Terrible. If zero stars was an option that is what they would get. Yet again, another week of no trash service. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Don’t use them!

I never had an issue with picks up and costumer service was nice . But now we have to have Papillion and I’m not happy so I’m just going to cancel. Too bad they were bought out .

I am thoroughly disappointed in the way you customer service representative handled herself on the phone. She handled the situation very poorly with a horrible attitude and treated myself, your customer, like trash. She was very unhelpful, snotty, disrespectful, raised her voice, and hung up on me.I understand the weather pushed service back, our trash was not picked up at all and I was told no one will be in the area again this week. That is a huge problem as I have a family of 7 and our can is FULL each week, not to mention the holiday trash that accumulated. All 3 of my neighbors trash was picked up, our roads were plowed and grated there is no reason ours should have been missed. I was told they will only pick up 5 extra bags outside of our bin. Again not okay if you miss a week and refuse to send someone out.Let’s not forget about the lack of communication your company has with your paying customers, letting them know that their service won’t be happening this week is something that should happen but it doesn’t.This is absolutely horrible customer service and the worst trash service I have ever had!

Had been a 10 year customer of premier. Even when city of Omaha annexed our subdivision we stayed with paying for Premier service for weekly trash service.Apparently since Omaha is going to their new service using same type of large trash cans, Premier has decided to cancel our subdivision. I understand business decisions, but they have given us a 2 week notice that they stop picking up and now have left us without a trash company for 2 months until Omaha will start theirs.Now have to purchase trash cans tomuse for the 2 months or find someone temporary. Not angreat way to treat existing customers.

Just moved here a month ago and forgot my pickup schedule. Missed our pickup yesterday. I called this morning, Megan answered and was super kind and told me they had a truck in the area that would pickup same day. I know this may not always be possible, but today was my lucky day and the customer service was exceptional.

Left me high and dry.I had this company for almost 10 years. They canceled my service 2 months before the City of Omaha moved to their new waste collection system. Now, I have to go buy trash cans for 2 months and then figure out how to get rid of the trash cans when I finally get my new bins from Omaha.I stayed with them when my first SID was annexed and then continued to stay with them even after I moved to an already annexed neighborhood. When I called to ask if they would consider allowing me to stay on for 2 more months. Jessica said the owner made the decision based on billing cycles and there was nothing she could do.Thanks for nothing, Premier.Update: This is in response to Premiers comment to my review. I called Premier two days before I decided to post this review. I was told it was simply a billing decision and the owner was firm on his decision. The City announced FCCs new pickup dates when the new contract was announced many months ago, it is not a mystery. Furthermore, it does not matter when the new FCC carts are delivered, I cannot use them until the end of November which means I need to go buy 32 gal bins to use for two months.

I have been having problems with my trash removal for months Recently they have left my cans knocked over or laying in the street. Today they failed to pickup one of my 2 trash cans and has caused me a serious headache. The mayor or somebody needs to get involved cuz this is unacceptable.

We loved them for years and we had the best driver, then we got a new one.... just before Christmas last year we got a new driver, all down hill from there. We caught him at before Christmas and gave him a gift card as a thank you, he acted like we were a huge bother. We assumed it was a miss communication. Weve then endured months of smashed cans (which Ive fixed/pulled the dents out of), missed pickups, and blatant passes. We called the last couple time and the first time they seemed receptive and concerned of thier drivers actions, when it happened again today and we asked if the could come please fix the issue they said they couldnt as he had clocked out for the day.... it was noon. We were done and called to cancel and the only thing they were worried about was still getting paid for todays pickup that was missed. So sad that we had to switch from this truly local business but they just dont seem to care anymore.

Have used this company for years for our home and business and always have had a great experience with the office staff as well as timely pick ups and affordable services. Great company.

I have used Premier since 2015 and can’t say anything but good things about them. They are timely, reasonably priced, and professional. I especially love the weekly recycling pickup they offer as many companies have decided to go biweekly. I highly recommend this company.

