I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but Georges work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install...well...I have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Technician was prompt on appointment time, very nice and courteous, explained some issues with my system without being pushy and cleaned up my unit nicely. He followed Covid protocol, wore a mask and shoe coverings. We had a new a/c installed by them about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about them. It was a super honest, non-pressure sales process, the install was top notch and their follow-up has been thorough.I got quotes from 3 companies, Day and Night was about $300 higher than the lowest quote I got. I went with them because of their team. They thoroughly explained all options and how install would go, even the install team was customer oriented.Since having the unit installed, we’ve had a leak in our bedroom. The roofing people I’ve had out have all commented on how well the a/c is installed and what a good job they did on the roof. The leak was really a fluke. Day and Night then organized a roofing company to come out and is fixing the issue. All without hassling them. Their team is very prompt and friendly. I recommend Day and Night to everyone I come across!

We have used day and night for the last few years, replaced a water heater, garbage disposal and had some piping unclogged. Every service visit has been great. Recently, Matthew Byrd came out to our house to do a preventative inspection of all of our plumbing. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable! He exceeded my expectations for the service visit. I was presented with options and honestly spoken to about the necessary items that would keep our home in tip top shape. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an on-call and preventative plumber!

Not reliable especially MR STEVEN KENYON saw me arrive to the home and decided to wait their for 20 minutes staring outside his car for no reason. I called the office told him I was there and the rep said he was Sanitizing his tablet 15 minutes later he was gone! I had my yearly plumbing inspection done for the first time since COVID. Adam did such a thorough job, was very knowledgeable and even had suggestions of things we could do to help. I also use their AC and Heating service, which is also great. Also, they are reasonably priced.

Just had multiple plumbing repairs done on both inside and outside of my house. They were very upfront and honest with cost/service they provide. I had Matthew and thought he was great. Very pleased with the exceptional service.

A+ service all around. On September 9, Jason (Comfort Advisor) did a complete analysis of the system needs. I was given a proposal with several options and prices. I chose the best option and scheduled installation for the following Monday. A crew of 4 men arrived promptly at 6:30am. They removed the old heat pump and air handler and installed a new unit. The job was complete by 1:30pm.The crew did a good job of protecting the floors and work areas and cleaned up before leaving. Living in AZ it gets extremely hot especially when your AC is not working! We had our new unit installed last year but we had a part that wasn’t working properly with no one to blame. We called Day & Night because they installed the unit. Informed them of our situation and that our home was getting very warm despite the unit going on and off. We have a kiddo who has Epilepsy and you can’t be in the heat without the risk of having a seizure.They asked one of their technicians, Daniel Jones, to quickly come to our home. Today was his day off but he answered the call and boy are we extremely grateful! He informed us of our problem but also gave us a solution. He was able to replace a part, clean everything, inspect our insulation and educated us. He was so personable and helped us understand how to make better choices for our unit. We thanked him up and down for coming to our home. If you want an excellent company with an outstanding team, Day & Night and Daniel Jones is who you want!! The scheduling/phone staff were extremely efficient, I wish I had taken the kind girl’s name. She was quick and returned calls. Thank you all so much!!!

These guys are amazing. I had issues with my solar water heater, no one else I tried would even look at it, including the people who installed it, and the Day & Night tech came out, took a quick look and fixed my problem in under an hour. Five stars

I called day and night to inspect/repair my ac system. The tech came out and did a thorough inspection of both my systems and created a thorough report with plenty of pictures. I’ve used other big companies before for maintenance and never had as good of a documented report and never had pictures to back up the report. This is the second time I used day and night first time was just a thermostat replacement. I was happy with the thorough work and the professional manor the work was done. I will definitely use them again.

I never write reviews. Gary and Daniel came out this morning and were both absolutely exemplary. Ive done business with Day and Night before and always been impressed, but these two gentlemen deserve recognition. Gary took the lead and explained everything in easy to understand terms. In no way did it feel like I was being coerced into buying anything I didnt need. Just very professional, and I really appreciated the time they took. These are the kind of employees that I hope the company really takes care of and values.

Great customer experience today. The team that arrived (James and Max) were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a question about my whole-home carbon filtration functioning properly; it was tested and all is OK. James also explained how the filter is designed to work, and what they tested for.In addition, I mentioned that during the March 2021 yearly check at my property it was mentioned that hose bib vacuum breakers were missing from front and backyard water spigots - well, that was news to me after almost 30 years in my home, and I know now I should have taken care of this earlier. Jose was able to resolve the issues my AC had. My wife told me he was incredibly polite and professional AC technician she has ever met. He resolved the issue in a timely manner and insured the AC was working properly. Based upon her experience, I want to use Jose for our Fall and Spring checkout for our AC/heating system. My wife understands a polite person as well as knows when a technician knows his job. His skills I would like to continue with when Day & NIght is used again. Max the technician was friendly and answered all my questions. He replaced all items under the kitchen sink. That night noises came from under the sink. The problem was resolved after finding the outside water pressure was high. I was very satisfied with Max’s dedication to fixing this problem.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with a company from start to finish! Jason the sales representative was great ! He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. They installed surge protectors for both the AC and Furnace and installed a new thermostat too. The customer service was also outstanding! Ive already recommend them to all my friends!Their prices are better then Parker & Sons and unlike Parker and Sons they werent pushy and didnt try to sell me a more exspensive unit then I needed . I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Ronnie came out to help us figure out why the master bedroom was not getting as cool as other rooms, the AC/HVAC unit was entirely replaced 3 months ago. After checking every vent inside and out, he determined there were dampers that needed to be readjusted as two small rooms were completely over ventilated. He fixed both vents in the master bedroom that I was unable to open completely, and adjusted dampers in the system to increase flow to the master bedroom. Much appreciated Ronnie and Team Day & Night for the initial inquiry asking how our new system has been working (which has been perfect otherwise)!

