Normally I dont leave reviews but this business has cost me money for lost time at my handyman business waiting for Matt to call or show up to do the job. Matt came out and put a hot water heater in my dads 83 5th wheel and did the extra to make sure it was set up right and easier for him to use with an inside toggle switch to turn on and off no more pilot lighting! It was done in the 115 degree heat Tuesday and for a reasonable price, will use them in future for sure.

Let me just say that they are my faithful go to mobile mechanics. My first encounter was for my back brakes and Alex did such a thorough inspection and even explained to me what was going on, what I needed (I have no idea about cars) and what he would suggest was the best approach. You hear many stories about mechanics ripping you off but it was the way he went about it, even down to calling and picking up the parts I needed and getting it done that same day. The price seemed more than fair to what I was getting quoted in other brake places. A few months later Alex came back out on a rainy day to change the front brakes and the service was even better because now it was a familiar face I could trust. Thank you Alex! Today, Matt came out to check out a van that had just been handed down to me and it took him less than 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong, we both agreed that we hate apartments (I live in apartments) as he discovered that my Cadillac converter and O2 sensor were cut out. He called around muffler shops until he could find me the cheapest and good quality shop that will fix my van the very next day when every other shop had no availability until the end of the week. Thank you Matt for being so awesome and cutting my job in half because I wouldn’t even begin to know what to say to a muffler shop or know what to look for as far as price range. As a mom of three littles, I will forever be grateful for these guys and the great service they have rendered. I’ll always keep them in my phone book for future car services.

I highly recommend this service. I thought I might need some new brake parts but Matt reassured me that he could fix the sticky brake pedal after I put in new front pads. And done within one hour.

We had an issue with my sentra that no one could fix! We had an oil dip stick that dropped down 8 inches or so that we thought was impossible to repair. I have OLD vehicles, a 1998 Isuzu Trooper and a 2000 Honda Accord, and am confident he can fix anything on these cars. So far Matt has been the best experience Ive had working with a mechanic by far. The first time I called him he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and save me several hundred dollars in the fix. The second time I called him he was able to do the same thing, although this time with the added bonus of getting my girlfriends car out of a jam as well. He explains things in a clear way so Im not left questioning whether a repair really needed to be done at all, and Im happy to give my business to a guy who clearly knows what hes doing .

Well, I originally called Matt to get a quote for a timing belt job, he quoted me a good price. I then asked about installing suspension parts that I already purchased, he quoted me an outstanding price on that... when I told him I don’t have all that now but would call him when I did, he offered to do all the work for 2/3 of the money up front and the rest two weeks later. He said it would take a day or two to complete and he would be working on it at his home with another technician.He picked up my truck on a Friday, Saturday he called me and said the timing was taking a bit longer than expected, but he would have EVERYTHING done by Sunday, he thanked me for being understanding. I should also mention, a tie rod end was still in the mail, and when I expressed my concern about not having it, Matt said it’s no problem and that he would come to my house to put it on when it did come (it’ll only take me a few minutes man, no big deal).Sunday at 1:35 pm he texted me that my timing was done but he wasn’t going to touch my suspension and wanted double the amount he quoted me to do the work. He seemed surprised I wasn’t happy about this when I went to get my truck.My truck was also newly missing a trim piece from the drivers windshield wiper, he got defensive when I asked about that saying “why would I steal that” dude settle down, nobody would steal that, but my truck did have it before you touched it.Now, I sat on things for a few days and finally talked to him today on the phone. I said “I don’t feel like I was ripped off, but I definitely feel like I was mislead” he erupted and started yelling at me saying I’m calling him a liar... well if you said it’ll take 2 days and 900 dollars to do something then on the 3rd day decide it’ll take 6 days and 1200... you were not truthful in your quote, your assessment of your skills and time, and you were absolutely not respectful of your client.My truck shakes violently at highway speeds, I already spent $300 in suspension parts, and if I had to pick which $600 repair to pay for first, it would have been my suspension. Matt stole my choice in the matter, didn’t complete what he said he would, then yelled at me for questioning him.I’d avoid this guy, he might be a little cheaper than a shop, but you cannot trust him.

Matt went way above and beyond what was called for. He communicated what was going on every step of the way and when we hit a major hurdle, he easily couldve just left and rescheduled but he stayed and finished our job. He even went so far as to help me push my car to a new location when my complex kicked us out. He got through an extremely tough job laying under my car on the asphalt in 106° heat. Needless to say I found my new mechanic!

The mechanic came out and was able to fix my daughters car. there were more issues with it than originally but he worked hard to get all of the issues fixed in a timely manner.I wish i could leave a better review. Maybe if communication was better. Scheduled an appointment with Auto repair 2 You and had an appointment set for 10am-12pm and the tech never showed. called and the owner said that he was stuck on another job but should have called . he ended up coming out much later so my daughter had to sit around after canceling her shift at work. went over pricing and was told the next available appointment was monday. Monday comes around and the tech doesnt show. My daughter called my at 3:30 and he seemed a bit frazzled. 6:30 he finally sends a text saying he made a schedule error and nothing after that. I understand things can happen but Communication is Key. Rescheduling would have been fine but being left hanging 2X 2 different days is overly frustrating Especially when my daughter had to call off work to get her car fixed ad it is still not fixed. I understand not all repairs are not worth the time but it would have been nice to know before wasting time.

