I would give this company a 3 overall. They promise that they will come between a certain window but don’t expect a call if they will be late. 3 appointments and 2 separate visits later - and the first time they showed up around 5pm and couldn’t do much since it was going to be dark. My appointment was supposed to be early in the day. Then they were supposed to return yesterday between 10-2 and there were no phone calls or anything. I waited around all day and finally at 5:30 called the company again only to have to reschedule for the morning again. I don’t understand why the office employees cannot call and give an update! I understand that the techs are extremely busy and hot and miserable. No excuse for the office staff to keep you updated! It shouldn’t be all reliant on the poor techs. They work extremely hard.That being said my tech Anthony was extremely professional, kind, wore a mask and was excellent. If it weren’t for him I would not be too happy. He made up for the poor customer service within their company. He should get a raise.If you have to take off work to have a repair or service just be forewarned that you will probably have to take off the entire day and maybe up to 3 like I had to.

We have been loyal customers for 10+ years. They have always taken good care of us. I have now purchased 3 AC systems from them and the installs were smooth and fast and the ongoing service and customer support have been very good. Hopefully now that I have a new AC I wont have to be calling them much, but the 10yr parts & labor warranty eases the mind.

We had our RO system filters and system sanitized. Joshua Quintana and a trainee provided the service. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond the call by getting my water softener to communicate with my phone. Great job gentlemen and you are the reason I continue to use Parker and Sons!

I received an “I’m on my way phone notification” and shortly after the technician arrives. Mitchell was pleasant and professional. He explained the rates to me and I authorized the work.The problem was promptly identified and the replacement part was installed.Sounds simple, but due to some wire color inconsistencies, Mitchell has to use his technical knowledge to achieve the wanted goal.Success! Thorough job and analysis brought the desired result.Another satisfied customer. ( In my analysis, Mitchell was “not your average Joe” )

First of all Id like to say the install technicians Parker(no relation to Parker & Sons)and Erik were outstanding and the salesman Curtis was also knowledgeable and offered us a reasonable and value packed AC install solution. We solicited Parker & Sons through The Home Depot. Two days after speaking with The Home Depot associate Michelle we had an AC unit installed and operating correctly with a cool house again. Our house was retrofitted in many different ways to accommodate the AC unit that was on our roof .When Parker and sons came they removed all the retrofitting put the correct pieces in and installed a nice unit which is silent and cools the house nicely. Highly recommended!!!

I wanted to leave a real quick and take note about the amazing Job Ryan Labarr did today at my Son’s New Home.My Wife and I purchased house warming gifts of a new disposal and Dishwasher only to find the electrical not correct to install these new appliances.Ryan, arrived well within the arrival window and made quick and great work of the needs to be done.He was truly a joy to work with.He cleaned up amazing well after himself and left things better than he found it.We will be using him again without question.Thank you for hiring such great people.

From the first contact with the scheduling line on Friday afternoon to the service provided the following Monday, this company has been amazing. The scheduler got me set up fast and was very helpful. Glenn arrived on time and was professional, friendly and helpful. He identified the repair needed, provided information on the options I had, and then made the repair. The quality of the work was excellent and he left everything clean. I cant say enough possible about this experience!

Parker & Sons customer service is EXCELLENT. Ive had exceptional service both times Ive needed their help. Today Alex came to fix my AC and he was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on how AC & heating units work. On top of that he was friendly & professional. 5 star company, no doubt about it!

My elderly parents AC broke down in 105+ degree weather in The Phoenix Metro area. My dad contacted Parker & Sons. They came out immediately, and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the company did not have the part on hand needed to make the repair. Due to Covid, parts are in short supply & finding the part was proving to be quite the challenge. Without the AC, my parents would be subjected to days of sweltering temps in the day, and intolerable sleeping conditions. What did Parker & Sons do? They brought a temporary AC unit to my parents house that helped keep the house temps tolerable. Meanwhile, Colby at Parker & Sons worked diligently to find the park. Once the part arrived, the technician (Anthony Howard) worked in intolerable conditions in the attic for hours to make the repair. But this company didnt just take the repair money & run after the repairs were made. Parker & Sons continued to work with me/my parents to help push through an insurance claim for the repairs that had initially been denied by a difficult to work with insurance adjuster. Anthony, & his boss Colby were awesome. I highly recommend Parker & Sons if you want to work with a friendly and responsive company for your HVAC needs.

