Ive lived at Roosevelt Row for 3+ years now and am overall very happy with the experience - the amenities are great, the location is fantastic, and the apartments are very nice. Maintenance is always super fast with any needs and the office team is very personable. These are true luxury apartments and totally worth the money!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. It’s honestly a very good experience. Amenities are usually in perfect conditions. Leasing agents are extremely on top of questions and requests. Appliances and finishes inside the apartment are also great. Very good package system. Elevators can be a bit rough sometimes but mostly functioning. Honestly a good deal considering the 100% customer service you get here.

The amenities are great- the pool and cabana/outdoor grill areas are awesome. Same with the lounges and roof deck. Alot of areas to hang out outside of being stuck in your apartment.Fitness center is great as well, never TOO busy since its relatively big.The units themselves are solid. Nothing too crazy but everything is up to date for the most part.My biggest complaint is the fact that the Portland Street elevator has been broken for a majority of the 5 months ive lived here. It seems like theyve given up on even attempting to fix it. Havent heard any update in a couple of months. Id prob bump this down to 3 or 4 stars if I lived on the top floor.

The apartment complex is extremely well maintained and the complex management is very responsive. I looked at 9 different apartment complexes and nothing came close to Roosevelt Row. Everything is very quiet and the residents are all pretty friendly. This has been a great move and would recommend the same for anyone who is looking for a higher quality of life. Destiny in the leasing office and Christian in maintenence have been standouts, going above and beyond.

Wow! My husband and I were beyond impressed with our experience with the Roosevelt Row staff and property. Beginning the moment we walked in without scheduling a tour and were still greeted in a friendly and welcoming way. Todd was extremely accommodating to our current situation and took time to plan out options with us BEFORE we even began our tour. He then took us on our tour and was an incredible guide, as well as, not rushing us in in any way. He answered every question we had along the way. After our tour of the incredible property and amenities, Todd then went a step further. (If you have been on many apartment tours you will appreciate this next bit.) He got out a map circled each unit we toured and explained little reminders and land marks to help us remember the unit. While doing this he would review and write down, on a separate matching floor plan, the price per unit. Todd also helped us overview the entire expenses per month per unit (every apartment complex has additional, beyond base rent charges - BUT not every complex has staff willing to break these charges down so that their potential new tenants have a clear and honest number to consider when choosing a unit appropriate for their budget)! We are so happy here! The entire staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They are also extremely timely in their responsiveness! We love our unit and the property. Thank you Todd for all of your help!

These units are marketed as luxury apartment homes and way more expensive than they should be. I signed a 6-month lease and the community was awful; elevators were covered in booze and bodily fluids every weekend, fitness center equipment was stolen by residents, corridors were littered with trash each week, and I even had neighbors who had domestic violence altercations approximately twice a week. If you need to work remotely, you can count on explaining away the screaming your colleagues hear through your walls during conference calls. I made repeated complaints to the leasing office and they finally offered me a $500 rental credit and to move me into another unit. When I found a much better place to live at a lower cost, they ultimately went back on the credit offer. Im sure there are nice people who work here, but Todd is basically a huckster.

I moved from out of state and had one day to find an apartment. I’m so glad I looked at this complex when I did! I didn’t know a soul in AZ so I was extremely grateful to find such a fun, welcoming community. My leasing agent, Destiny, was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel right at home. I immediately knew this was the place for me (and I looked at 15 different complexes). I highly recommend Roosevelt Row if you’re a fun loving type of person!

WoW I never expected to be treated like I was when I walked in today.I practically had to do a jig to be acknowledged and was advised there were no available tours before I even asked a single question. I was finally given paper floor plans but not before being told prices.Holy cow. Then as I left I politely said goodbye and the man there did that get out waive, and apologized to somebody on the phone. Although I suppose it is better to know BEFORE leasing, so I can AVOID that horror show before it happened.

Boyfriend & I moved here in February & I love everything about Roosevelt Row! To make it sort of short & sweet...the staff is very professional, responsive, & genuine! The cleanliness of the property is exceptional! The maintenance & cleaning professionals work around the clock to ensure they upkeep every inch of the property, they’re amazing & very friendly!! (One of the gentleman even changed my tire for me once haha) The amenities have to be some of the best I’ve seen! The resort style pool is unmatched & so relaxing! The gym has everything you could possibly need & the equipment is very clean & functional. The parking garage is very secure & there are plenty of parking spaces for all of the residents, & I love that our guests can even park in the garage in the designated area! The location is great & the block is pretty trendy! The other residents are pretty friendly & I love that the community is very dog friendly! I also love how secure the property is as well! Downtown living could be a little nerve wrecking but I feel pretty safe!We personally have not had any maintenance issues in our unit thus far which is nice!Safe to say We love living here!