Excellent service. Although he was unable to make the repair, because the main computer went bad, he saved me almost $1,000 dollars by recommending an alternative to the dealership. Instead of paying $1,300 for a new computer, I paid $308 to have my existing unit repaired. And it would have been less had I not needed a tow. Highly recommend.

Wow! These guys blew my mind. Our truck was recently stopped dead in its tracks and we thought we were gonna need a tow and we new we would need a diagnosis and parts and labor and we were really dreading it because we are between checks. I looked online and these guys were the closest to me, with the best star rating. So I asked for a quote online and the guy calls me in less than 5 minutes with a detailed plan and layout and prices and everything. I was a little nervous about him sending the new guy mike around 2 maybe sooner. Mike called me at 1 and was ready to go he told me instantly what was wrong and drove to the store himself and got the part and came back. Now while the quote was dirt cheap, it was about all we had left in our account. I told him we might have to cancel and he told me he would work with us and knocked off his own chunk hed be earning just to bring my price down which is what sold me on these guys. I tipped him what I could i wish i could give him more he really helped us out we are a 3 kid family and our 2 vehicles are our lifeblood. I cant believe just one guy showed up and fixed all our problems in under an hour. He even cut himself bad while working on it. I needed a door repair to my Tiffin RV and was locked out of our RV. Tiffin doors are famous for locking you out. I climbed through the window and disabled the lock mechanism. Long story short Tiffin manufactured the whole inside of my door and sent the part Fed Ex. We set up an appointment with Matt, he said he would be at our Coach between 2-4. He never showed up, he never called us and nobody would answer at the Office. We are stuck in Phoenix, today it’s 103, tomorrow it’s 106! They could of at least called us and told us they could not make it!This really sucks! NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was literally stranded and trying to get home to my kids. I called Auto Repair 2 You, they were there within 30 minutes and installed a new battery in my Chevy Tahoe. Very affordable, keep in mind this was after hours on a Saturday, 30 miles north of Phoenix, they only charged me $275 for battery and labor. Changing a Chevy battery requires tools and time bc it is tucked away, I work with guys who did not have tools and thought I would need to get it towed! I am so thankful I called.

I was driving down the 101 freeway on Sunday with my son. My vehicle started making a load noise and began to overheat. I was able to make it to a gas station prior to the vehicle shutting off. I asked google for a mobile mechanic and this businesses website came up. The phone was answered immediately and the person on the other end said that he could come to where the van was and get it fixed for me. Sure enough he arrived when he said he would and got my vehicle fixed for a great price. I was very impressed and have found myself a new mechanic. Excellent customer service and work performance. Took Matt a month to install a cooling unit on my RV refrigerator. on the 1st visit he got the unit installed but condemned the board. The board was good it was a wire that he broke that leads to the compressor. On his 2nd visit (two weeks later ) he diagnosed that the unit was low on refrigerant. The unit was flat because he ran a screw through the evaporator. He removed the cooling unit and took it to be repaired by some guy. He left the fridge laying on the floor in my RV before returning for his 3rd visit 2 weeks later.I took a day off (again) to help him re install the unit. After the install, the unit still wouldnt start because his wiring was so awful. I called JR at JC refrigeration and he walked me through the electrical wiring. I had to buy new wire and connectors to do it properly. The unit still doesnt cool properly so that is a subject for a legal venue.If you own an RV, steer clear of this guy. I had to put up with lie after lie until I got the cooling unit back from him. Without getting the unit back I would of had to buy another one. The people at JC Refrigeration assured me that they will send me another unit at a reduced cost so ill get through this. They were the shining light in this nightmare. I tried to go to his business address to retrieve my cooling unit but i couldnt find it.

This mans service is amazing!! He came out in the rain and fixed my brakes so I can take my son to school. Hes very humble and appreciative. Hes also more than reasonable and honest about his work. I will definitely be using him for whatever auto problems I face! THANKS MATT!!!!

Had a problem with my car starting,called Matt and talked to him for a few minutes about my problem. He told me to check out a few things on my car before he had someone come out. 10 minutes later I had my car started thanks to Matt. I would recommend Auto Repair 2 You for all your automotive repairs.

These guys did an awesome job and were able to do the work at my job! I am unable to make appointments to take my car somewhere to get done because of my job! The price was reasonable and Matt is very knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend to any of my co -workers and friends!

My family has been using these guys for 5 years, first because we had a small fix that left a car inoperable so we figured mobile mechanic wouldn’t be that much more and we’d save on the tow, but we’ve found it’s less expensive... I haven’t taken a vehicle to a shop in 4 years now, the way they diagnose and fix the problem has always been spot on. No unnesicary new parts, they usually offer a few options (good better best) for the replacement part, and get it done that day.

Im so happy I found this mechanic I called him in the morning and my car is now fixed he changed the alternator and battery of my 2008 impala. Thank you so much and I will be calling back to get more work done and recommend you with all my friends and family. Thank you for not overcharging me.

Alex just came out and fixed a serpentine belt on my car. I researched who does mobile auto repair and matts company answered the phone and was open early [thank god] he gave me a great quote and followed thru!