Parker & Sons has always done right by me. And the technician I had this time, Richard, was a prime example of fine service! Courteous, professional and did a great job considering he was handicapped with parts no longer available for my unit (electronics). Hunter was here for second time. In May he was in training, it was just a maintenance check, and it was good to see him again. I can’t tell you how much it relaxes me when all my questions are answered and I am reassured they will be back if needed.Really want to emphasize the willingness of Hunter to take the time to explain and show me video and pictures of problem and the fix. Thomas Q. Weider was the plumbing professional Parker sent to me. What seemed to be a simple leak between my home water service and the meter became a challenge, of course. Thomas was absolutely professional and fantastic, diligently trying different fixes in a very small in-groundpit which housed the meter and its connections. Despite a blazing sun, he stayed with it until completely fixed! Im grateful Im saving AZ water from a leak I hadnt known about, and that I found a plumbing professional like Thomas. The Parker appointment team was also fantastic, scheduling Thomas to come out the day after I called them. I felt the price was very fair. Thank you to Thomas and everyone at Parker!

What a wonderful job they did installing a new air conditioner. Very professional and conscientious! They even replaced a breaker in my breaker box! I’m so impressed and pleased! My house is finally cool!!!

They installed a new hot water heater for us at our mobile home. They got creative and installed a 40 gallon hot water heater (the original one was a 29 gallon), and it was $200 cheaper than the price of a smaller one. They added a water shut-off valve, and improved the pipe quality. They took the time to show how to maintain the unit, and they made sure they got the air out of the lines in the kitchen and bathrooms. They gave an estimate and the final price was exactly the same as the estimate. They were on time and they did not make a mess.

This trip Ryan replaced all the overhead lights in the garage, added a dimmer switch, installed outlet on the porch & replaced the main shutoff & 2 other switches on the panel. Last visit he installed 2 ceiling fans and switched out the vanity light, light switch & outlet in the bathroom.He is efficient, knowledgeable & cleans up the area when hes done. A sign he takes pride in his work. Definitely will be calling Parker & Sons in the near future for additional electrical & plumbing issues. Excellent service!

Yes I went to Home Depot and purchased my hot water heater. They work with Parker n Sons for installation. One of my best places to shop first and trust.The first guy arrived at 8:30 my window time was 8 to 12:00 he explained what and how they do things. Much better then Home Depot did during my purchase. No hassles and best price guaranteed.Also the installation kit Home Depot sold me was not needed and isnt as good as the professional one Parker used.Now I have to return the part to Home Depot.Parker and Sons are a big name with the best price.This is why I am giving a 5 star review.Same day service on a Monday morning too.Now Im in real hot water for a good reason and very happy too.

Our a/c wasnt working so we called a Parker & Sons and another a/c company to come out since it was 115° and we needed someone to come out quickly to fix it. The other company got to us first and wanted to charge us over a 1000$. I kept my appointment with Parker to see who would be the cheaper option.. When Tyrone got here I told him what the other company said. Tyrone could have taken my word for it and just did what the other company recommended which would have been the easier route. Instead, he spent hours trying to figure out was wrong to make sure it wasnt something else. Sure enough the problem was NOT what the previous company had said. The problem was something totally different and 700$ cheaper than what the other company wanted to charge us. Tyrone not only saved us hundreds of dollars but explained everything so that I could understand. He was patient with all my questions, very friendly and helpful. My house is back to a cool 73° and I could not be more grateful.

