Its a pleasure being able to write about them . This company is great I know I can always just pick up the phone and call them and the next day they will set me up with a job . We had a Grand Opening party for our restaurant last month and I needed 3 extra waitresses to cover the party. I decided to go through STS Staffing and asked them to send over 3 waitresses. The day of the party, only 2 showed up; 1 of the 2 wasnt even a waitress and worked in the front office of the staffing agency. I put my anger aside and was glad at least 2 showed up. I explained in detail what they were supposed to do, (clear tables, fill water glasses, etc). They did some of the things, but not to the standard to what I expected. There were still appetizer dishes on the tables as our guest were eating dinner and we had to pick up the extra dishes ourselves. Our bartenders had to go around and fill up water glasses because the waitresses were not fast paced. After this terrible experience, I decided to give STS Staffing a second chance this weekend. I called and asked for 3 waitresses and 1 bartender to come cover a graduation party Friday night. I called Denisse, the girl that works in the front office, every day for a week to make sure she was on top of getting me waitresses and a bartender. She assured me that she was working on it and I would have my waitresses. On the day of the party, I called and asked for an update and she told me that she got only 2 waitresses and bartender. I said it was okay and to send them over. Only the bartender and 1 waitress showed up. I was furious. The waitress was very unprofessional. She took 3 lunch breaks and didn’t even go to the back or outside to eat but stood in the bar and ate Hot Cheetos. Then she left for 30 minutes to run to Circle K to get a Gatorade. Later, while she was picking up dishes off the table, she was dancing to the music and joking around with the party guests. Overall, I had a HORRIBLE experience with STS staffing and their standards for the employees they hire is not very high. I will never use this staffing agency again.

I went in to see if they could help me find a job...with in a week or 2 they had me placed working my assinment ended and again like a week or 2 she had me working again. Bobbie jo was the recruiter who helped me go in and see her shes very professional,easy going,hard working she answered any questions I had still checks up to see how Im doing at my job..

Poor staffing in the office I worked for them and still havent gotten my check or money on my card its been over a month
