First timer to J-n-J - very impressed! Made me feel like I was at my old shop back home in Montana. I had the pleasure of working with J-n-J auto during the COVID pandemic, to conduct a used vehicle inspection for a car I was purchasing from Carvana. They were able to get me in quickly, maintained 6+ feet distance during the process, and enforced distancing protocol during my visit with other patrons coming into the shop. Not many places are doing that, and I give them props for office management! Quick, honest and reliable review of my used vehicle, price was better than 75% of other shops, no brainer will be back when/if needed with both my vehicles from here on out.

The thing I like most about J-N-J is once they fix it it stays fixed. I hate going somewhere and then having to take it back 3 or 4 times for the same repair. I had a brake light out in my Cantors Driving School car. The whole light fixture had to be removed to change the bulb... I had the bulb but not a wrench , so I knew there was a shop a mile away from the the office. This place had almost an hour wait. I noticed J-N-J right next door so I asked them if they could help me out. Guess what, not only did they do it for me in 5 minutes, but they did not even Charge me....i have a 7 car fleet and all my cars will go to them... Thank you so much for your time and kindness....

They have earned a customer for life. Another shop had my truck for 40+ days and could not fix my issue. Jim not only fixed it but had it done the next day. Highly recommend this shop.

Dont go to Pep Boyz (right next door) because they really dont know what they are doing, or have the staff on hand for a firm answer of whats wrong with your car. So, they (Pep Boyz) refers me over to J-N-J Auto Services who got us in right away, provided GREAT customer service, and had us out of there in an hour. Cannot say enough good things about this auto shop. Go see them, and highly recommend!

Really fortunate to have been able to fix my car. I took it for a second opinion to J n J Auto Service and they physically showed me what was wrong with my car. Turns out my power steering pump was totally fine but my serpentine belt tensioner was busted, meaning 1) Firestone neglected to tell me about that and 2) the belt that was just put on there was destined to pop off at any time.After inspecting it J n J quoted me $880 for repairs - a huge difference from the $1600 quote from Firestone (that was incorrect to begin with)On top of that J n J was very understanding of my need to utilize a program for foster youth to pay half the cost of my repair, which can feel embarrassing to me sometimes.All in all my experience with J n J Auto Service was excellent. I feel very strongly that Firestone was trying to con me and Im glad I got a second opinion. Im a single mom with 2 kids, 2 jobs, and I go to school full time. A $1600 repair on my car would have left my family struggling for months. Im so greatful to have found this place with HONEST, DECENT, human beings looking out for their customers.
