I have been employed with Allstaff since August 2017, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Gabriella is my recruiter, and she walked me through the process as well as gave me some great pointers before interviewing with the client. She was so concise, the client asked me if I could start that next Monday! I interviewed with the client on a Friday. Since then, another recruiter (David) and the manager Josie have made me feel so welcomed. I am so happy that Allstaff hired me on. This has been THE BEST experience working for a temp agency by far!

I started working with Allstaff great people receptionist was really nice girl help me with questions i had with my application interview with Abby very nice girl she placed me to work right away worked with me she is really strict with attendance i do understand why because she did work with me when i needed a day off if we let her know with time she will have someone to cover my shift. I got hired on with the company and started me at 16 hour couldnt be more blessed Thank you for everything you guys do Allstaff Team.

I personally have nothing but great things to say about this agency. I have never had an issue everyone is very helpful and they make sure I keep a job. Abby is one of the person I stay in touch with about my jobs and she’s always on top and making sure I am in the right path she’s very kind and someone I will go to if something goes wrong. I recommend this agency to everyone reading this!

Went in and got a job immediately on a Tuesday morning. I emailed the recruiter a day after to see if there was word from the place I would be working at as she said she had to call them and see what day they wanted me in to meet and theyll give me more info of when they want me to start, and no response. I emailed my direct deposit info and she replied to that and when I replied again asking for an update, nothing. I called that following Friday and the recruiter wasn’t there and was taking off that Monday. Front desk said my background check hasn’t came in. I called back on Tuesday, today, around 3pm and when I asked front desk if it came back she put me on hold and came back and said she’d have Abbi call me but she had just stepped out. Hours go by and nothing. My last job I had was from a recruiter and they were able to give me a start date and everything on the spot and I had that job for about a year. This place is lazy and should be shut down, as a staffing agency communication is big and can’t even do that lmao I wasted my gas and time for this as it was cleared as a for sure job so I did apply to other places but didn’t move forward as this was my number one and all I needed was a stupid start date and her to call that place to ge that but I guess Abbi couldn’t do her damn job and go forward or even has some respect to email. Go to Aerotek or find a different recruiter on job pages on FB.

I have worked for many different type of temp agencies and this is by far the worst staffing service place i have ever worked for. I dont even want to rate this 1 star cuz they are horrible. I hope this place gets shut down and loses all of its clients.

Had to take my 2 IDs 3 times and been waiting for my background check your better off going to Aerotek or prologistics

Look elsewhere - they overbill for hours, and their method of tracking hours is the same paper-style time-cards that I used when I was a temp worker in the 1980s!!! They need to get with the times, use a mobile time-clock software that allows staff to clock in when theyre at the location of their job... and alerts AllStaff when someone is late, or is a no show, or leaves early. We feel we were cheated out of thousands of dollars, and will never use Allstaff again.

The recruiters are lazy and they never answer the phone, they wont call u back or reply to your email. This office is sooooo BAD and the Manager is the same way, she wont help you at all even if you have a problem with the recruiters. I will be calling headquarters. This what they do, they will bring you in and be soo nice to you and then when you leave they are done with you. I cant believe the Manager wont even make them call u to apologize after she seen the emails that they didnt respond to. I hate that office. The Manager and recruiters have Horrible communication..

When i went in and filled out my application i immediately got into a job and it was something that i enjoyed and that suited me and my needs

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Met with someone did a interview and drug test the same day. I was told that I would hear from him shortly after but never did. I have tried emailing, and leaving voicemails but no reply. By the way it has been two months. Terrible communication skills. Please dont waste your time by signing up for this temp service.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone in need of a quality position. I had a very bad experience that required my contacting the Industrial Commission of AZ, the AZ Attorney Generals Office of Civil Rights, and an attorney.Hardly worth the effort, but someone needs to show employers when wrong is wrong.
