Not sure why this place gets such a bad response to the public. I walked in and was respectful, and the customer service was respectful back. David took me out to my car, and was super nice to me during the whole experience because I was just trying to get personal items from the car.Treat people how you want to be treated, and it’ll go a long way!

The location on Deer Valley Drive has terrible customer service. After picking up my vehicle due to a collision, they tried to convince me to sign over my title to them instead of fixing my car. After paying my bill, it took them close to an hour to bring my car out. When they did bring my car out, the guy was so rude and had no consideration for my vehicle. My battery was dead and half my tank of gas was gone. The rudeness and terrible customer service is completely unnecessary. If you have to tow your vehicle, use a different company. I do not recommend.

Not recommended.Update: the apparent owner of this business has posted a response, asking for a bunch of detailed information that is already available and could have been easily obtained by reading the reports already filed with All City Towing and the Phoenix Police Department. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.Update two: All City Towing completed their investigation and although they had custody of the vehicle, they were unsurprisingly unable to identify any responsibility on their part..If you have a choice, I strongly recommend choosing another towing company.

Car was stolen and my registration was missing. Although there was a police report I had to show proof of ownership that took overnight to get I was charged 2 days when it was less then 24 hours the was in their lot.

They seem very efficient, and everyone was quite nice. That made a traumatic situation easier to deal with for me.

All city towing, DV towing brought my car out on a forklift. I ran out of gas when I got back my car was gone. Tracked it down by 6 pm. Was told I couldnt get my car until the next day. Hours are until 7pm and I believe that their contract states that they are supposed to have someone available to retrieve cars after hours. Picked up first thing in morning. Was charged towing PLUS 2 DAYS STORAGE! They didnt have my car for 12 hours! $133 to tow my car maybe 2 miles . LOOK AT THE CONTRACT BETWEEN ALL CITY TOWING AND PHOENIX! CONFLICT OF INTEREST IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY POLICE DISPATCH!

It was horrible I was 6 dollars short and they told me to go to my car and give them all my change in my ashtray then I waited 6 hours to get my car

Some staff are very rude. They also dont tell you the condition of your car until after they get your money . ,Mine was stolen and I needed to know if it was damaged or in an accident when police brought it in. They claim they could t tell me. After hours dispatch ( a female) extremely rude and not very helpful at all.

I spoke with their customer service representative to have a vehicle towed away from my business. I am the property manager for the establishment and have all the authorization to make the call on having a vehicle towed away for parking in our tow away zone. There are signs that state they are in a tow away zone. I called the number as instructed on the sign and they said that i am not authorized to make that call. IF NOT THE MANAGER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT WHO ELSE MAKES THE CALL? Very unprofessional and id advise every business to stear away from using this service. You cant call yourselves a towing company if you dont provide the service. You only got 1 star because there want an option to leave a zero star review, very disappointed.

What a farce of a company. Should be illegal.

I needed a tow in a pinch and I called at least 10 places. All City was the only place that was available the same day, even though they were located 40+ miles away from me. The driver was professional and he arrived on time.

My son rolled his car over so it got towed there after the accident. I was able to waive my storage and towing fees there.

Sent me to pick up car at wrong location, charged additional fees for the mistake they made, no managers available to talk to EVER. Looks like nobody chooses to do business with them, they have accounts with phoenix PD etc. so they can pretty much be the WORST company ever and probably still make millions......speaking of that, they are cash only but dont tell you until you are already there. Id love to see those tax records.......cash only. Its 2020

How are you about to make someone wait from opening time to closing time to get something out of their car and then tell them they only have 10 minutes to get their belongings???

I would give 1 star because they tow vehicles WRONG! but its not entirely their fault, the property management enforcer where I live is DISHONEST! Hes had them tow my vehicle from my PAID spot and from the FREE spots! He apparently lies to all city towing. It all started when he was giving us HOA fines, and we told him he has the wrong address, then within 24 hours is when our vehicle got towed here the first time, FROM OUR PAID SPOT! So I started using the FREE spots and guess what it gets towed again! IF all city towing wasnt so professional w good customer service I would of gave 1 star. By themselves they are 5 star, but when the people they associate w, they are only 2 star in my book. Lost a lot of money and peace of mind in these unnecessary transactions. Not easy trucking around a bunch of little kids to the tow yard after working all day.

