My car broke down and I took it to this shop since it was the closest to my house.They had my car for 2 days finally on day 3 they called me telling me it was a vent valve due to a broken timing belt, told me it was going to cost $4500 for a new engine. Went home check online to read symptoms of a bad valve, my car didnt have any of those symptoms anways I decided to take it to another mechanic shop for a second.inspection, turns out it WASNT a bend valve it was something less serious. Now Im not sure if they actually checked or if they just didnt want to deal with my car. Not going to jump into conclusions and acuse of this shop to being dishonest, I just thing its not right to lie to someone about the car needing a new engine, lucky I checked online because I was going to sell my car for parts and I was going to throw away alot money. Only reason why I gave them 2 starts instead of 1 was because the owner john didnt charge me anything for the shop to diagnose my car, wich now makes me think did they really diagnose my car ? Or just sat there for 3 days ? Im very grateful for online reviews sthat way people can see all these unethical tactics mechanics shops use...Wil not come back to this shop even thought its 1/4 away from my house and I wouldnt recommend any of my friends to this shop.

I am from out of town, so I could not go to my normal family friend mechanic, or repair my vehicle myself. My insurance towed it to this shop by default, and I am very glad they did. The car was repaired in less than 24 hours. They were honest and upfront about everything, saved my old parts, and their prices were very fair and competitive. The business seems local and family owned. I grew up in the auto industry, and I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They have earned my business anytime I am in Phoenix.

Set up an appointment the day prior for an Alignment. Guy said he would start in a few minutes so I left to grab a bite to eat down the street. Showed up 2 hours later and my truck hasnt even moved. Whats the point of the appointment?

Best mechanics in Arizona

Very HONEST and Reliable!!!!I took my 2016 Nissan Sentra in today and i had a little concern because the car was pulling to the right. I thought it needed the alignment and when I took it to John he said he will hook it up to the computers and he’ll let me know. I also told him I needed some air in my tires. When I called him he said the right tire was missing 5 or 6 lbs of air and the car didn’t need an alignment. I wonder how many mechanics out there would be honest enough with their clients to tell them the truth and save their clients money. Very reliable mechanic and very honest. Would recommend John to anyone.

You want honest then this is the spot..it may take a minute to get it done cause theyve gota lot of cars but thats because everyone wants John & his crew to get the job done. But one things for sure Ima always be Johns favorite customer..lol..he hated my van..lol..I give the employees 5 🌟

I called to get an estimate as to how much my brake pads would cost to be replaced they told me $80 when I went to pick up my vehicle they tried to charge me $120 I got in my car and there was a quarter tank of gas gone and my brakes were not bled properly and they are very spongy I will not go back

Great shop owner, John is well versed in the financial operation of this side of the business. While he is also a skilled mechanic as well. He is selective in whom he hires, particulalry when it comes to the mechanical capabilities and the staff being capable of being relatable to customers, as John the owner is himself. I know he has a lot of repeat customers, I will be one myself.

This is the third alignment shop I went to to fix an issue with my car. They actually test drove my car, fixed the problem, and test drove my car afterwards to make sure the issue was fixed. The problem was actually tires, not alignment. Other shops would not bother to identify the problem nor verify they actually fixed anything. I never expected such a high quality work from some alignment shop.

We went here for alignment and to diagnose a check engine light. The guys (John, Julian and Alex) did a great job, and worked hard for all the customers who came in while we waited. Definitely going back for any other car trouble (hopefully not soon, though, lol).