My neighbors and I have nothing but complaints about them. Drivers are disrespectful and drive like crazy people through our neighborhood. Trash cans were frequently left in the road or tipped over. The clincher was when trash flew out of one of their trucks and damaged my car. The owner refused to do the right thing. Terrible company, worse customer service. We are much happier with the company we switched to. Avoid premier at all costs.

I recently closed my account with Premier. I used them for almost two years in Millard. They always came on time. Their prices were fair. We used them for a special pickup for some old furniture and it only cost us $50 bucks instead of hauling stuff out to a landfill or renting a dumpster. Customer service has been fine when Ive called. Is there room for a little more friendliness there? Sure, maybe a little, not enough to knock off a star, and I easily recommend them based on my experiences.

One of their drivers got on to the interstate without securing their load. A bottle flew out and hit my car while my wife was driving. At first when we contacted the company they seemed understanding and said they would look into the situation. We gave them exact times and location of the incident. After about a week of no follow-up my wife called them. She was rudely told that the driver denied it and that there was nothing else they will do, and then they hung up on her. I am not upset that the incident happened, I understand accidents happen, I am very disappointed in how the company has handled the situation after the fact. Very unprofessional, very rude, they lost a long term customer over this.

I used to have Premier Waste Solutions for my home, but they no longer service our area - which upset me a great deal! At my office we have still have them and the driver today was so wonderful with helping us because people in the neighborhoods surrounding our office fill our dumpster to the point theres trash all over our parking lot and lawn he actually helped us get it in the dumpster to help clean it up! Thanks for having such wonderful and caring employees!

Weve been using them for a year and have had no issues. They pick up on time and when it came time to move and I had to cancel services the person who answered the phone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. There were never any hidden fees and it was easy to set up and cancel!

My SID picked up our trash service so I am unable to use them after the end of the Month. I wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with the office girls on the occasion I had to call. Also trash pick up was never missed and I even had a good experience with my driver one day while I was home. Good company!!

They shall come on Monday but no show up. Called on Monday afternoon said will come but no show up, called again on Tuesday morning, they said will come but still no show up. Very poor and unprofessional service.

One question. Why would you let potential customers sign up for your services online if you dont actually give customers the option? Then the day after I requested the can be delivered I get a rude email from Jessica stating they need money before they will deliver it.... What?? Best part is they never delivered a trash can but I just got a bill... I call and Jessica answers, she was so much more rude on the phone. Their customer service is garbage.

They do a great job. Yard waste can go in with garbage, which makes it easy. Both garbage and recycling bins are large. But for me the best part is they are usually the only ones out there while other companies may be delayed or down for the day. They are reliable. In the off chance it gets missed, I’m able to call and they come back same day to pick it up.

Used to be very competitive with good customer service. Now that our our SID is in contract with them, they’ve reduced service level. Per contract they won’t touch anything that doesn’t fit in the collection cart. I get that it’s in a contract (one that we had no input or voice in, by the way), but seriously? Not sure who’s idea this was, but I sure received better service when I contracted with them directly.

I have always had great service with Premier. The gal(s) in the office are very nice and helpful. The price was less expensive than some of the other local waste services as well.

Our trash cans would be left halfway in the street after trash was collected. We had a permanent oil or some grease spot from their trucks where they picked up the trash.When we cancelled our service due to moving, we were told that they would come pick our cans up with trash, as we SPECIFICALLY asked this question. They ended up not picking up our cans because they do not if there is trash. We called the office and were told that was the old process, and we were wrong. No, we had it documented and who we talked to about two weeks prior. No offer to come get our cans or an apology. We had to wait when the new owners had already moved in.

Never had an issue. I like that they ask their drivers to take a picture if you dont have your trash out, saves an argument and is a great business practice. Theyve always been friendly and professional and trucks appear well maintained, our street is new concrete and no spills of any type. The prices are phenomenal. The one bad weather day they didnt come the whole area was pretty inaccessible and they were their the next morning early. We will continue use and recommend them.

Called and the lady who answered wouldnt even deliver a roll-off dumpster 30 miles, and was very rude about it. What a joke. Im glad Papillion sanitation took care of me.

