Communication with the office staff and technician regarding my appt date/time was great. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions about the system and explained what I could do to have it operate more efficiently. Very courteous and efficient service, and I would definitely recommend Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning to others.

Not only was Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning very quick to send someone out to look at our system and to quote us, they also installed it in record time! I have never had a service provider who could come out and replace the system in just one day. Absolutely awesome company! We contacted them for routine maintenance and they were super informative. The technicians always gave a courtesy call before arrival and when they did, they gave you a run down of what they were going to do. They explained everything they did and found in great detail. They are honest with their diagnosis and never pressure you to just commit to a service. They were so great, we signed up for their maintenance plan. Very affordable and different lengths of time with benefits to each one. We did the one year plan and after our recent visit with Jeff we will be doing a longer plan. Cannot recommended them enough.

Am very happy with detailed oriented and excellent about safety of are furnace and kid friendly. The tech didnt try to push things to buy witch is a big PLUS to me. I am not a person to leave feed back but when you do a nice job there need to be recognize and this I will recognize hats off the best people for the job on your stuff.

When I was selling my house my AC completely broke down one week before closing. James was able to source me a good used unit to get me up and running expeditiously without having to purchase an outright new unit. He took care of everything from delivery, installation and removal. I will definitely work with this company going forward.

I shopped around several local HVAC services firms to replace my heat pump system - both indoor & outdoor air handling units. Much to my surprise, I received complete installation of an American Standard unit for the same price as the next lowest bid which was a bottom tier manufacturer. The installation work was first class with clean ductwork fitting and new drain pan. We are so thankful!

Found this company to provide very good service in a timely fashion. Have had their service contract and have always been very satisfied. Great overall experience! The service was great and so efficient. I made the appointment last minute and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They gave a thorough estimate for furnace replacement. Their price was very reasonable. Two technicians did the installation a few days later. They were polite and did a great job on the installation. They cleaned the room thoroughly when they finished. The new furnace and thermostat work perfectly. We are totally satisfied.

The technician was great. He told me it could be one of two things wrong with my system. He was fast and correct in his assessment.He had to order the part needed, and Jeff assured me it would be in and installed within one day. The part came and he installed and tested the system. Jeff was able to attentively arranged for one of his technicians to assess the issue. Within 40 minutes Jeff arrived and diligently repaired the system. Booking an appointment was easy and the person I spoke with was very friendly (I cant tell how many times Ive chosen another vendor just because the original ones lacked the patience and friendliness through phone calls). They were able to schedule me a visit same day I called. They showed up and from the get go, they were unbelievably professional and polite. They covered their shoes before entering the house, quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained everything to me in great detail and very thorough in how my system worked and what alternatives may be. They pointed out every issue and we came to a consensus that itd be more efficient to just replace the system. Beyond satisfied with this initial visit.