Driver was professional and prompt. I was told over the phone a set price after the tow, I gave my information over the phone to their dispatch and was charge an additional $180 over what I was told the cost would be. Watch your statements.

This place is horrible i waited outside the gates for over 2 hours and was told it would be another 45 mins tho I called 20 mins before i even got there and there was someone who had been waiting since noon and with having my 2 month old with me i had to finally leave after 6pm. This company takes advantage of their roll and will keep you waiting all day in hopes you will leave so they can charge for another day!!

Honestly it was funny how terrible the staff is at this location. The lady that “helped” me smelled horrible. None of the employees were waring masks. Their was trash on the floor. They were rude. They damaged my vehicle. They were making jokes in their office space in thinking they weren’t able to be heard. Honestly this place should be investigated in some fashion because I’m hard pressed to believe this a legal establishment.

The attendant was kind, courteous and professional. The business is very shifty behind the scene.My reluctance to give any star rating derives from the lot attendant who did a less than exemplary job of bringing my vehicle around, causing extensive damage with the forklift use to drag cars from the lot. The management is well versed in avoiding payment for the employees negligence, and will either become a small claims matter or I will just have to pay the bill myself. Always photograph your vehical prior to this company towing it.The business is a little difficult to find, because the actual office is on 20th Street nestled back behind another business. The lot being very visible from the street if youre traveling on Deer Valley Road.

I took a family member there. They were doing appointments only. Their attitude was amazing. Not what I was expecting from a tow company.

Call this place to tow a car out of my parking space. .. they said theyll be here a hour or 1.5hrs .. it been 3hrs and still no tow truck... I call back again and they told me another hour to hour half for a tow truck to here... I swear these people.

They towed my car sent notification it had been abandoned I was driving it when it was towed.They then sold it at auction without notifying me

My truck was towed to this tow yard after a collision. No choice on my end. I was extremely happy with everyone I dealt with. Everyone was polite and friendly. The prices, to my surprise, are very very very reasonable. Totally opposite of what youd expect/hear from a tow yard. I want to thank them for making it easy after a nasty car accident.

The staff is friendly and efficient. I only waited maybe 10 minutes before being escorted to my vehicle and collect my belongings. I ended up having to call back and clarify something, and they were very helpful.

Of course its very far!! Thats a given. Customer service was good and they brought my vehicle out pretty fast, well considering their was only another customer and myself. Security of vehicles is good!

This place thrives off of other peoples misfortune. My car was taken without permission and then impounded. I still has to pay 140 to get it out.

Fairly cheap but had fishing poles and equipment stolen out of my truck.

Our car was towed to this lot after a collision, while we did not have the choice, Im glad it was taken here. The rates are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. While trying to remove the vehicle to another location there was a minor issues, but I am happy to say that the issues were resolved reasonably. Oren, was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to help.

One of the worst companies to ever attempt to deal with. Literally attempted to remove a vehicle that had been parked/abandoned and was given HUGE attitude and run around as to why they cannot tow the vehicle. Would never recommend dealing with. Call Onager towing instead!

This place is terrible!! Lazy staff who have one Apple earbud in while talking to you, and they ransack you vehicle for anything they can find for themselves. The people here were friendly and respectful to me. It was a quick process to sign the paperwork, turn over the car to them, and collect my belongings. I left my umbrella in their office, and one of the guys ran out and gave it to me before I drove off. While going to a tow yard sucks, these guys made it not as bad

People say that the yard guys steal, well I for one know that My BF Frederick does NOT steal, he is yard personnel at the 20th St and Deer Valley Rd.Frederick is very professional, courteous & helpful, works hard and most of all honest. Whenever I am on that side of town in need of assistance I know I can call All city towing for my towing needs and know that my belongings will be secure inside the yard. Thanks Fred!

Worst customer service ever. Never answer your calls and constantly put you on hold and say “sorry I need to put you on hold because I need to answer the other line” are freaken serious? Like I called and and been on the phone with them one hold TWICE, over 10 minutes then take me off hold and it’s completely silent. Then they put me back on hold. And not helpful at all.