We started new service with Premier, they charged 3 months up front and the first pickup day was on a Wednesday. Wednesday had come and gone, no one came to pick up our trash so I called in and was assured they would send someone out and also put notes in the account. No one ever came that day after they assured me someone would and then the following Wednesday rolled around and no one came again. I called again to let them know and they acted like it was no big deal. I asked them to close the account and refund the money they charged. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is really not a garbage company, they are a low budget provider who dont serve their customers and their customer service when you talk to them is rude and forceful. Live in the Grove and people all over the neighborhood have bags from spring landscape cleanup and they wont pick them up unless they are in the container(and we all know how little fits in a container). PREMIER WASTE SOLUTIONS is not a company you would want to hire.

Garbage truck driver failed to retract the arm and slammed it into our pickup and dragged the truck into our car. The only reason he stopped is because he got hung up on the wrecked metal. He broke the hydraulics and had to wait for a repair truck. His eyes were bloodshot and he gave me the wrong number to call. Our truck was totaled. It was an older truck with low miles that we planned to keep. Their insurance paid us but not enough to replace it. No apology from either the driver or Premier. Drive only said it happens. He is still driving the same route. For weeks until we moved, we left with the one vehicle that was driveable on garbage day until he left our street.

Great customer service on the phone, always courteous and answer my questions. I have been with them a year and I have had all good experiences. Their Recycling program is cheap with a full-size stand-up bin with lid, most of my trash is recyclable!

I suspect the negative reviews are plants from other trash services. They are to neatly the same in context and in writing. Notice the same 2 topics through them all. In the INTEL business we look for patterns, and there a bunch here. No complaints. This is the only service I have seen pick up trash when it falls to the street. Dont believe the negative reviews! I have had Premier for a few years now, left WM because they were simply to high. Typical corporate overhead I am sure. Always pick up without ever an issue. Missed us once and they came by the same day. Always get fine service when calling the office.

We’ve been a long time customer. As a family of 9 we just can’t afford to have our trash left. They missed the normal pickup yesterday, and then today they picked up the trash of both of my neighbors but skipped ours.The lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful nor was she empathetic about the situation

The guys that drive the trucks are awesome. They always go the extra mile and get out of the truck and throw something in the trash container that fell out or if you have extra trash they have no problem taking that also. Unfortunately the customer service in the office (I believe Sara, but could be wrong. It is the same gal that answered the phone every time I called) is just not up to par. They were supposed to pick up my container at my old house and for some reason it didnt get picked up when she told me it would. She just kept saying it was never by the curb and this and that. I kept driving by to check and it was always sitting right next to the fire hydrant in the grass where I left it when we moved out. Her attitude on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Most customer service orientated people try and work through a situation and help resolve a problem with a customer. Not her!!!!!!! Her response was always we will be by next Tuesday! Im sure she would of had another excuse or the same one if it wasnt picked up next Tuesday. Unfortunate situation, but I do appreciate the hard work of the guys in the truck on a weekly basis.

We use Premier for our weekly trash service & think theyre great! Ive also used them for rolloff dumpsters. Good service & competitively priced.

Premier is incredible! Weve had several other companies over the years, but it is evident that Premier does things differently. On several occasions, including today, I have forgotten to put my trash cans out... I heard the truck passing my house and was like crap... I forgot again. I put the cans out anyway just incase..... and he came back! The driver seriously noticed me all the way down at the end of the street and came back! I cant tell you how many times the other companies we had completely ignored us like, snooze you lose. I hope the management of Premier also read this: The driver of truck #41 is the man! He is awesome! Please pass on my gratitude.

Picks up everything I put out there and once I had to put larger items next to cans and they took them too. Less expensive than competitors. Only issue I had in 2 years is they didnt want to drive down my hill when there was light snow and they skipped me and customer service was having an off day and not as friendly as usual. Would be 5 stars without that incident.

Everything was going great with Papillion sanitation and then the city decided someone could do it better for some reason.....They don’t take refuse bags. You may pay less but they do a lot less for you. If you are a yard person, you can’t use these guys.

