I truly believe you saved my wife and 2 daughters lives.We brought our SUV in a week ago because the symmetrical drive does not like it when you put different sized tires on it. Well that’s what the insurance company did to us not aware that it would damage our vehicle as well as grind down every tire on the car. The rear passenger side tire was all the way down to the cords. Had the manager not spoken with the owner because he wanted to help us because he knew the tires weren’t safe.All I can say is the service techs and manager at Loredo’s are extremely amazing! They gave us a set of 4 almost new tires and had them mounted and balanced in 30 minutes or less.If you get the opportunity to come in and see these guys you won’t be disappointed! On top of everything you can see how clean the shop is as well as kid friendly!God Bless You All!!

If I could put zero stars i would I Dropped a buddies bike off for welding. As Im pulling in its completely dark and than I ran into the sewer drain damaging my oil pan. After asking if theyd take fault for a improper pavement conditions they asked to keep it over night. The next day I went to pick up my car and they had requested 150$ for work and had already done the work. No attempt was made to result this situation and my car was damaged because they needed to take off the 150$ repair. Absolutely disrespectful and worth a law suit. ***PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST***

Lets just say the tire techs dont know how to install a Tire on a wheel correctly or even Balance the thing out hands me a tire left at .50 says thats good.. well kid being that Im a mechanic and been in field for 20 years ..NO... thats not....00. Thats good but nice try maybe he should be doing something else...just saying...

Had to get some valve stem replaced. I have oversized tires on my Silverado and discount said they couldnt fix them because they were too big . This place did all 4 in like 20 minutes and the price was good. Employees were nice also

Picked up two used tires. There price was good. Service was good. They do mechanic work and custom exhaust . they handle many things that your car would need at really good prices. I am a new customer there but i would recommend them. They are a good place and good people.

They mounted a couple bobcat tires for me. Was the only place I found in the area that would try it. They werent afraid to have to try a work a little harder then a standard install with these harder rubber tires. Im happy and feel they treated me fairly.

I’ll never go anywhere else. So nice and polite, charged me half of what everyone else charged, literally had me out the door start to finish in ten minutes and I wasn’t the only customer there. Honestly don’t think I’ve ever been so thrilled by service.

Wow! This place is amazing. I went to another shop down the road and waited 5 min and nobody said anything to me. So I left and came straight here. All I can say is amazing service! I drove up they greeted me right away fixed my tire, I was in and out in less than 10 min and at a great price! Couldnt recomend them enough. I will be taking all my company vehicles here from now on..

I work construction and go through tires a lot. After getting off of work noticed my driver front tire was extremely low with a nail in it . I went to three different Discount Tires called another 3 for a used tire. They kept trying to put me in a brand new hundred dollar Tire which I didnt have the money. I called Laredo and they had one instock. Keep in mind its New Years Eve at 4:30 p.m. Thats when they were going to close, but didnt. They waited until I got there at 4:37 p.m. put my tire on,Bounce It, pay for it, and left before 5:00p.m.Great customer service easy and quick recommended

There is no better tire shop in the valley! Its like pulling in to a race pit stop. Dont go to discount tire or big O. Its worth the trip from anywhere!

I got a flat tire went here for a used tire that apparently only good for under 24hrs. I am pregnant and I had my kids in the car the tire was shredded to bits! No warranty my ass if I could I’d report you legally that’s beyond terrible! we were stranded for thanksgiving had to fork up another 150 to get it towed and tire actually fixed from another shop. Never again.

Upon my initial visit, I thought this was a good place for used tires.I quickly found out that, it depends on who you talk to. My first time here I paid $40 for a used tire, not that bad. Now that I think about it, it may be because I called in before they saw my car...The second time I came here. I was offered a used tire that had hardly any tread for $50. When I called the tech out (seemed to be the owner/father), the son intervened and quoted me at the price previously provided for my last tire, $40.I dont usually take my time to leave reviews, good or bad. This time ive had it. If you want to be taken advantage of this is the place to be.

This places does not deserve to be in business. They Charged me for a simple oil change and didn’t even change the oil, and even when working on my car I noticed that the employee had extracted the “Transmission oil”. I don’t know what kind of idiots are running this place but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE!

I drove in not expecting to get helped right away but shortly after I got off my car a young gentlemen approached me named Benjamin Jr. and I asked about a used tire but did not have much cash at the time and told me not to worry that he has many in selection for the size I needed, I ended up buying a new tire for the price of a used one that another tire shop had try to sell me. I definitely recommend this shop after my experience! By the way i was there the night the teen that had an extremely lowered vehicle Honda Civic lol (maybe 2 inches) off the ground and complained about how the ground was to high for his car. Was very rude to the business owners while they try to resolve the problem and the customer just kept replying in profanity. Customer service was awesome !

Sorry this is somewhat a Buyer Beware, purchasing Used Tires is risky. At a point in time my budget was such it was necessary. They have fixed Flats which other companies would say you need a new tire. I have rolled in with basically a dead tire when the majority of them did not speak english. It is okay as they did not know how much spanish I can understand. So on occasions I have purchased 2 tires to get me going again, 2 on the front and 2 on the back of the same type and size. It gives the most stability. I felt they treated me fairly.

Went in to grab some tires for a Honda i had just bought. All I needed was something cheap to get me back and forth for my long commute. They set me up with a good set of used Michelins for cheap and were very helpful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE... THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. THEY LIE ON DIAGNOSTICS. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I came and bought tires. First issue was they miscommunicated with each other and got the wrong size tires after my tires were taken off and they werent sure if they had any in my size. After a while they found two. Then I watched them use the wrong size sockets on my lug nuts and laugh when they got stuck. Wont go back again