Roosevelt Row has great potential but it is unfortunately ran by very poor management, making it a disaster to live in. The rent is overpriced for what you get and the management will arbitrarily shut down the amenities when they feel like it. They even closed down the pool against the governors guideline of allowing the pools in apartments to stay open. When I approached them about discounting the rent because I wasnt allowed to use any of the amenities they refused. Multiple times I have had issues and respectfully asked them to work with me to find a solution amicably and every time I am shut down. If you want a management company that cares more about money than your happiness, then Roosevelt Row is a great place to be.

I was first really impressed with the property here at Roosevelt Row Apartments. Once I completed my scheduled tour with Maggie, I knew that this was the place for me.The entire application process was extremely simple. In addition to Maggie, Alexis and Izzy were very helpful, communicative, and patient with ALL my questions. I had a few minor concerns and I must say that the manager, Veronica, offered the highest level of customer service. After moving into Roosevelt Row, I was pleasantly surprised with the caliber of residents living here. I quickly realized that my fellow neighbors were the perfect clientele for my plant based meal plan service.I explained to the Leasing Team that I wanted to host an event that would be beneficial for everyone involved. They shared that they offer professional and/or self-employed residents, just like myself, the opportunity to rent one of the shared spaces on the property for an event. I knew this could be a great opportunity.I then worked directly with Izzy, Alexis, and Veronica on planning a Social Food Tasting Event for all the residents of Roosevelt Row. The process was so simple and Im so appreciative to the Leasing Team for their willingness to understand my business and partner together for something really special. I highly recommend you do what I did... share your ideas about an event to host that will help make living here at Roosevelt Row that much better!

Gorgeous living spaces & amenities; amazing staffI toured a few other downtown communities during my apartment search, and what sold me was the service that I received from one of the sales agents, Ellie. She was friendly and quick to respond to all of my questions, and that type of service continues for me as an actual resident. This property has beautiful amenities that make you feel like youre on vacation at a resort, but its actually your home. The property is impeccable. This place is not cheap, but compared to a few other properties along Roosevelt, it is the best value for the quality of each living space and for the access to an incredible gym, pool, club house, lounge areas (including the best rooftop balcony), package concierge, secured parking, etc. I dont see how the other properties can compete! Also, the community of residents is awesome. The property hosts social events for residents, and its a great way to meet people. The building is still partially under construction, and any construction noise or fire alarm testing occurs during the day time. Noise is not an issue; I dont even hear other residents in the hallways or shared walls. Because the units are brand new, I found a few minor issues with the blinds and weather stripping on the patio door, but everything was repaired right away. Maintenance staff is onsite and seems to have an organized and efficient ticketing request system to address issues quickly.

Review №44

The amenities are good, but service and support are severely lacking. Two examples from within the past week: Things inside the apartment break pretty regularly, like shortages for multiple lights and fans, most recently the oven range stopped working, when maintenance came by to fix it, he took 2 min to look at it and then told us it was working fine when it clearly wasnt. Also, paying rent is the biggest hassle. They switched services requiring us to re-enter our payment info. When it didnt go through, they charged me $50 on the presumption that I entered in my information wrong. Even if I did mistype my account number, a $50 fee is ridiculous. Ultimately, the rooms are pretty nice, but for the amount youre paying in rent per month, there are many places all in the same area that Im sure have much better support for residents

Ive had an OK experience here overall, despite some issues I share with some of the other reviewers here. My main gripe, and I only write this to help others avoid what happened to me, is the noise from the AC vent. It is so incredibly loud, its made our experience literally trying at times. Its possible that my boyfriend and I are sensitive to noise, and I realize that other apartments in the building arent impacted by this, but please do yourself a favor and make sure to turn on the AC and listen to how loud it is before you a sign a lease. I believe most apartments are OK, but we ended up in a corner of the building where the tube is pushed to the edge of the vent and it sounds like were in an airplane hanger whenever its cycling air through.Hope this helps someone out there!