I couldnt recommend this company to even pick up your garbage due to the lack of integrity from the managers to their drivers. There driver slid into our fence a few months ago and caused damaged to the fence and metal post and sign. The driver didnt have enough integrity to even notify us that he had damaged our property. We had to find out by watching our security cameras. I called the company the following morning and the manager had a very pathetic attitude about the damage to our property. He said that he would have someone out to look at it once the weather cleared, we have never heard another word from them. I did report it to the Cass County sheriffs office. Beware of this company and their drivers, if they damage your property, they will certainly not tell you and just keep driving! You should use another company!! From reading the other bad reviews, this is there MO...damage other peoples property then run and hide..such POSs

I have been a customer for years and they did a great job when I was paying on my own. However, the SID that I live in switched to this company and the customer service went down hill. I guess thats what happens when there is no competition. I was paying less per month when I was paying on my own. Now that the SID pays for it, I pay more (in taxes) and they do less. I called up to complain about the service, because they left a couple of bags on the side walk, because they were not in the bin. I was told that its in the contract that all trash needs to be in the bin. I said you used to take it when I paid on my own she said I know but now its in the contract. I said that I pay more and now and you do less and she said that I dont pay anything now. I had to inform her that now my taxes went up and now it includes trash collecting. She told me that its in the contract and she cant do anything about it and hung up on me. Horrible company now with terrible service. I will be complaining to the SID as well.

This is a good company. They are inexpensive. Invoices are straight forward and easy to understand. They pick up when they say they will. They have not missed any pick ups. They allow us to put our yard waste in the container with the general waste. Weve had situations where weve put a few extra items next to the dumpster, which they have picked up with no additional charge. Im looking at switching over to them for our commercial use.

Great service by Premier! The drivers are normally prompt and remove our trash in our bins and on occasion take the extra boxes or bags.

I had Premier Waste for 2 months. You have to schedule special pick ups for certain trash. I never had to do that with Papillion Sanitation. Papillion San. would always collect everything. When I did schedule a “special” pickup with Premier, they forgot to come pick up my trash. I had to call them to come out. Honestly, it was one of the worst services I have ever received. Not only do you have to schedule a special pickup but they will charge you for it. Papillion Sanitation is just an all around better company. Will never go back to Premier.

I loved using Premier for years up until recently. Our subdivision was Annexed by the city in September and will be now providing trash service so I called Premier in early September to cancel my service. The representative on the phone was so friendly and understanding, she told me that since I had already paid until the end of September they would continue to pickup my trash until the end of September and my cans would be picked up then. I was ASSURED by the representative that my account was paid in full. BUT and a month later I received a past due bill and a voicemail saying my account would be subject to collections if I didnt call. I called and left a message. I DIDNT get a call back but I did get a COLLECTION NOTICE!!!! THIS IS A VERY POOR WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

We have had several companies over the past 22 years and by far Premier has been the best. We have used them for the past 3 years and they have never missed a pickup that I can recall. Cans are always right where we leave them and very little trash is ever around from the recycle bin. We also like the large recycle bin that is picked up everyweek. Old company had a small bin and only picked up once a month if I recall. And Premier was less expensive....

Reliable service, but the customer service has zero follow thru and accuses customers of lying about trying to replace broken trash carts.Have had a broken cart sitting outside on our driveway from the to pick up for over a week. Their driver claims he never saw it.It’s a shame because they used to be quite good.

I have used Premier at two residences and they have always provided great service.

Wow! Really horrible service. Multiple times their guys wouldn’t pick up my trash. Recently, trash guy didn’t pick it all up, but put remaining box in trash can, broke the trash can lid and drove off. I called right away and caught it all on Ring video. Office staff said they would send a guy out to pick it up, but never did. Called office back only to find out that my first call wasn’t recorded and they no longer have anyone in the area. Service increasing has gotten worse, and office staff is very rude when I asked for a discount saying “I don’t do that”. Not worth the price they charge.

I am so grateful for their awesome service! We have little ones and there are (many) days we forget to set our bin out by the curb. Today, and im sure other days, whoever is working will come up to the house to get our garbage bin to dump it. I have not been disappointed, they have been great!

Occasionally, they wont pick up the trash. I once called to complain; the driver said I didnt have the can out; problem is, my can is picked up in the alley, it never moves, I bring the trash to it, right where theyre to pick it up. I have a overflowing trash can right now, that should have been picked up 6 days ago (last Monday pickup). I called them about this the first time it happened; done with that now, time to let you fellow consumers in Sarpy County know.

