! “ I told him it’s the same one I use every time I come here! And this the same guy! I had to pull up the website site and show him the coupon and after I showed it to him he literally pulled up the coupon manual in the coupon in front of my face and put it in! I’m like “I thought you said you didn’t know anything about an oil change coupon!” Watch put they will lie to you and the customer service is no where near up to par!

What was supposed to be a quick(ish) stop turned into an hour and a half wait. When I pulled in, I was told that it would be about 15-20 minutes before my car would be pulled into the bay, but an hour later it was barely being pulled in. Once they got it into the bay, it was a pretty quick process and there were no issues, no unnecessary services pushed on me (some suggestions but I couldnt do them right then). They let me use the coupon I had for an oil change without a problem which was greatly appreciated. Everyone I talked to was very polite! The only issues I had were the super long wait and that they pulled things out of my glove compartment (probably to get to the air filter or something) and just left it all on my passenger seat, no attempt to put it back. They also left a backseat door open regardless of the fact that there was a light on the dash saying it was open. Like come on, I know you guys were being kind enough to vacuum the floors but leaving a door open, which Im sure the car probably beeped about while it was being pulled around front AND leaving the contents of my glove compartment strewn across my seat? At least put things back the way you found them.

For having nobody here took forever on top of that their workers dont know how to take the greasy a** gloves off or change them to clean ones so my great leather now has oil all over it. The only reason I came back was because a guy who Ran this location was good But hes not here anymore so I wont be coming back

Jiffy is not the right word for this place! Maybe Take our sweet time lube, may be a better fit. These guys are slow! Ive worked in a quick lube place in college and id be fired for being this slow

Fast friendly service! Expensive comparatively but I think that the service just makes it worth the money. I always feel taken care of, informed and Ive never had to wait longer than an hour and that was knowing they were very busy.

I took my F-550 truck for an oil change about 2 weeks ago and before I allow them to start I ask them for a price and told them didnt want to hear later about been more for using a special cap, they agree in the price and about an hour later they call me and told me the need of special cap and will be $10 extra, after arguing with the manager he show me an oil filter bigger than the one my truck uses, obviously after market part, my truck doesnt use a special cap, the cap is factory and needs to be re-used every single time you change the filter, if they change my factory oil cap in my truck was without my permission, We need better business !

I went in for a quick oil change and the guys checked everything in my car. For under $100 my car received a complete tune up and a vacuum clean inside, as well as the air filter changed. The service was fast, and very professional and inexpensive for the services obtained.

They failed to check all points of signature oil change. Per receipts, coolant was low, in reality it was empty. Bery dry and cause car to over heat. Why neglect job responsibility and provide falsa data even though it was paid for. If this is too much to mamage then confront it vs falsifying docs. Tbis coukd of been worst.

I needed my master cylinder bled. They drained the fluid and replaced it. I left for a test drive and had to take it back as my brake pedal was still to the floor. When asked if they did what was requested the first time the manager started shaking and replied yes. This was obviously a lie considering after I watched them do my requested maintenance the second time my problem was resolved. Just be honest guys. No additional charge. I didnt hassle you for a refund.

Couldnt get the cloudiness out of my headlights, which they charge $50 for. They credited me $20 but when it comes down to it, I paid $30 for a crappy job! I shouldnt have been charged at all!

We went in for a oil change on our van. They were extremely slow and did less than half of what they claimed they did on the receipt. Said the tire pressure was 20lbs less than what it was, claimed they cleaned exterior windows (they only wiped the back door windows and they looked worse after). Claimed they vacuumed the front, not even touched. When they changed the air filter they did not latch the cover back. I havent checked, but Im actually curious if the oil filter was even changed. I wouldnt be as irritated if they didnt claim to have done it and added to the service fees as if they had. Wont be coming back.

SHYSTERS -- DO NOT GO HERE. These mechanics will mess up your car. I took my car here to get a simple oil change. These fawkers let out the AC Refrigerant from my car --- then told me I needed an AC repair or recharge at some outrageous price. These mechanics are dirty. They also keep dirty cabin & air filters on hand. They come up to you and state look at this dirty filter, you need a change immediately and then show you the dirty filters they keep in the garage. These Shysters didnt realize that i change both of my filters frequently. Stay away from this Jiffy Lube unless u want them t ruin your car for you.

Went in for an oil change $100 later was told my transmission fluid was low and leaking. Went to the dealer only to find Jiffy lube couldnt tell if it was low which it wasnt I had a major oil leak which was there prior to the work done at jiffy lube but they made a small leak into a major one. A costly lesson learned this place is a rip off.

Worst experince ever!! Whole day turned to a nightmare!! I went in to get basic oil change car comes back shaking and smoking from engine. I open the hood n asked what did yall do. there is oil and water on engine. They take it back in and say everyrhing is fine. I ride off down the hwy and check engine light comes on. I take it back to them and he say its not something we did. So i take it my mechanic and finds out that there was no oil in the engine!! Never again will i come here.
