Working with the Judge Group was a great experience. Everyone of their representatives I spoke with was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.I had posted my resume on various job-hunting sites, when I got a cold-call from a Judge representative. I was hesitant at first, because I was not aware of their company, and had just declined two other hiring agencies for their suspect practices. I was pleasantly surprised when my given representative (lets call them S) sounded genuinely interested in my identity as a human being and my longer-term career goals. Over the next few weeks, S would often call me back, to help me improve my resume, to give frequent status updates on my pending application, or just to check-in. When the time came that I was given an offer for a contractor position, I let my anxiety get the better of me and Im reluctant to admit I tried to sabotage my own application. When I was resistant to S trying to calm me down, they offered to get me in touch with their supervisor, who was a rare combination of supportive and frank honesty. They convinced me to follow-through, and I am just about to finish my paperwork as a new full-time hire at the company I was contracted with through Judge.During my year in a contract position, I would regularly hear from both S and Judges company-representative for my employer. They would both want to check-in on me, and ensure I had everything I needed. In the instances when I would forget a time-card or need to pass mandatory training, I received plentiful support and guidance from all the Judge employees I was in contact with. Even after shelter-in-place was mandated in my area, S would still contact me to ensure I had enough support to work from home successfully. If you are looking to change jobs or break into the next step of your career, I would highly recommend the Judge Group. Their staff was unlike any agency Ive worked with before, and if I had not been hired already I would definitely trust them with my next position.

I have worked with Anthony Soriano for a year and a half. He has always been very attentive, compassionate, and strives to assist in anything he is able to do along the way as well as Judge Group entirely. The best Recruiting agency I have ever dealt with! .

Great company, highly professional. I had a great experience with everyone: my recruiter, VP Eneteprise Accounts, Human Resources Dept and Benefits Department. In these trying COVID-19 times, The Judge Group sent me, as well as others, equipment that helped work from home.

Overall, good place to work. Decent benefits, great interface with my handler Sky Donovan, pay arrives weekly (bonus!). Onboarding/background check was less than optimal and more than a little frustrating, but again overall a good experience thus far.

The Judge Group has promised Contract to Hire positions for several people where the employer has no intention of this. When I told a manager at the Judge Group that I was promised Contract to Hire he yelled at me and made snide remarks and called me a liar and said all my calls were recorded including cell phone conversations between my recruiter and myself even though there was no message stating the call may be recorded. If you are going to be placed by The Judge Group and have been promised Contract to Hire, ask the hiring managers at the client if this will be a Contract to Hire position before accepting the offer. Its no wonder there is high turnover of recruiters at this location.

I WAS FIRED AFTER ME AND THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES SENT THISAttention Human Resources DepertmentComplaint against NAU COVID site leads Missy and DrakeTo Whom it may concern:We are contracted employees through judge working for ASU Biodesign . We would like to bring to your attention that our leads Missy and Drake are displaying inappropriate and unprofessional work behavior. They have consistently displayed rude and negative behavior toward employees constantly harassing and criticizing employee performance regarding things that are not part of our job duties and for things that do not matter nor affect our Services, this often happens in the publics eye or in front of other employees. On a Daily basis the leads are witnessed coming in late, not working for hours, sitting in the back room on their phones, not being on the floor working, taking extended lunches and breaks. Often times leads have left the site for extended periods of time. It is also believed they are writing down more hours then they are actually working. We constantly have multiple stations with no staff. We are told that since we do not have that many people on shift we need to run between multiple stations. Where some stations need two employees there are only one employee. When an employee is constantly leaving to help these other stations then they leave their station unattended risking the safety and regulation of the site. This also causes the employees to feel overwhelmed. This will happen while the leads remain in the back room.Leads allow a 20 minute break halfway through the day, this break comes 4 hours after we arrive, being short staffed we are unable to even run to the restroom comfortably while waiting to break. When employees ask to pick up hours the leads have said they are fully staffed, but we are never fully staffed, most days we have 3 employees working plus the leads, taking into account the leads do not help on the floor. The leads have abused their authority in threatening multiple employees jobs. They have shown retaliation type action causing employees to be afraid of reporting these concerns. These leads have created a very tense and toxic work environment, full of inequalities and toxic work ethics, causing employees to be discontent coming to work and negativity affected us so much that we have considered quitting, but can not since we rely on this work. All of us concerned about these current issues have worked for judge in the past at this site prior to these leads taking over and we all have enjoyed it and thrived at work. This is disappointing to have to endure this environment in order to keep a job. It is unfair and unjust that these people are able to dictate the work environment this way.We would like to urge you to replace them as leads or that you may confront and change their destructive behavior otherwise it’s getting very difficult to work with them in this toxic environment and we are certain they would continue this with other employees if in-fact we were to leave.Thank you.
