Literally dropped in with an almost flat tire needing repair. The gentleman that greeted me squeezed me into their busy morning and fixed it immediately. He made me aware some other work is needed and provided an estimate. Super grateful for his generosity as he didn’t charge me for the repair and mentioned they have in house financing so estimate could be broken into payments 😊🙏 Professional, knowledgeable, quick and simple. In the stress of having car problems, its very very hard to come across a legit business that doesnt try to nickel and dime you at every turn. These guys are that and so much more. Came in, explained what needed to be done and they did it, with no added sales pitches or needless mumbo jumbo talk. They actually earned me as a customer for as long as Im around. Thanks MTA! *5 Star Review**Dropped to 2 stars*Edit: since I have had the tires I got, some issues have come up. Not sure if these are related or not but...1. Was promised wheels would be balanced, and after inspecting the wheels and feeling them while driving, that did not happen.2. Was promised free alignment with tire job, and though that might have caused the issues with the vibration I am constantly feeling while driving now, it was never done and I was told I would have to pay to have an alignment done after the fact.3. Went to change my own brake pads on the car, and when I was taking the lugnuts off I couldnt loosen them for the life of me. Now, mind you, Im not a small dude by any stretch of the imagination. I could not get the lugs off, and took it to the shop to have them take it off and properly torque them. It took the owner 3 separate and increasingly powered impacts to get it off...ending with one that was ranged between 110-150 pounds. Factory spec for my vehicle says 70 lbs. His logic: a seven year old could get the lugs off at 70 so I torque it higher to keep that from happening. Yes, but if Im on the side of the road and need to replace the tire and cant physically loosen the lugnuts, I could end up stranded.Brings me to another point:When I took my car to have them loosen them, he told me I had a nail in my tire and that he would patch it up really fast...he never did it after waiting for around 20 minutes for him to start, and reminded him a couple times he said that.

Came over on a whim due to my car making grinding noises when braking, Saw the shop on my way back to Tucson. I stopped knew nothing about the shop. However they did a phenomenal job. Customer Service is amazing and price is fair thanks guys 🔥. 5/5 highly recommend

I was told after having my mounts replaced that my vehicle was still unsafe to drive due to quick struts needing to be replaced and that if car even hit a pothole the wrong way my entire front end would fall off. Finally after coming to pickup car after just having a baby I arrive and was told card was being test drove and needed another 15 miles still to be driven for test drive which is completely absurd (Lie)..... told return after an hour and a half I come back 2 hours later to be told to come back another hour later because car still isnt back from test drive. I protest at that point stating I havent heard of a test drive being over 15 miles or over 3 hours and I dont feel comfortable with the car being driven around that much after being told my vehicle was unsafe to drive unless quick strut was replaced which they quoted me $980. The lady receptionist called the guy Ryan and tells him I said I need my car and then hands me the phone for him to speak to me. Once on the phone he tells me that it is his dads birthday and that they are out at lunch while he is still in possession of my car. I explained I didnt feel comfortable with that after being told by their mechanic that my car wasnt safe to drive he then tells me that no one at his shop told me that...... (Lie) he says that my interpretation was wrong but the old man specifically stated to me car unsafe to drive the entire front end of my car could fall off. He then asks me if I could return 3 hrs later to get my car (2pm) I have my newborn and 5yr old with me but I dont want yo upset someone while they are still in possession of my car so I say okay I return at 1:50 pm and see my car and ryan calls me as Im pulling up and tells me I can come get my car. The receptionist comes outside congratulates me on my new baby ands hands me fob for car. I get in my car and it is completely on E past the point of low fuel warning the numbers arent even coming up to show how many miles til empty even though I dropped my car off at half a tank. I just dont like the dishonesty that is key to me over anything if you can lie to me as a customer about one thing I cant trust anything you say at that point. Truly disappointed and I felt taken advantage of

Friendly helpful people. Took my car to get new headlight bulbs installed. They estimated $39.65 . One connector was kind of fused to the old bulb and took them s while to deal with but they held to their estimate. Ill be using them again.