Have been asking that an extra unneeded trash container be picked up for weeks. Container still sitting on the curb. Rude and lack of professionalism. Now I remember why I dropped them at my previous home.I was asked to call back today and speak with Jan. Called back hours ago; NO RESPONSE.Not surprised, total lack of concern!!

They did not pickup our trash on our scheduled day AGAIN. Next time this happens, I’m loading up my truck, and bringing it to them; and they’re fired.

2 days in a row the driver won’t get out of his truck to pick up yard waste bag. Even after calling their office and them telling me it will be picked up the next day and it still sits in my driveway, I’m done. Hopefully this place will run themselves out of business because honestly it a company full of lazy retards.

Soon after signing up we put a massive treadmill box at the end of the drive for pickup. I should have known better and chopped it up. To my surprise, they still picked it up. They just called me afterwards to let me know in the future they cant accept items that large, but appreciated our business and handled it this time around.On a different occasion, I forgot to put my trash out. I called them at 8am, and they said they would stop by for no fee. I dont know if thats always the case, but certainly appreciated the exception. I have been very happy with Premier.

Their drivers are extremely reckless drivers very rarely if at all stop at stop signs and pay attention to the speed limit. Which to me also screams wasting gas

Weve had them for months now--they come later in the day, so if we forget to put stuff out the night before, we still have a chance. Their website is a thing of beauty, and paying them couldnt be simpler. They also charge significantly less than the competition. No, I wasnt hired to say all of this, I actually do love my new garbage pick up company, lol.Reliable, and its kind of fun to watch their truck grab the cans with a giant claw.

We were with Premier for several years. Service was always good. After Omaha annexed our subdivision we left. Two weeks later we started up again. Did not realize how much we liked Premier until we left.

Absolutely one of the Worse customer service experiences Ive ever had!!! I couldnt figure out how to give no stars but had to click on at least the 1st star to do review.This company allows workers to be extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative to people. Do Not give your business to them, go to Papillion Sanitation they have made up for the terrible experience I went through went Premier. Sort of a blessing in disguise that I had the terrible stressful experience, that caused me not to end up giving my hard earned money to this terrible company in the end, they actually caused me to do research to find the right company! So, thats where the one star rating can be credited!

We had Premier for a couple years then our neighborhood got annexed and we didnt have a need to pay for trash service anymore so we cancelled Premier. That lasted one week. I would rather pay for great trash service with wonderful customer service than receive free trash service that leaves a trail of waste all the way down the block when they leave the neighborhood.

I signed up with Premier about a month ago and have had no problems with them. I really like having a 95 gallon bin for recyclables.

I have not had any issues with these guys. I started using them in December and this past week on top of my regular trash bins I also had about 8 lawn and leaf bags filled with tree branches sticking about a foot out the top of them. I was so worried they would not pick them up or at least not all of them. After all when you do yard work you cant just do some you have to do it all so I went a little crazy with trimming leaves. Robert who picked up my trash on Thursday picked everything up!! I felt he went above and beyond as they technically should only pick up a few bags that are closed. Thank you Robert!!

Scary, dangerous drivers. Apparently, we have no Premier customers on our street in Papillion, as the drivers storm down the street (well beyond the legal 25mph, well beyond what would be a safe speed with a truck in a family neighborhood)The dispatch professional was courteous and apologetic when I called to report their driver racing through our neighborhood, which helped. Unfortunately, for any kids or pets that may get onto the street when Premier is around... apologies wont help much.

Great service for a while, then hikes prices up on you. If you complain, they start trying to penalise you and screw you down over smallprint on contract. Competitors are far better. Avoid this company at all costs.

Dont ever put anything at the curb thats not in the trash can because theyre far too lazy to take care of something like that. Id cancel them in a heartbeat but my neighborhood requires the use. Ridiculous.