I know that no one willingly chooses to use them, so Im writing this complaint in the hopes that it affects their contract with PD. They were incredibly unprofessional and made every effort to keep the vehicle. I was asked for the registration, which was clearly in the car they refused to let me look and said that they couldnt find it. I was told that I was not allowed in the back. Meanwhile the gentleman at the other counter did allow they couple he was helping to go accompanied to the back to retrieve their registration. Everyone is very unhelpful and I got the sense that most of their income comes from taking possession of abandoned vehicles. UPDATE there was a bank bag with 150.00 under the seat that is missing. Now I know why they wouldnt let me go back there. I will be filling a complaint with PD.

My wife had her car towed here after an accident. Unfortunately, the car is a total loss. When she went to recover her personal items from the vehicle, she was told she had only 10 minutes to gather what she could and for whatever reason everything had to fit in the company golf cart. Picture 2 grown adults in a golf cart...then fill it with the contents of a totalled 4 door SUV. Yeah, cant fit everything in, so anything left is alll theirs to keep. Oh, and the whole time my wife was scrambling to get everything out, the guy who said he was there to help her just stood around counting down the minutes. Never heard of this kind of service before and hope I never do again.

What might’ve been a miserable experience was mitigated by the staff here, particularly David, who went above and beyond and was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and had me out of there fast. Super pleasant. Thanks David!

Went to pick up a stolen car recovery. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, polite and helpful. The cost was lower thani I expected . Within 5 minutes of arriving at the lot the car was sitting outside the office ready to go. Great service i highly recommend this bisiness

They will find a way to open your car and take whatever you have inside.They went through my things and stole a brand new sweatshirt and uniform shirt from work. THEY STOLE MY WORK CLOTHES .I called to complain and the operator sent me to a voicemail that couldnt take anymore messages. The incident occurred because the apartment complex im in decided to paint and physically move the cars in their way without notice.They hire these guys and they break into peoples cars.This place is a joke.

The tow truck driver was very nice. He even found my daughters eye glasses that flew off during the accident.

I highly recommend that people stear clear of all city towing, their practices are criminal, clearly fraudulent and certainly should not be permitted to do business!

Worst Experience ever with the exception of the counter girl who was very nice and helpful. Having there be so many other locations closer to me, my car was towed against my will to the farthest location possible 20th St and Deer Valley My accident was in East Phoenix, Borderline Tempe. Not to mention the ridiculousness daily storage rates of $27.50 per day. And that means if you car was towed at 11:59pm Monday night, you better believe youre already racking up storage fees for that day! I called to Inquire about using their towing services to removed my vehicle from their storage yard and have it taken else where and this was their rate: $285 for Hooking up the car, + $5p/mile + 10.50 Flat Rate Fuel....I was shocked! Absolute ridiculous. They prey of peoples ignorance - never haven been into an accident. Only reason why theyre in business is because they get a kick back from local police/ transit department when theyre called out to the accident scene. Wish they had a minus star. to rate them here.

Went in and got my car hassle free , the thing that really doesnt sit well with me is they are liars and scumbags because they damaged my car and then tried to lie and said it was like that when they towed the car ! No my car is brand new I had recently took pictures of my car thank god before it was damaged by them ! These guys have no sense of care for other peoples cars, had to file a claim and said it will take up to 10 days to here back , Im ready to sue these guys right now !

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They call this a business?!! In the business to screw you before Christmas, really! They degrade you enough by taking your vehicle and charging you, but also by making you wait extensive hours before you, the owner, of your vehicle can get your possessions back. Good luck waiting in line behind 6 people before you can get your car back, after paying a ridiculous fee of $117+.... and dont even think about using your Wells Fargo account to pay apparently they do not accept it, yet want you to PAY... the irony!

Customer service .. there is none.. not helpful at all, dont explain anything probably so it take you longer to get your car out & then owe more.. they wont allow you to fax release paperwork for another tow co to pick up.. your car is in their yard its not that easy to get a ride to 21st street when it was taken from 67th & Glendale not to mention you cant afford to miss work because now you owe them your life.