Haired Day & Night to do two projects. Install water heater and replace toilet tank parts. They were on time and Clayton did an excellent install, neat and clean. I had Day and Night install 2 Trane units with an air scrubber about 2 years ago and they have been maintaining the units since.They are always professional, keeping you updated on arrival times and enter your home with booties and also masked up during this pandemic.My latest tech was Antonio S and he was very pleasant and got the maintenance done without getting in the way of the household.I have recommended the company to friends and will keep recommending them.

Found Day&Night off Angi’s list and they were one of my three quotes. I chose them because unlike the others they came out to diagnose the problem for free first time and their price was the most reasonable. Eddie came to do the camera and had a good explanation of the problem. Unfortunately, I had to repair my main line because of how bad the pipes were. Mo and Austin came to work for two days in order to remove the front yard plants and install a new pipe. This was the only company that said they would at least try to put my front yard back in shape as best as they could. And Mo did just that. I feel like the service was above and beyond because they took the time to explain the problem, tried to find alternative solution (instead of breaking concrete directly they tried to dig on another spot to avoid having to repair concrete) they ended up having to but they helped repair as much as possible. Lifetime warranty also beat another company only 30 years warranty. Thank you Eddie, Mo, Austin, and John!

This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. The A/C would not work. Daniel, our technician, thoroughly checked the system and determined the problem was a thermostat wiring issue. He quickly fixed the problem and the unit began working as advertised. Daniel again verified the complete system was functioning properly, both on the roof and in the house. We now have a cool house and couldnt be more pleased. Daniel deserves an Atta Boy!

They are fabulous. One of our AC units stopped working and they sent out a service person within a few hours of my call. Their service person, Fabian Carbajal, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained well what needed to be done, and replaced the defective motor quickly. Ive known that my AC was living on borrowed time, so I babied it. I bought a service contract through Day & Night Air Conditioning and hoped that my system would repay my attention with a possible longevity record. Not so. I knew that things were getting dire and agreed to have a comfort specialist give me a quote on a new system.As if simply waiting for its successor to be in sight (and probably knowing that I would not allow it the dignity of a peaceful death), my old system decided that it had had enough. Mere days after the quote and weeks after its last service appointment, the freon leaked out and left the unit blowing a costly amount of hot air. I was not pleased. I was hot, irritable, and not looking forward to a hefty repair bill while I waited weeks for the new unit.It was late in the day, and I wanted to sleep in relative comfort, so I shelled out the bucks, grimacing, whining, and complaining the entire time. The following day, Day & Night Air not only scheduled the installation of my new unit within 72 hours, they told me that they would credit the full amount of my repair costs. I was floored and ever so grateful. As I sit in cool and quiet comfort, writing this review (I didnt realize how noisy my old unit was. Oy!), I truly appreciate Day & Nights responsiveness and commitment to customer service.

Ed and Erick showed up on time to replace my 2 17 year old HVAC systems. Erick explained exactly what would be happening and to expect at least a 12 hour work day. As soon as I showed them were they would be working they began to mask up the work area to maintain mess to a minimum. Not only were they done under 10 hours they still managed to clean up the work areas and ensured everything was up to my standards. Outstanding work gentlemen!!!!

Had a clogged pipe. Day and Night sent Fabian out th same day and fixed the issue. He ran multiple tests to ensure the drain was open. Very nice demeanor. Day and Night had a much more reasonable diagnosis fee then their competitors but what really separated them is the quality of service. Have they turned into my go to HVAC company? Absolutely! Communication was great, the problem diagnosis was explained without some big upsell and overall I just enjoyed working with these guys that I am writing a review. Front office lady handling the phone was nice and techs I talked to were great.

Day & Night has serviced my HVAC system for several years. Last night, on one of the hottest days of the year, my system quit cooling. I called in the middle of the night, when I discovered the issue. The answering service said someone would call me first thing in the morning, which they did. They said a technician would be available between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. The technician, Nick, called around 1:00 and said he was on his way. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Within a short time my system was cooling again. Since we’ve been having extreme heat warnings recently, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get anyone out to fix the issue for several days. I was pleasantly surprised when my system was up and running again in less than 24 hours.

