I called on a holiday at 10am to have my ac checked because it kept going out. The gal on the phone was very nice and helpful and she said they could get someone out that day between 12-4. The technician, Ben, called me around 11 and said he could be here in 20 minutes. So having him be able to arrive early was incredibly helpful! He was able to solve the issue and get it fixed so my ac was up and running again. Because the condensation line kept clogging, later that afternoon I did have to do a minor fix again, but Ben had told me what to look for and how to unclog that pipe if it stopped dripping. He had done all of the hard work in the attic though. Ben also did a mini check on the rest of my unit to make sure that was the only issue. I really appreciate the quick response especially in summer and he was able to answer all of my questions.

This team was amazing to work with! They got out to us immediately and got us a quote. The pricing was excellent and TY the GM was very responsive and fast with us. His team was polite and very knowledgeable and made me incredibly comfortable with them. Curtis and our installer were incredible! We got our AC in 2 days prior to what we were quoted. Rental property had a/c go down on Fathers Day and Sunday! Patrick Riley was able to come out. Though I don’t know if they charged premiums for this service, the repair was double the amount others would have charged for the same repair. I will say that the tech that did the repair was very nice over the phone, very prompt and really a good guy to talk to. I was out of town at the time. I followed up with a call the next day for an estimate on a new unit and this also where they dropped the ball. They returned my call and said they tech would get back to me shortly. I never received a call to make an estimate. Consequently I had someone else do the work. I had several estimates on my new unit and each one of them was asked what they would charge for the repair that I had done, each one was about 50% lower. In all fairness, perhaps I was unaware of premiums charged on a Sunday, an late evening appointment (10:00p-0200a) , but the icing on the cake was not receiving a call to get my estimate on a new unit installed.

I’ve used this company on numerous projects such as AC and plumbing… there have ups and downs…You will end up pulling your hair out after the numerous times they had to return for thing…The biggest story is that of a broken water heater and they installed a new waterless tank which turned out to be the biggest lemon and had technician who installed return for 27 times to fix which ended up he was never qualified for the job and the system was eventually removed and replaced with another POS water tank…

Today, Michael came out to address a plumbing issue, and to do the regular maintenance on the hot water heater. He was very thorough and was diligent in how he approached the projects. Micheal was our service technician...he was doing our annual plumbing inspection...a great service by Patrick Riley. He gets 5+ Stars from us! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!

We had Mike Barnes come out to fix a clogged toilet and install our new toilet. It turned into a very, very long process and ended being a piece of pipe stuck from construction. Mike and his manager worked for hours to figure out why a new home would have such a bad clog and they solved our problem. Very professional and friendly. We will use them again and recommend to others.

When Matt arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained why he was there and asked if we had any questions that he could answer for us. We asked about thermostat options and he showed us what he had on the truck and explained some options. My wife, Marsha, and I discussed it and decided we could not afford it at this time saying that if it aint broken, dont fix it. Matt performed a full A/C system inspection and explained what he found and showed us pictures. He discussed options with us and gave us the costs associated with those options, very reasonable considering the alternatives. Matt was very polite during his entire visit and while in the house he wore the little booties even after we said he did not have to, he said its part of my job, gotta do it. Matt is the sort of technician that I would call back to my home any time, polite, professional and a very good sense of humor. Very much appreciated in these difficult times.

We have been using Patrick Riley since weve moved to Phoenix from NorCal ~ 2 yrs. They are always on top of things and pleasant to work with. We had 2 new iWave scrubbers installed. Our UV bulbs went out, to replace each is quite costly. They were were still under warranty but Ty (the manager) informed us of a new technology called iWave with zero maintenance and long warranty. Familiar with the life of the UV bulbs, from previous scrubbers and cost to replace the bulbs we opted for this new technology. HVAC Tech - Tanner was absolutely great! He was personable, courteous, & knowledgeable. He called ahead with his ETA & verified he had parts to install. Tanner strictly adhered to PPE protocols which are extremely important to us during this pandemic d/t health issues. Tanner was absolutely refreshing after a hiccup with a previous Tech. Which was the reason we found out about the new technology, after talking with Ty the manager. So we were fortunate to have had a hiccup that lead to something we are happy to have purchased and installed. Thanks TY & Tanner for you attention to our concerns and details!! We are looking forward to experiencing the great feed back and confidence you both have in this new technology. It will certainly be worth the small investment to feel the benefits from this product. I want to give Matt Digiacomo a high five for the work he did for me today on a routine service check of my A/C equipment. Matt is a very professional clean cut gentleman, which is not normally seen in the service end of a business. He was prompt and very polite. He did an excellent job of cleaning the coils on the A/C unit and called me outside to see the difference between clean efficient coils and dirty ones on the unit that had not been cleaned yet. He brought to my attention dust buildup on the fan motors that showed dust getting in to the system someway, and made suggestions for filter types. I was totally impressed by his knowledge and communication skills.