Highly recommend Parker and Sons. We had a new AC installed . The men arrived on time and worked extremely hard during the hot temps. I was amazed how they covered everything in the master closet since they needed access to the attic. We always had the front bedroom warmer then any other room but now it is extremely cooler. Great craftsman work both inside and out. Many thanks to the hardworking young men and staff.

The plumbing technician(Jason) who arrived was very professional and was quite knowledgeable about the sulphur/rotten egg smell coming from the hot water tank. He even had to go on a search for the correct anode to correct the problem. We appreciated his work.However, my concern is that the anode was replaced 1 year ago, and knowing we had a water softener, why wasn’t the correct anode installed at that time? Had the correct anode been installed at that time, we wouldn’t have had the aroma problem or the expense to fix it.

This review is specifically for my most recent visit, which involved AC maintenance and repair. While I was upset about how quickly the unit experienced issues, the service tech, Justin Kelly, was very friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job of explaining the situation without being condescending. What I enjoyed most about the visit was he took extra time explaining how things worked and answering my questions. He stayed much longer than the time to do the repair. Without making me feel like he was in a hurry to the next appointment, he gave me the sense the it was important to him than I understand the repair and how the system works to my level of satisfaction. Daniel was great! Informative, and through. Last 2 ac guys didnt go in attic.He did and found the problem. I was told I needed a 9k new system, he found a $300 part that had gone bad. Excellent and honest. So far so good. Fingers crossed.

Our AC went out Thursday morning so we called around to get quotes on a new unit. Parker and Soms came out second, and worked with us on an affordable price way lower than the competition so we agreed, and had our new unit put on this morning (Saturday). Our salesman Richard was great, no pressure just right to the point, and the techs that came today to install were great. Friendly, courteous and fast! New AC works great and the recycle company came quickly to pick up the old AC! 10/10 would recommend for any AC replacement!

Arrived promptly the same day as called. Compressor was shot and couldnt get another until the next day. Loaned me a portable AC unit that would cool one room so I could be comfortable until my unit could be fixed. Came the next day (Saturday) and installed the compressor. Found the fan needed replacing. Installed a temporary unit and AC worked great to cool the house down. Could not ask for better service.

Anselmo was amazing. A/C started blowing warm air on Sunday evening. We called 5 places and Parker and Sons were the only ones that could come out that same night. He was able to get out to us within an hour of calling. Very prompt, professional, and on time. Found the issue and fixed it and we were back up and running in no time. Not only would I call Parker and Sons again for any future issue that may come up but I would ask if Anselmo would be available to come out.

This past Tuesday night (9/28/21) at 10:20 PM I was taking the trash out through our garage and noticed that our water heater had decided to turn our garage into a sauna. I want to make it perfectly clear that I am NOT a plumber and when nightmares or disasters occur the normal reaction is to scramble and get help as quickly as we can.My wife and I were initially trying to resolve the immediate leak by turning off the water, soaking up the water, as well as hooking up a hose to the water heater so it would help drain some of the water outside.It was during this same time that I had attempted to get help by contacting any 24 hour plumber. The plumber I had reached was not Parker & Sons but a different company that had labelled themselves as a plumbing company yet 2 hours later when they had arrived it was water restoration service. Needless to say I was scammed, and quite dismayed or upset as I still needed a plumbing company not a water restoration service.The next day I had a few plumbers provide estimates but in talking with a friend he indicated that I should just purchase a water heater and then call services to schedule an install in which I did with Parker & Sons.Thankfully this is where our nightmare ended and the Super Heroes from Parker & Sons were in COMMUNICATION with us the entire time and would soon arrive (9/30/21) to install the water heater.I want to make it absolutely clear that Colm (Josh) MacDiarmid and Mark Clark deserve high recognition as these techs do an excellent job in representing Parker & Sons as they were both PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and RELENTLESS in getting our water heater installed and the issues resolved without these technicians or Parker & Sons our issues or nightmare would still be here.We will definitely use Parker & Sons along with these techs (Mark & Josh) in the future!Thank you Parker & Sons!!!Rick & Donna Higgins

This was our first use of Parker services. We have tried three other companies to perform seasonal maintenance on our 2 A/C units. The technician arrived on time after they called, was neat clean and friendly. Went about his business and was a good communicator. When he was finished he explained his findings and our options.This is the first time in years that we did not wind up with a mess of insulation from the attic access points. Fine service.