How do you score in the negative? They are constantly leaving their bins outside of the storage area after they dump it. They open the pit, pull out the dumpster, to include moving anything that fell in front of it off to the sides, roll the dumpster to the truck and dump it. While it is dumping, the close the gates leaving the stuff that they moved and then roll the dumpster in front of it. I would not ever think of going with this company.

Horrible customer service. Lying and cheating their way around. I could not believe that! The most unprofessional business that I know off so far! Don’t waste your time, money or effort with these scammers! They have discriminated over the phone due to my disability! So low! They don’t even deserve this one star! If you need a good service in La Vista or Sarpy County you should contact Papillion Waste solutions.

They left our trash for no real reason and would not come back and get it. The girl is rude in the phone and they dont care to do good business.

This place is horrible. Have had countless running with this place. Called and speak to the receptionist who is extremely rude about trash they left Jessica Ask for the mgr and she wont let me speak to him. They constantly leave trash on the street and the trash bin always has trash in it. Calling does no good.

One of the worst trash companies I v have ever worked with. Refuses to pick up trash if the lid isnt perfectly closed, requires up front payment for bulk pick up. Not to mention the fact that their drivers are so lazy they wont even got out of the truck to pick up what the spill. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!! And Jessica at the front desk is not only extremely rude but highly disrespectful and condescending!!

The service is horrible and so is their customer service. They will only pick up trash that fits in the bin. There have been multiple times that they have refused to pick up anything more than that, just leaving it by the curb. All because their trucks only pick up using their electronic arm. Additional $20 charge to have them send a truck out to pick up boxes.

CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT LARGE TRUCKS SPEEDING THRU YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD (40-50 mph) and blowing thru stops signs like they are not there. Spoke with owner, who could care less, just said call the police and hung up. Maybe the drivers cannot read speed limit or stop signs. BEWARE THIS COMPANY AND IT OWNER!!!!

I used this company for years. I missed one, one payment because I forgot about it and they took my trash bins without even telling me. This company is trash! I came out in the morning and they were gone. Stay away!

Switched because they were cheaper than PapSan and same recycling, no Recycling Bank hassle. Then I had to call the office because they missed our entire block. She lectured me three times to call same day. Umm, you missed Veterans Day, I assumed you would be by the next day. She asked if it could wait a week. I pay for weekly service so if you are skipping a week, I should get a discount. When she finally agreed to come back tomorrow she again lectured me about calling same day. You driver missed my entire neighborhood and its my fault? And how many people can actually call same day, most are working and dont realize its been missed until they get home. Totally lacking customer service, from the other reviews looks like Im not the only one to experience thi.

Never missed a pick-up, yard waste can mix with standard trash, easy payment, quickly fixed any rare billing issues and cans were where I left them. I transferred to city trash since I moved and realized I was spoiled. Thanks for the service, PWS. No payment to say this. 2+ years customer.UPDATE 1/17/18: Still an awesome service. On those summer days where I have more waste than two cans can handle, Ive put a couple smaller trash cans out that were NOT PWS cans, along with my two PWS cans, and the driver still picks them up. Now that is wonderful service.

You get trash cans laying on their sides. You have to call half the time because they skip by your home. And they miss and they will not get out to pick up the letter they leave to rummage around the neighborhood. I wish I could add a photo to show you.

Worst customer service. In the last 2 months we have had to call back and ask them to pick up our trash. Called to ask what was going on and Jessica was rude. We will be switching companies.

I thought Id try Premier because of their lower prices, wrong idea. I was missed several times and constantly had problems with them throwing my cans in my drive way. Just bad experiences all around.

Excellent service for the last 6 months. Cheaper than Pap-San and without the Recyclebank drama.

This company constantly runs over my corner lot damaging it each time. Do not use them since their drivers do not care what they hit. What’s next , your car ?

Trash is picked up as advertised, but the billings I find confusing.

Cheap trash service, but if any issue arises they have horrible customer service. They also basically refuse to pick up anything that doesnt fit in the containers provided.

These people are so mean. My husband had to call and they where mean to him too. We dont like this place.

After having some bad experiences early this year, service has been consistently good for the last nine months.

Multiple missed service dates including the week before Christmas. They will only do emergency pickup if it the day of or within a certain time frame of under 24 hours.
