Heard about this local shop through a Phoenix, AZ message board (basically a referral), had an appointment pre-scheduled with Eric, brought my vehicle in for a general inspection and a Brake Fluid flush. Eric said the car looked great, and that despite me inquiring if the Radiator Hoses on my vehicle with 120,000 miles needed to be changed, he suggested to just leave them alone, it isnt necessary to replace them until probably 200,000 miles. I sincerely appreciated Erics honesty on this, and they had me out within an hour so I was able to get to work. Cannot recommend them enough for Toyota or any vehicle repair. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with integrity. They were honestly priced and fairly quick with the work they did. I took my car in knowing that my ac was dead and that was all i wanted fixed. They ran their diagnostic and told me what I needed and there price was very reasonable for what it needed. They ad everything fixed in a Les than a couple days along with a list of other issues that if or when i want done i could have them do. With price breakdown and everything. Very happy with my ice cold ac now and will definitely be return for some of the other repairs it needs.

I just recently had my oil change done and I couldnt be more pleased. Eric and his employees are the best and I trust them for any service I may need for my vehicle. Also Id like to say that Brandi who runs the office is also the best. You wont find a dynamic duo like Eric & Brandi anywhere else.

Eric and his guys are wizards, i swear! My ac went out in my van and i had a few other mechanics try to fix it and they only made it worse and contaminated my whole system😠 after taking it to Eric i now have ice cold ac again! Had eric realign my front-end after the lower control arms were replaced. one if the tires was severally cupping. they took me in right away and took care of my concerns for $89.00. Recently needed work on another vehicle, but they were booked for several weeks. Eric recommended Phoenix Body Works and they took care of my concerns.

First time. Didn’t have time to inspect & chase a problem. Tried them on a recommendation. Definitely honest. Truck has 265k miles, I do most my own work. Quick, honest, fair. The 3-4 items on “laundry list”/problems they noticed were all true/actual items I’ve noticed myself while under my truck, just haven’t fixed yet. Will use them again & would recommend them to someone who doesn’t know cars. They’re honest which is huge for many who don’t know otherwise.

I initially found Integrity after calling around for multiple quotes to get our shocks replaced. Their price was right on par with expectations vs. the other places were overcharging for labor (3 figures!) or upcharging the parts too much. They kept us informed of any changes or explanations of what they found and really allow the customer to feel autonomous.I recently had a bunch of car issues pop up and left us at a loss of what to do since we use the car for ride sharing and helps make our income. They helped us walk through the diagnostic one piece at a time and at one point, dropped off the car after ordering a part to replace. They called us back a couple hours later saying they noticed a loose connection and the engine code disappeared for the other part, so reset the engine light and drove around for a bit and nothing came back on, so they allowed us to come back and pick up at no cost! They saved me several thousand right there.I will continue to bring my business back to them for their integrity and good communication skills. They also give a military discount for anyone serving.

Eric and his family are amazing. Were so grateful to have found a mechanic we can trust and will expertly repair our vehicle at a fair price. We had to replace our hybrid battery and the dealership wanted $4300 AND said we had to replace 2 of our ECU computers. Erics second opinion confirmed the computers were fine and swapped out the battery in less than a day at a fraction of what the dealer wanted. So glad to have been referred to you!

First time customer, my wife’s Impreza AC was acting up. After a few messages back and forth and some friendly advice on how to try to troubleshoot it ourselves we decided it was time to take it in. They were very friendly, up front, quick and honest. We had called around for pricing prior to getting it serviced and they were much better priced than the typical chain shops. This maybe one of the easiest mechanic experiences Ive ever had. Knowledgeable: He was able to diagnose and fix my issue based on my very poor description of what I thought it might be. Honest: I thought it was some very serious, but it turns out a previous mechanic didnt do the job properly and only required minor adjustments. Affordable: Car maintenance can be pricey, but I know Im getting the best value when I dont have to worry about someone trying to nickel and dime me. Friendly: from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Everyone is very nice and it is clear they have a focus on customer service. I am so glad I was able to find Integrity Auto Repair! Eric, Brandy, Nick and EVERYONE here truely earn the name INTEGRITY...my father took his truck here and they always always made sure he paid a fair price and were quick to fix what was needed...after my dad passed away we were left with his truck and my mom and I werent sure where to go or turn so we reached out to Eric and he was so kind and and caring making sure both of us were taken care of for all the needs on the truck and when we decided to sell it gave guidance on what its worth was to sell and ect...then I purchased a car 3rd party which ended up being a dud but still he was able to affordably make sure I had a running car till I could sell it for something better, explaining what was worth fixing and what would nickle and dime me to death....many mechanics wouldnt check or do anything for free or gone to the lengths they have and thats what integrity is all about! Erics Integrity auto repair was recommended to me by one of my colleague who was nothing but praise for Eric. I came in to give the service a try and have never gone back anywhere else. Eric is VERY HONEST about the services needed for the vehicle and you can completely trust him. He called me once after i had paid for the service; to explain me there was a problem with the computer generated bill but the amount that he charged was right and explained me about it. Eric and Brandy run a great business. I recently had my engine replaced here. The quote given was extremely reasonable and to my surprise the cost all said and done was LESS than what I was quoted. I was told theyd get started on the 3rd of February and complete by the 5th but they were able to get me in on the 30th and complete on the 31st. They have earned my business for life and Ill be referring all my friends and family to them for any auto repairs they need.

My wife and I were staying in Desert Edge RV Park when I noticed the skid plate was about to fall off my SUV. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I didnt dare drive it far with the SUV in this condition. I called Eric at Integrity Auto first thing Monday morning. He found time to reattach the skid plat and I had my car back by noon. He did not charge me enough so I tried to make up for that. Had my fuel pump replaced there yesterday! I would definitely recommend. Eric was thorough, honest and upfront about my options. From the customer service to the repair this place is priceless...there was a time when I came in to get the AC fixed and Eric said you really need oil change now too and I said Ill get it next week when I get paid..and he chose to do the oil change anyway ... for no charge. Eric was absolutely outstanding. I was referred to him from my boss.Are Toyota Avalon was in need of a hefty amount of repairs. Before coming to Intergrity Auto. We were quoted 5300 for repairs at the Toyota. Dealership. Not only did we get a way better deal with Eric. He made my wife feel comfortable. She dreads doing anything having to do with car repairs for fear of being taken advantage of. Eric saved all the defective and worn parts just so my wife could see them for her self. I have never been so happy to drop our cars off to be serviced! I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

It was truly a pleasure interacting with Brandi and Eric. They serviced my 2013 RAM 4x4 with front struts, rear shocks and new spark plugs.