Last year we added a heater lead in the attic to our bathroom. Unfortunately that bathroom and the rest of the house never heated properly since. They are here today putting all new leads in the attic. They have gone above and beyond to make our purchase correct. I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Charged 500$ for a capacitor---when I could go on roof---(I had just had surgery)- the capacitor was dangling by wires- (not secured)- and was the WRONG SIZE. I asked the guy how a capacitor could cost that much and he went on to tell me they have gone up in price a lot lately---which is ridiculous. The average AC capacitor is under 20$ and takes 20 minutes to change. If you say no- they say the call is 59$ If you tell them to do it- they sell you a maintenance agreement which gives you a percentage off- and will take the discount on this repair so its almost free. They are not going to come and do anything- they want to get access to sell. You can call them if you want- but I will never trust them to come out. If the guy had said we charge 500$---I would have respected that more than his lame brained explanation that capacitors have gone way up in price. FYI- neighbor had same service for 150$. Call around.

Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I needed two new heat pumps, and I was determined to pay as little as possible without sacrificing quality. I collected bids from 15+ companies. Patrick Rileys bid was tied with one other company for the best price, but their sales guy (Alyx) was friendlier and more knowledgeable than the other guy, so I went with him. He was able to get my systems installed the next day. I wasnt home at the time, but my wife said the guys that did the work were polite, professional, and did good work. My new units are working great, and whenever its time to replace them, Ill call Patrick Riley first.

Was quoted 12k to 14k for a new 4 ton trane unit called around and that same unit is half the price elsewhere told the service technician that the price was too high and he said the price was negotiable lol 😆 yes he did go over the extras I would be getting but that was only if I bought the york unit for the same price as the trane came with none of that! Buyer beware shop around! Getting 2 brand new units installed for 10k at another place dont see why i would have to pay 24k to 28k to have you guys put them in!

Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years weve lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didnt. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! Matt was great! Came over within 6 hrs of the call, when Night & Day told me they could schedule me for tomorrow, after 12:00. Meaning, my home would be 90° & higher, for a day & a half! Awesome Company! Every employee I interacted with was polite, friendly, understanding and professional. From the kind lady, Allison who answered my after midnight distress call to Veronica who reassured me that help was coming. Help came quickly. The same day! My Technician was Trevor. Trevor was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and provided me various options. My equipment was close to 20 years old. It needed to be replaced. Trevor showed me an awesome finance plan with ZERO DOWN and a great rate. I was approved in minutes. All this on a Saturday. Monday morning, Roy The installation tech arrived with his partner Francisco, my new Heat Pump and new air handler. Roy was awesome! He was friendly, professional and courteous. Above all, he knew his stuff. He and Francisco installed my new equipment and disposed of my old. Upon completion he rechecked everything. Roy and Francisco did an excellent job. They gave me a 4 hour window which I missed work for. They showed up a minute within the window, completely disregarding the fact that I called about 5 times throughout the week and this morning to ask for them to be there by 1pm. Apparently thats too much to ask for. Perhaps hire another dispatcher or technician to accommodate reasonable requests, I wasnt asking you to fly to the moon. Its like they are unwilling to work with you, just give you a window and then might show up on time, might not. I was promised a call from dispatch to reschedule, I did not get one. So i called them several hours later, and some answering service guy answered, who knew none of my info, but promised me a call back from Patrick Riley to reschedule.The Patrick Riley guy who finally did call me had a poor attitude and was condescending. Sounded bothered to have to call me. If I received sincere apologies, would have been different. Instead.... He told me this is how the AC industry works. Im very irritated, been waiting all week for my AC to get checked out and now they arent available to reschedule until some time next week and a window that doesnt work for me. Ive had better customer service at fast food restaurants.

Freddy P. Did an amazing job! From troubleshooting to explanations of the problems, to personally calling tech support for the NEST system thermostat. He did everything in a quick but very thorough search of the problems and fixed everything that needed to be done with speed, know how, and professionalism. Very friendly and informative! Even gave us advice and knowledge on the swamp cooler! Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didnt have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs! Had to get a new AC unit. I was very satisfied with the process. The sales rep was extremely professional and we were able to work out a great unit and set up for my home. My installer was extremely knowledgeable and his team was very polite. They did a great job cleaning up and wore shoe covers. They had carpet laid out over all the places they were walking too. I was very happy with their work. As part of the install they addressed some preexisting air flow issues in the bedrooms and now all the bedrooms get nice cold air. I cannot believe what a difference it made. In your face summer. The company also did all the paperwork for my SRP rebate and product registration and warranty.

Freddy was extremely helpful from the start. He showed up and had our AC issue diagnosed within 20 to 30 min. He quoted us and although we werent able to make the necessary repairs right away, he still helped us to make the best arrangements for ourselves until we could afford to fix the issue! Initial contact was friendly, engaging and informative. Office person explained what would happen. The entire service call was great from beginning to end. Patrick (the repairman) was courteous, knowledgeable, worked competently and swiftly. Work was completed, area was cleaned of tools and debris and work was checked prior to departure. Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C wont turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasnt a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldnt be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

This was the first time using Patrick Riley to help us with our AC. It was an emergency. It was late in the evening and a haboob was about to hit when our AC decided to quit. Adam the tech shows up around 8pm and was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional, customer service oriented, and very courteous. Got cool air going in no time.