Very rude owner. My wifes workplace uses them. We were told to be there at 8:30 in the morning to pick up her vehicle. Owner did not show until about 8:50. He kept asking about my wifes work van so I said it was the Mercedes at whick point he informed me that he was the owner and knew everything that was going on there. My wife asked about another part they said it needed and he said he wasnt sure until he pulled up the info. He then told my wife that it would be another 20 to 25 minutes before the van would be ready. I said to my wife then why were we told to be here at 8:30 and walked outside. The owner came out asking what I said so i said it again at which point i was told to leave his property and told he would show me what a real owner looked like. My wife and I will never go back. If her company continues to use them they will have to figure out how to get her van there and pick it up.

Wait 3 hours when the lady told me maybe and hour there was no communication at all about my vehicle. It was very sad and they did not fix the problem. Very disappointing .the mechanic was not sure what was wrong. I had to rush to work so I wouldnt be late. I will never I mean never go to that place again!!!!! NEVER!!

My new go to for all my vehicles needs!I was looking for a good place to get an oil change since my regular mechanic couldnt fit me in before my trip to rocky point. I went to Millennium based on the Google reviews and was still surprised by there stellar service and affordable prices.While I was waiting for my oil change, another customer wanted an alignment on his lowered vehicle. The owner (I believe Ryan) told the customer that an alignment is not the proper solution and would cause further problems.He explained why this solution wouldnt work and answered all of the customers questions. Ryan then explained the options the customer had for a proper solution.After my oil change I asked Ryan to take a look at my tires since I was going on a road trip. The 3-4 year old tires needed to be replaced and Ryan asked me where I drove such as off road and to the ski mountain.He was able to get me all terrain tires with a warranty cheaper than the tires I purchased at discount. Cant wait to take these up to the mountain this ski season!Thanks Millennium!!!

My boyfriend had his tires replaced months ago but the person who did it cranked down on the lug nuts and then recently someone ran him off the road causing for us to replace his tire. His lug nuts were too tight so we had to have the car towed. My boyfriend called around and everyone wanted an arm and a leg as well as backlogged. He finally called Millennium and Ryan the owner talked to him and then when we arrived really helped my boyfriend out, overall was very pleasant to converse with as well as knowledgeable when coming up with a solution for the tire. Ultimately the experience was so great that when I needed an oil change for my car this time, I chose to return. I have to say the staff, Ryan, his wife (who runs the front); they all are easy going and just trying to help you as quickly and professionally as possible :)

Highly recommend! Very friendly, helpful and professional.I went there after I ran over a curb and needed the guard looked at under my car. They looked at it and replaced the missing bolt for no charge. Excellent service and will go there for my future Auto needs.

Called about a flat tire. They were able to get me in same day. Was hoping the tire only needed a patch versus being replaced. Sure enough they said they could patch it up. The guys patched my tire up for FREE and I was out of there within 20 mins or so. Great service. I will be returning.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They told me a week tops to fix my engine and transmission and they have had my car for over 5 months! Then he doesn’t respond back to me. He also is rude when he finally responds. I told him I just wanted my car back, he tries to charge me and the work isn’t complete. Ryan the owner threatened me and called me out my name and is trying to illegally repossess my car. He is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and he used a racial slur at me. I think he been trying to find a way to keep my car and I have all of the money now for my vehicle had it for the past 5 months!

COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. Long story short my oil filter busted off my car and my car drained of all its oil. They sent a tow truck to me, and immedately upon arrival started working on my car. Lucky for me my engine wasnt blown and they were able to give me a new oil filter, add more oil and a new tire for a huge bulge they found.So glad my friend suggested this place, will be coming here from now on.