I absolutely hate complaining and I do not like people who complain but I unfortunately could never recommend Parker and Sons to anyone. Called them at the beginning of the Summer to do a routine maintenance check as we had never had one done before. Our unit is only 3 years old as the technician informed us and everything was in good shape. He recommended a few items to extend the longevity of the unit and compressor to the tune of $1000. We obliged for the peace of mind. Come end of summer, we’ve had to have them back out 4-5 times to fix the unit after it stopped cycling on and off. It has always went dead in the evening which meant we could never get anyone out until the next day, one time after 24 hours. The last guy out saw nothing wrong with anything - that was 2 weeks ago - and now the unit is not working again. So while each time out, we don’t get charged for the repair, it’s awfully frustrating to have a perfectly fine unit break down multiple times after spending $1000 to “extend” the life of the unit.Updated: Unit operating fine from the hours of 8pm and 2pm, then the heat kicks in and the unit stops working. another Tech came out this morning, didn’t find anything wrong with the unit besides some “loose” wires. Do I have a problem child? Tech said to call back if it didn’t work this afternoon. Sure enough, has stopped working again. So called back and told someone would come tonight, then got a call from dispatch that no one can come tonight and we will schedule you for tomorrow morning. I’m tired of this company and a broken A/C unit, which wasn’t broken when Parker and Sons first came to our property at the beginning of the summer.

This is a top notch company. I cant say enough good things about them. Theyre pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable, always on-time, immediate service, great prices, the list goes on and on. Marcos was our most recent AC rep. Our job was an AC condensation line that had busted in the wall. Marcos diagnosed the issue, and scheduled for a water restoration company to come to our home within 2 hours. Once the water restoration work was done, Marcos came back that same day, within an hour of me calling, to repair the pipe. Incredible company, incredible technicians; I highly recommend them.

Tanner was the BEST! We argued with getting our home warranty to have someone come out to our home and I decided to call Parker and sons. I do not regret this choice what so ever! Tanner got up on the roof and for a mere $400 and an hour, we have air! Awesome service and well worth the cost! Thanks again Tanner!

Was real lucky called and was able to get somebody to come out within about 20 minutes. Technician was friendly, swift, and efficient being able to quickly locate the issue, provide potential solutions and approximate cost. Was able to work out a temporary solution so only had to pay the visit/consultation cost, which seemed a little high, though not sure average cost, but ultimately a great experience overall.

We received above and beyond wonderful service from the estimate we received from Ron to the installation of our water softener. We would recommend Parker &Sons to anyone that are looking for true honest company. No hidden cost. The techs that came out was friendly and professional. Did an awesome job and left area clean.

Marcos troubleshooted electrical wiring and replaced wiring for hot water system and was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Mark evaluated the hot water heater and provided a quote. Then replaced the heater. Both were quick and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this company for services. This is the fastest and friendliest service we have ever gotten.

We came home from vacation to a 90 degree house and our AC unit was blowing hot air. It was the middle of the night so we called Parker and Sons because they are listed as 24/7 emergency service. The soonest they could get somebody out to help us was 12 hours later at noon the next day, which is not considered emergency service in my opinion. A man who came out quoted us $2500 to fix our AC or $14,000 for a new unit. We didn’t have that much money on hand so we had to have another company come out. They were able to fix our AC for $200 and quoted us a new unit, same model as Parker and Sons for a flat $7000.