Overall experience has been positive, but I do have some reservations about this property.Pros:-Downtown location-Amenities (esp. gym and pool)-Maintenance (exceptionally fast repairs and response time)Cons:-Very limited parking, no additional spaces for rentCaution to federal employees and military:I requested some assistance with rent due to the current government shutdown (a waived late fee). I received resistance and a lot of noncommittal communication (they basically didn’t promise to work with me, and went on to say they might start the eviction process if payment goes past a week or two). Depending on how frequent government shutdowns become in the near future, I would just caution federal employees and military to avoid this property until they work out some official policy or procedure. Otherwise, assume they treat all payment delays equally.

His patience and thoroughness made my decision easy.Since move in day, the entire team continues to show that they care for, and value, each of their residents. Weidner Management, in whole, is leaps and bounds above and beyond any management company I’ve rented from. The staff hosts interactive resident events, fitness activities (weekly, I think) & the entire facilities crew is always working on something, even on the weekends. The first 8 months of our lease under the previous management, we had zero issues. Unfortunately that was not the case with the new management. Our experience was not pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family. I have 2 other friends who live in the building who’ll not be extending their leases due to similar issues. I saw a few negative reviews w.r.t the elevator and AC. We had those issues as well, among others.

Review №66

It started leasing far too soon. The construction, though winding down, still poses massive disturbances for its residents. Nails, bits of steel, and other debris are scattered throughout the complex a hazard for dogs, kids and unless you have flipfops of steel. As for the staff they are friendly enough though have not been properly trained or dont care. Consistent issues and concerns among the community are often answered with you should have expected it with construction or essentially telling you that youre in a lease and good luck. The amenities while nice are usually out of working order (pool sticks broken, coffee machine down, fire pits down) the pool hasnt been cleaned since opening and has large thick dust along the bottom. The TVs around the pool and grills are purely decorative and only show no signal. If you havent given up on getting information from the office, theyll tell you cox is scheduled to fix it (03/20 its now 04/28). A fairly normal occurrence for maintenance issues. Lastly the construction noise from the restaurant development means if you are on L1 youll have constant drilling into the floor of your apartment from below starting around 6-7. Sorry for the rant however the general sense of regret for moving in warrants fair warning we wish we all had.

We have been residents of Broadstone Roosevelt for over four months. The apartment and amenities are extremely nice, and the leasing staff is friendly, but we second the construction issues (from the previous reviewer) along with a few other areas of feedback. It definitely hasnt been ideal to pay full price on an unfinished building, when upon signing, there were verbal completion timeframes given. For example, leasing agents said the pool/hot tub would be done by February when we signed our December lease, and it wasnt finished until mid-April. We completely understand construction set backs, but we felt mislead on the completion of certain areas. The gym restrooms and water fountains have been coming soon for over four months. The rental agreement does state that the building is under construction, and tenants overall accept this, but there is no true legal accountability on when things will be finished. We have also heard through some friends (who work for the city) that the complex will be used for ASU temporary student housing in the Fall, which I think should definitely be mentioned upon signing. I know there are many students here currently, and the resident population is the BEST part about living here--we do have a good mix of young and older professionals + students alike. However, if there is an agreement with ASU to allot a number of units for students, that could possibly make Broadstone Roosevelt geared MORE towards student housing. Since I dont have exact details, I cant speak to the plans, but I do feel like it is worth the inquiry if that might be an issue. Our biggest disappointment has been with our pets. We do pay a costly monthly pet rent, in addition to the pet deposit, and they are not allowed anywhere on the complex. They are banned from the common deck, the pool area, and both pool house and club house. There is also not anywhere to take them out within the complex, the only current dog stations are on the west side (outside) of the building. The area is generally safe, but I do feel a little weary taking my dogs out to the street late at night. We completely understand keeping the complex nice, especially with the furniture, etc., but we feel like we are paying quite a bit for them to be here, and it doesnt really feel very pet friendly at all. If you are someone who integrates your dogs in patio and hang out times, Broadstone Roosevelt is definitely not conducive to that. The positives are the amazing common spaces, the pool area, the units are really nice--we havent had any issues with ours. The maintenance and cleaning staff are AMAZING, so friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful, we love the Roosevelt area, the local restaurants/bars/shops are great along the street. The Broadstone social mixers are wonderful, as many people here have moved due to jobs or life changes. These social events allow people to connect with neighbors, enjoy open bars & activities, the leasing agents do a good job of hosting/curating.