I highly recommend this place, everyone is extremely friendly and it’s very reasonably priced. I called ahead about coming in with a leak in my tire, and the lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice. I asked if they weren’t able to patch it, if they would need to order a tire, and she informed me that they had a warehouse, and they’d likely need to get the tire from there. When I arrived, Ryan, looked at my tire and informed me that he could patch it in two minutes, which he did. As I was pulling out my credit card, he said not to worry about it, since it was just a two minute job. I was pleasantly surprised, and I knew my brakes were nearing the end of their life, so I asked to schedule an appointment. Jason took a look at my brakes to make sure I did in fact need new brakes, and after confirming that I only had 10% of life left on my rear brakes, I scheduled an appointment. I really appreciated how they looked at my brakes first and told me the truth about how my front brakes looked good, and how much life I had left in my rear brakes. It really made me feel like they’re good, honest mechanics, not trying to sell you work you don’t actually need. I came back for my brakes the following week, and the team was just as professional, punctual, and fairly priced. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to all my friends.

I brought my car in stressed about a flat tire I thought would need the sensor replaced.Ryan always shows you exactly what the issue is and is honest and upfront with quotes (they take care of the issue without charging for anything beyond that).As this was a patch (for the tire puncture, the sensor was fine) and an air up for the spare (which I thought I would have to replace), he didnt charge and had me on the way with peace of mind.For anything involving my car (tires, oil changes, engine maintenance, any routine or heavy issues) I always bring to Millennium. I had a tow company tow my car to their shop,through my insurance, and the tow company was unprofessional and damage my rims while unloading. The owner contacted me and inform me of the what happen. He recommended I come to inspect and see the damages from the tow guy. I am thankful and grateful that the owner did this first because it was the tow service fault. I file a complaint with the tow service but am very thankful for these guys honest professional service.

Great Service. The TPMS light in car was on so needed to have my tire pressure calibrated. Not only did Ryan, the owner, do that for me but also took the time to show me how to check the tire pressure so that the issue doesnt occur again. Didnt charge me anything. These guys are awesome! I moved from a different state where I had family members take care of all of my car needs. I trust these guys like I would my family. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a great staff. They explain everything that they are doing. Would definitely recommend! Down side, not really though, is they need more parking due to all of the cars they work on.

Just stopped by this place to have a general question answered for us. The gentleman we spoke with asked us to bring the part down that we were questioning. When we brought it back the gentleman took it in the back, fixed it for us, and handed it back without any expectation of a payment. Of course we tipped the gentleman but the fact that they did it for free without even letting us know is really awesome. This is a mechanic shop so Im not suggesting go there for free stuff, however, after that kind of service I would definitely recommend them to have your car repaired. All staff was very friendly and welcoming. Both mechanics that we spoke with were extremely friendly and informative. Have never been to an auto repair shop and had the experience with the staff that we have had at this location.

Have taken my vehicles here for a long time. Very friendly & professional. They saved me money the last 2 times I went there. The last one I thought I needed 2 new window regulators. They replaced one. The other one they said was repairable. Saved me about $150. I haven’t had a problem with it since the repair. I highly recommend these guys!! Don’t take your vehicles anywhere else!!

Can’t praise these guys enough! As a young woman living on the opposite side of the country as my family, I’ve often felt like I’m an easy target for most auto shops to take advantage of. Millennium Auto is the ONLY auto shop that has never made me feel that way, and I completely trust them to have me and my car’s best interest in mind. They are so incredibly hospitable and kind. They always walk me through what they did and what they think may need to be done. The price is always reasonable and I never leave feeling like my car’s care is over my head. Ryan even drove me home and picked me up when my A/C was being fixed so I wouldn’t have to walk in the heat, even though it was just a few blocks. Owner honored the price and even offered to deliver my car to work around the corner. Had him price my other cars work and tires. Will definitely go back soon for more work.

I was visiting Arizona and ended up needing a new set of tires. I was calling tire shops around the area and Millennium was the only one to answer their phone. They told me theyd take care of me. I showed up and Ryan was super friendly and fair. I was out of there in 30 mins too.

Mechanics let you know everything that needs to be done and the best way to get there. They say diamonds are a girls best friend. I say a good mechanic is worth much more than diamonds.