This was our first experience with Parker and Sons and it was delightful!The first plumbing outfit we called stalled and stalled all day; I got disgusted and cancelled. We had had no water usage for 24 hours as there was no way to bypass the problem. I saw Parker said 24/7 service. I called Parker who said they would be here within one hour.Paul Schickel arrived in about 1/2 hour. He knew exactly how to solve our water conditioner problem by creating a loop and bypassing a totally unneeded sediment filter. The bonus was, his solution saved us having to change the sediment filter in the future which had been a real pain to do.Paul did the whole job in about an hour which is what he predicted it would take. We thought their price fairly reasonable especially after they applied a 10% coupon I had seen on line. Paul cleaned the whole area and took the time to explain the status of our conditioner which is 9 years old. We could not have asked for better service than Paul provided- a very nice man! Thank you Parker and Sons for having connected us to him.

Our AC went out mid-summer in Arizona. We had multiple contractors come out and none of them were willing to spend the time needed to give us a thorough diagnosis. Home Depot was able to get us an appointment with Parker & Sons quickly. The technician (Garrett) was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us, including our replacement and repair options. It was refreshing to deal with someone that we felt was trustworthy and reliable.

Had a back up, a plumber named Matthew came to our house shortly after. Awesome dude, great worker, always nice talking to a fellow veteran. The veteran discount Parker and sons has is also very pleasing. Excited to continue business with them. Great job Matthew! Pete just came in and ran a camera down my pipes, gave me honest information and a reasonable bid. Really explained how my other options would effect me. Two great workers! Awesome job from both gentlemen!

They were very quick to get out and do a quote, they were able to do it within a couple hours and did the install next day. Prices may be a little higher than other places, but you get what you pay for. Both the sales guy and the installer were very prompt and personable and made sure to make the experience as easy as possible.

I was very pleased with the time that serviceman Leo spent taking care of all the issues I was having with my air conditioner and installing my new wi-fi thermostat. He was very patient with me seeing that I am not very good with computer type issues. He spent more time with me explaining the workings of the new system. I am glad that I have decided to change to them for my heating and air work.

Very professional and so helpful. We were dealing with a different company that ended badly so we called Parker & Sons and Mike was at our house within 20-30 mins. Professional service is important to me, and these folks delivered. Quick, efficient and they solved my problem. I didn’t leave 5 stars because I felt pressured to ‘buy professional/upgraded parts’ even though I made it clear that I was being budget-conscious. Additionally, the repairs were for my personal home, not a commercial property with excessive wear/tear.

Courteous, smiling, patient and professional plumber. That gentleman explained the job to be done and all my options depending on my budget. I went for the best option. A water leakage can be very expensive. The water heater was replaced and pipes installed as they should have been installed before… That gentleman was VERY respectful towards me as a woman taking care of business. Also kudos to Parker & Sons’ customer service.

I recently had a repair man perform services to fix my AC that was not working. He was the ULTIMATE professional!! Very happy with him. He also scheduled me to get an estimate for replacement. It was scheduled for less than 48 hours later. Turns out you have to confirm that appointment. I saw the email a day later, and they already cancelled my appointment. I needed two 5-Ton units replaced. I guess I didnt respond fast enough to earn their service!Fortunately, as it turns out, there are are other businesses out there who value their customers. And provide the same services at a lower cost!

Our 13?year old a/c didn’t seem to be working well. It was definitely not removing humidity and was all or nothing. They sent out a tech who reviewed our system and made recommendations. We decided to go with a Carrier 2 stage HVAC system. It was installed yesterday and what a wonderful difference. The house is so much more comfortable and I’m sleeping better already. No more going from freezing to hot. The installers were terrific and even cleaned up after themselves. They had a separate truck come out to haul off the old unit etc so it wasn’t making a mess outside all day. They are even sending someone to return to reinstall the trim around the attic entrance. Wonderful service.

