The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one youll talk to here in Phoenix, and shes the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was childs play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasnt a good fit and never told me why.

Within 24 hours Lincoln Air managed to have an older AC Unit at my rental property up and running again. I was out of town, and their ability to quickly respond, without too much of my own involvement was definitely appreciated! Highly recommended!!!

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know theyre on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. Im one of those people that researchs companys to a finite level so that the company I chose to hire are the people that I am comfortable having in my house. Lincoln Air was a company that stood out from all the others, all 8 of the others. Our sales rep was a young man named Dylan. He knew everything about what we wanted to achieve. HVAC is a major purchase for a home. I wanted the best possible that would save us the most in electrical cost with the best and most comprehensive warranty at the best price. Lincoln Air checked all the boxes. They were the highest rated by Mitsubishi which is the brand we went with after experiencing this in a luxury home I previewed for a real estate client. Dylan made sense with the direction Lincoln Air was guiding us through. Each room has its own thermostat. The operation is virtually silent. The energy savings is insane! APS replaced our meter because our monthly electric bill dropped tremendously. We have even gotten used to turning our bedroom down to 69 degrees for sleeping. Seriously. We paid a little more but we love it completely. Our electric bills are about 1/3 to 1/2 of what they once were before Lincoln Air replaced our HVAC. Now, regarding Lincoln Air service. Its the best. Lincoln Air sent a young man named Cody to our home for service. Five star experience again. Cody was clean, friendly and knew his profession completely. He took his time, was respectful of our furnishings and when finished our HVAC (inside and outside) looked like it did when it was installed three years ago. It even smelled clean.Ive had one experience with the owner. Mr Lincoln came onto the job during the installation. He is a very humble and nice gentleman. I honestly thought at first he was one of the employees. The office manager/receptionist is Carissa. She is also five star.I predict that in this ever growing awesome city we live in that Lincoln Air will be an empire soon. I highly recommend Lincoln Air. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasnt until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasnt as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

I had the AC wall unit installed in May 2016. This is, by far, the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The unit has been the best purchase I have made since buying my house. My room stays very cool during the hot AZ months. Garrett is very helpful and responsive when you have any questions or concerns. If I send him an email I get a quick response and hes available with answers and tips. Hes reliable and honest about pricing and what needs to be done. I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Garrett and the Lincoln Air company.