Getting my vehicle out wasnt difficult and guy who helped me was good but I also knew ahead what was needed to release it. 1 star because my winch was stolen off my 4runner while it was there. Whoever took it made sure the took every piece to it(every bolt and complete wiring harness and the controller that was inside under the seat. Also cut my light bar harness and took that, unplugged everything under dash and all.) I noticed it right away and guy says as hes walking away that they have 24/7 video monitoring and was like that when it came in. Nope, it wasnt. And they should have the thief on camera then and it coming in on a flatbed to see that it was on the vehicle when in there posession. Guy asked me if I wanted to file a claim like its a waste of time. I filed a claim and well see how they handle it. Ill follow up when they do. In the mean time Im getting the police report and going to talk with the officers for my own proof. It should be listed In there report.(update: realized more property was stolen from inside the vehicle. $200 vehicle batteryjumper pack and $200 headlamp.) Almost $1k dollars of property stolen. UPDATE: Just as I expected, they sent there letter 5 days later stating that they are not responsible for the theft because the tow truck driver didnt note the winch being there on the tow sheet. Scumbag company that knows what they can get away with it because know ones monitoring them and average Joe cant afford to pressure these people. You need to avoid doing business this company to the best of your ability and if you cant then you need to take anything of value out of the vehicle.

Lack of respect for customers time. Not everyone here is a criminal, I was a victim of a hit and run and this place showed no respect for my time. After I signed in I was the only one thete and they made me wait for 20+ minutes before I finally asked how long it would take to go get my registration from my car then magically the woman who was supposed to be assisting me comes out the back stating she was getting something to drink. Where the hell does it take 20+ mins to get a drink?

They will make it as difficult as possible for you to get your vehicle back... even if that means lying to you and giving you false information that leads to wasting 4 days... just so they can make more money. Ive literally opted to not have someone towed out of my spot because of the potentially life altering problems this awful group of people called All City Towing will cause. I honestly wish awful things for the those involved with that company. If its a matter of needing a tow... I implore you to call ANY other company and hopefully this place goes into financial ruin.

Horrible service made us wait 3 hrs to pick up our car. FYI don’t let the state police or local PD call ALL CITY TOWING. Call your insurance and they will set up the service. These guys are a rip off and they damage my car more from towing it .

Worst place ever. Terrible customer service, no public bathroom rude all around. If I could gove it no stars I would. I had to go twice to get my car out first time they said I was missing a document but when i came back they said I was missing something else. This bothered me so much since they charged me yet another day. Also when my car was finally put out back I found out one of my wheels was torn open. My batterery no longer works even though my carwas working perfect before it got into their hands. And the full gas tank was now empty. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. If your car end up here get it out as soon as possible otherwise you will regret it.

Tryed to file a complaint with a supervisor on how my father was treated by one of the employees who towed his truck. The staff refused to give his name and seem to have just brushed it off and were rude as well, they told me theyd give me a call about it . The incident happened Friday 11/29/18 still waiting on their call. From what I was told by my father it seemed he had been discriminated against by the employee. I look forward to talking to who ever is in charge about the matter to inform them on the situation that occurred.

Try not to think about how grotesquely dirty the lobby chairs are. With their literal millimeters thick of visible grime.4. Also dont ask to use the bathroom. Because its against policy. Because even though you just paid $218.50 youre still considered the public. Theres a QT down the street. Its probably cleaner anyways.5. And, you know what, efficency, throw that notion out the window too. Dont call AAA as you leave work to schedule your tow in advance because it will take them a minimum of 90mins to get there. But AAA wont send a truck out until youve paid the fee and its sitting on the street. Or actually - lie and say youve done it because youre 30 mins away and youll still beat them there anways.6. Hmmm what else.... Oh be sure not to roll your eyes at their policy of having your car picked up by 6:30pm or else youll have to pay AGAIN to get it out. NBD because you get off of work between 5-6pm drive to north Phoenix and dont schedule your tow in advance plenty of time to get things squared away by 6:30pm. Its a wonder why they cant give folks the night to pick it up and throw it back in the morning. Most everyone on staff is off the clock at 6:30pm. Let your people (and customers) go home, relax, maybe have dinner with their family, you know good ol traditional values. No instead nickle and dime away. Uh I hope you pay your employees well and with good benefits. Because what maybe 1.5 hours of work earned you $218.50. You better be paying a living wage.