Parker and Sons answered their phone at 9pm and made it to my house to check on my Air Conditioner. Broc is an awesome representative and consultant. He was very thorough and thoughtful on explaining the process and repairs. He also has great follow-up. I was not a customer and they made one for life after one of the hottest evenings in the middle of Summer! I highly recommend them.

He came out to teach us how to use an set up our water softener system. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Sean and his partner did a great job replacing our garage disposal, working on our water heater, and doing several upgrades to our water valves in and outside the house. Very professional, skilled and honest.

Got a new AC System installed. They were prompt, professional, and dedicated!! A refreshing change from others of the past. When a $11k double charge hit my checking account, the manager refunded it immediately and added an extra service for the inconvenience. We called late on Sunday 8/08/2021 to get service for a broken water heater. Stephen Valvoda (plumber) came at 10:30pm. He was awesome. He assessed the problem, drained the water heater (it was leaking all over the floor before he got there). He made sure we were safe and returned early Monday morning to install a new water heater.We are so grateful for his help and the friendly, yet professional service he provided.Kudos to Stephen for excellent, expedient service. They came on time when they said. Have a price and a great warranty. Did a great job on installation as promised. Cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommended. Tech Mathew was great, very patient explaining options. Went thru Costco and saved 10%. New unit installed in 24hrs from first contact.

I had two technicians at my home today. One for the A/C (which was making a lot of noise), and the other for plumbing work. The A/C technician found that there was a piece of metal from a previous repair laying inside the A/C unit which was rattling loudly each time the unit turned on. He also tightened any/all loose screws. All for no charge. The plumber installed two new bathroom faucets, two new outdoor spigots, replaced shut off valves to the washer/dryer, and a few other things. He did a great job and was very professional and thorough. I have always had excellent results when using Parker & Sons and highly recommend them.

Cody is a highly motivated professional who was able to assist us with a proper installation. He went above and beyond when it came to customer education. Parker & Sons installed our water softener and carbon filtration system. They were very reasonably priced and did good quality work. They did extensive work installing piping from the front of the house into our garage. They cleaned up the mess and pretty much left everything in good condition. Overall, we are very happy with our service and experience. Highly recommended!!

Dave from Parker and Sons gave me a call about a half hour before getting to my house. He was in a good mood and professional. He recognized that I may have some insight into my AC problem noticing my work van parked in the driveway. He talked to me like an equal. He replaced a fan motor and did a good job. He was frank with me about the age of my roof unit and while doing his job convincing me its time for a new unit he did it like he was a trusted friend instead of an overly friendly or preoccupied salesman. He was real and he is good at his job. I called Parker and Sons outside of my home warranty group because Ive heard this story first hand from other customers. They have integrity. They like the company that they represent and all of that shows. Are they cheap? No, but I dont want cheap when it comes to one of the only parts of my house I cant fix myself.

Had a new unit installed in may. Ran into a issue with monitoring thermostat, would state off-line. Called Parker&sons and good response although took a few days. Leo, my technician, went above and beyond to check everything out and make sure it worked correctly. Very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend him. Thank you.

I called after hours (9:00 pm) and they responded very quickly. So that was great. I already knew the problem so after talking with the service tech he confirmed what I had thought. Then came the price. The part that needed replaced is $15 online and take 2 minutes to replace. The quoted me $540. Now I get that a business needs to make a profit but I have had this part replace a few years ago and it cost me $189 from a different company. I went with Parker and Sons because I they seemed reputable. But after that quote I will never call them again. Markup is one thing but to gouge someone is unacceptable.