Unfortunately, there was miscommunication regarding the type of a/c we have (old a/c, chillers) and Day & Night doesn’t provide service on these type of units. The tech was still kind enough to take a look in case our issue was something very apparent. He was very kind and professional and provided useful suggestions. Even though we couldn’t fix the issue and it was out of their control, they showed great professionalism and willingness to help. Definitely recommend using them!

This is a first class operation! The nice lady who made my appointment for a HVAC spring check up gave us a 6 hour arrival window, however, I was told the tech would call us 30 minutes out so I could run some short errands. About 20 minutes out, the tech, Ronnie called and confirmed the exact location, gate code and estimated time of arrival. 20 minutes later he knocked at our door, mask, clean uniform and shoe coverings! Ronnie explained the purpose of his visit and what he was going to be doing. The inspection went well, Ronnie explained everything and emailed us a very detailed copy of his report. I would definitely use Day&Night AC again for the heating season inspection. No hyped up sales pitches or laundry list of things we need. I hope that we can ask for the tech Ronnie again, liked his friendly and professional personality.

Rickey was very professional and knowledgeable. He got our AC up and running quickly. He also checked out the system (it’s new to us) and let us know a few things we should have done to help our system run more efficiently.

Had them come and service my 15 yr old unit. They found several issues that I was aware of 2 years ago but was hoping I could stretch it out for a while. I did speak to a Comfort Specialist (salesman) about a new replacement. I was impressed with his professionalism. He was not pushy and gave me several options. Not sure yet if I will go with them but I was impressed.

Day and Night installed a new system and expanded my duct system 13 years ago. They also just brought me up to speed on the latest technological advances and their 0% financing for five years. I’m not buying a system yet, but I know who I’ll go to when I do.

Not sure what to think of this company. Last month I spent $900 on a motor. Last night the AC stopped working, and now they say I need to pay $648 on a blower motor. My AC was manufactured in 2014 and it was installed in my house in 2015, it is not an old piece of junk. It only runs in the summer, I do not use in the wintertime at all. Not happy.

Had to get my AC system evaluated and ultimately fixed. Throughout the process, Day & Night AC was always quick to respond and the guy they sent over (Ronnie) was stellar. Clean, quick, and respectful of the house, Ronnie was very knowledgeable in his craft. Would recommend this company to others.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called Day & Night yesterday and Franz just left and my water conditioner is fully installed! Franz was straight forward, friendly and professional. I will absolutely us them for any future plumbing needs.

I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. Franz was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also didn’t seem to mind but actually engaged with my 6 pound dog who continually barked while he was here! He completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I will not only use this company again but will also recommend them to friends and family.

First, I’d like to say Thank you! From the first call to get information all the way through the installation has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been very professional, courteous and friendly. We’re enjoying our new AC unit with all new ducts and supplies (vents). We no longer wanted the vents in the walls so we asked them to install all new duct work and vents in the ceilings. They look like they came with the house and makes the house look like new again. We also asked to have the insulation in the attic updated since the house was built in 1988.So, we have a new AC unit, air scrubber, all new duct work, all new vents – in the ceilings, upgraded insulation in the attic and a new thermostat.We would HIGHLY recommend Day and Night to everyone.They are one of the few companies that do “really care” about their customers and our satisfaction!

The technician, David P., was very friendly, informative and professional. He patiently explained the issues he found in a way that I could understand and explained which repairs were critical. I happen to have gotten him again for a service call at my moms house and the level of service was consistent. Repairs were done quickly.

My Gas fired water-heater system had extinguished and I was not being able to light the pilot. The gas service was ok as my cooktops were lighting. The tech arrived in time. He was very professional and experienced. He immediately diagnosed it to a faulty piezo-electric clicker that lights the pilot. It was a Saturday, and close to closing time of most businesses, but he called a local parts supplied and immediately drove to get it. He brought the parts and replaced it and made it work! He was very honest and charged me a fair price for the parts without a high markup. He could have easily convinced me that the entire heater need be replaced!I will certainly used their service again!

We had a water pipe break and they had a serviceman come that afternoon. He was very professional and courteous and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service.

Too many of these plumbing companies have outrageous bids for work you could do yourself if you made a little effort but I managed to get to a spot in doing myself that was a near disaster. They arrived within a couple of hours and were incredibly pleasant and quick and the price was actually reasonable! I booked them on the spot for a much bigger job! Plus, the reminder they send you when the tech is on his way will have you chuckling for days. So happy to have stumbled on them!

Jake and Mike were great. They answered all my questions and didnt try to gouge me. They made the distinction between what I needed now versus what can wait. Previous plumber 2 days prior had me up to over $4000.00 bucks and buying a new water heater. Mykes experience showed when he knew that the previous assessment was wrong and I didnt need to spend that money. Jakes work was pretty as I called my new brass pipes in the front yard. And when a guy calls plumbing pretty, that should be taken seriously. Thanks guys I will use Day and Night again as long as I get Mike and Jake.
