Highly Recommend!!!! I had a previous AC company come out and they misdiagnosed the problem and quoted me a substantial amount of money for repair. I called Rob with Enviro Tech and he listened to me on the phone and tried to help me figure out a solution for a long time. He then came out to my home on Easter Sunday weekend and diagnosed the correct issue, ordered the part and installed it the next day, and was completely fair on the price. He was so meticulous when diagnosing the problem and was spot on. Rob is your guy!! I will for sure call in the future if we have anymore issues, and would recommend him to all my friends/family.

Now, more on a personal note.. you are a down to earth man with a dynamic personality and have such a caring heart as you comforted my two puppies that are recuperating from surgery and holding/ hand feeding my hairless gineau pig. Im not the guy that writes feedback very often but the experience was that good. I think its hard to find people to trust that also have the years of experience in being good at their job.I called and spoke with Rob on a Friday night at 10 PM after coming in and finding my AC running but not cooling down the house. Rob set up a Sat morning appointment, showed up on time and from the get go I knew I was talking to a good guy. As he checked out my AC he explained what he was doing, saw that I was curious and he continued to comment as he inspected my AC. He was very methodically and obviously knew what he was doing. It turned out to be a capacitor and he replaced that. He showed me some bad wiring with actual exposed wire and a connector of some kind that was about burnt out. He recommended placing it in the near future but I had him replace it right then since I felt comfortable with the work. He showed me the old part and how it was obviously on its last leg so it was clearly not a sell up, I had to ask him if he could take the extra time to do it. His prices are fair and good. I will definitely be calling him back if there are any more issues or when I decide to finally get a new AC unit.Im an electrical technician and previous Navy welder so know a little about electronics. Rob definitely knows his job.

I was getting texts from my wife about our ac not putting out cold air, the upstairs getting hot etc. I freaked out immediately. When I got home I called Rob and he said he would be there in 2 hours. 2 hours later there he is ready to rock and roll. With this kind of call Im expecting all kinds of upsell, but not once. He hops into my attic and finds a collapsed intake duct and within an hour Im back in business. Granted, I likely need a new duct soon but I dont have to fret about my wife and kid sleeping in a pool of sweat for now. Highly recommend. He even took the time to check my freon and the system while he was here. Top notch. Will be using him forever. I will update too when the ducting is replaced by rob. And by the way, all this was done at 10 pm on a Friday. That kind of work ethic deserves all the 5 stars I can muster.

Rob is the man! Im writing this review as he is finishing up the AC repair. He was prompt, corteous and knew exactly what was wrong with it. We were on the phone with our home insurance company to send a technician since yesterday and they cant send anyone until tomorrow!I found Enviro Tech online and was I so glad that Rob answered my call. He came to fix our AC within the hour and got it up and running in no time. Way over priced. I had a part that was under warranty and he quoted me $725 for labor. The tech told me he was going to have to tear the whole unit apart. I was very suspicious and questioned the price. He reduced it to $625. I still wasnt comfortable but the air wasnt working what could I do. I was already going to have to pay for a diagnostic fee. After I agreed he spent maybe 20 min to install the part. Ended up calling around and got two verbal quotes and they were both between $200-$250. Wont use them again. Cant be trusted.

Our heater stopped working properly over the weekend and we called Enviro Tech on a Sunday morning. Within an hour Rob came to look at it. There were several things that looked like they might be the issue but then was finally the compressor needing to be replaced. Rob got it up and running again within the next day. After reading all the great reviews on Rob, I decided to give him a call. Well, I was extremely disappointed because he make an appointment to come over to fix my AC unit and never showed up. It was a good thing I had another company scheduled to come later on that day or my family and I would be without air the whole weekend.

If there were more than 5 stars to give I would without a doubt. Today when of course it was going to be 108 I noticed our AC wasnt cooling off the house. It was running non stop and not cooling off at all. I knew I had to call someone today. I looked online and saw many ac/heat companies but I also saw *many* really bad reviews and complaints of companies over charging and scamming customers. I then looked up companies that were near me and Enviro Tech came up on the very top and had great reviews.I called and talked to Rob who was super friendly and came out at a time I would be home. When I opened the door I knew I had the right guy. Rob had been here years before and replaced our original AC units. We hadnt had any problems since his last visit and I couldnt have been happier that we found him again. He checked out the problem AC unit and within only a few minutes saw the problem. We are happily enjoying the cool air once again. The repair price was not some inflated outrageous price either, it was more than fair. Im afraid to know what others might have charged.I honestly feel like Rob looks out for this customers and wants happy customers. That seems to be a rare thing with companies like this so if you deal with him you wont regret it. He is a super nice guy too and when you talk to him its like talking to a friend who really cares about you. How nice is that!

Great service and very professional. Rob showed up on a Saturday within 2 hours of me calling him when our AC seemed to have checked out on us. He took a look at it and identified that the motor and module had probably started to go bad. Wow! Rob and EnviroTech have my business and my familys business forever. I was trying to figure out my AC by myself which quit working earlier in the day. As I was walking through Home Depot, I asked one of their associates about replacing an HVAC contactor. Another customer who was in the aisle with us said, I have an AC guy thats totally worth calling, he took care of my family late in the evening.