Chris from Parker and Sons rescued my wife and I from the Arizona heat Abyss. Yes, after being pushed to purchase a home warranty with our new house, as expected, one month after purchase, when were ready to move in our real estate agent notified us that the AC doesnt work. Let the warranty games begin. The warranty company covers everything, except a few important items such as, setting your first appointment 3 weeks from the date you called. When that appointment finally arrives, as dehydration and weight loss has set in, they call you to notify you that they need to reschedule the appointment. Just wait another week someone called in sick. So youre dehydration and weight loss means nothing to them. Not to mention In the Heat of the panic our real estate agent recommended a personal AC service person, after jumping through three flaming Hoops to get authorization from the warranty company, and then one day after he Services the AC system charging with Freon and installing a sealer Im told, were back to square one, meaning after $500.00 of service, misdiagnosis. At the point of no return and at risk of divorce with 17-year marriage we call Parker and Sons. They said well have a repairman there tomorrow and well probably have it fixed the same day. I thought, hows that possible well theyre professionals and they know what theyre doing. Chris came here the next morning diagnosing the system, replaced an Actuator motor that was cutting off the air flow and he was finished and on his way home in a few hours with our AC system working perfectly. When we need service in the future we will request Chris, he was amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive, answered all of our questions, his only concern seemed to be that our AC system works quickly and efficiently. He truly cared about our situation and we were grateful that he was there. Also thanks to Tina the customer service rep that I had initially spoke with she paid attention to our needs to find a solution and explained everything in detail, and set up the appointment for the next day. Awesome! We will call no one else thanks again Frank and Amy. Still married after all these years.

We were fortunate enough to work with Cody Shipp to resolve our issue. Originally, we had an awful smell which suddenly appeared and after being referred to an A/C Specialist we called Parker and Sons. Cody arrived promptly, was transparent with expectations and offered us multiple options on how to best resolve our issue now and best options for us moving forward. Not once did Cody come across as pushy or looking for the sale; rather was looking to provide us with the best possible care and option. Its never a great when you have an AC problem in Arizona during the summer, but we are grateful to have worked with a genuinely good person.

The AC tech who repaired our AC because it was blowing hot air, fixed it in 30 seconds!!!! It was a misplaced wire a handyman placed when installing a new thermostat. The Parker technician actually didn’t charge me anything because it was so simple and fast to fix!!!! I was very grateful and happy!!! In retrospect, that is exactly what he should have done but at the time I was surprised and very grateful!! Parker and Sons is a full charge full-service company and so may be a little more expensive than others or than a handyman, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind, quality, and Customer Service!!!! Thanks Mr Parker(s)!!!!

Josh was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer any questions I had and was very efficient. He found and fixed a leak beneath my bathroom sink. It gives me confidence to have such an awesome company with employees like Josh supporting me in taking care of my new home!

Our technician, Jason Merkley, was fabulous! He called when he was on his way and was so incredibly professional. He explained the repairs of our air conditioner every step of the way - and so that we could understand it! I’d definitely recommend Parker and Sons for anyone who wants great, professional service on their air conditioner.

Appt scheduled for the day after I called reporting an odd noise coming from AC. Arrived promptly at beginning of 4 hour window. Danny was very polite and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem, patiently explaining how it would be solved and the cost involved. He completed the needed repair and verified that all was working well. My only complaint is that the part cost nearly 4x out of warranty as it would have under warranty. That seems like an incredible markup than it should cost. But, I guess ensuring AC works in Arizona will always necessitate a premium price.

Our AC went out during a heat wave, it is 10 years old so it was time to replace. The technician arrived within an hour of calling to see if he could repair it, and to help us schedule our replacement. The team that came to install were super nice and professional. They kept me up to date and worked quickly. I would recommend!

I hired Parker and Sons to do a multitude of repairs on my property. I have lived here for 43 years. I had outdoor plumbing repairs, indoor bathtub repairs, and then my sink developed a major leak, that required repair and drywall work. Today I had electrical work done installing a new outlet in the kitchen that’s also connected to the refrigerator. Prior to that I had HVAC services install a smart thermostat, and repair all of the exposed wiring on the AC unit that’s roof mount. And every instance all three Repairs were very extensive. Every single repair man was polite timely courteous and the educated me as to what I needed to know for future services. I also signed up and joined as a family member of Parker and Sons for a future maintenance work. I highly recommend them for every instance above.
