Using CanIt has been the best experience Ive had with a dumpster company by far. I was able to schedule & pay online, they sent a reminder to my email of the time frame I would have it. They also sent me a reminder that they would be picking it up on the date scheduled. And they came & picked it up the day they said they would! Ive had companies leave it for days past the date of pick up before. How refreshing to have a company do what they said they would do & do it professionally. I really like the online order availability and follow-up notifications. Even when I called to verify the time the dumpster will be delivered, the young lady I spoke with (sorry forgot her name from Aug 7th 2020) she was very helpful and friendly, also let me know that I didnt need to be home when they dropped off the dumpster. I loved the fact that the dumpsters are a bright pink. Reasonably priced and was large enough to clear out 24 yrs of hoarding. I have used Can It Dumpsters every year for 4 years during my “spring” cleaning.Jenna is always super kind and helpful. Ive taken advantage of their winter rates (2 weeks for the price of one) each time, and this past time I used a larger dumpster because we are moving. Of course this was the winter where I realized why they do a great rate... it was way too cold to get it full in two weeks due to multiple snow storms. Jenna helped me extend my time not once but twice at a super affordable daily rate and worked with me on when to run the charge for the extension so it fell on our payday. They charge way more than other businesses. I got a small dumpster and was told anything over 1 ton is extra. They charged me for almost 5 extra tons. The dumpster wasnt full, no rock or concrete, very little wood and only small furniture pieces and goods from in the house. I thought I would try someone new and it bit me. Almost 400.00 dollars for a small dumpster, what a rip-off.

What a company! I ordered a large dumpster for 8 days for some home remodeling. Little did I know there was gonna be a snow storm, so I was unable to fill the dumpster for 2 days. I emailed the company on a Saturday to ask for an extension of 5 days. They not only responded immediately, but they allotted my 5 days and at no extra charge due to the snow storm. When I first contacted Can It, I had no idea what size dumpster we would need. We were emptying my mother-in-laws house. I explained to Jenna ( who answers all your questions) what we were going to be getting rid of. Told her we thought a 10 yard dumpster was good. She said with all we were doing that her recommendation would be the 20 yard dumpster. This woman knows her stuff.Not only did we fill it, but we filled it front to back and top to bottom. Great company to work with! The online booking worked great and the dumpster arrived on the day requested at 7:30am. Their 10 yd dumpster is a great size for the tighter quarters in midtown. I called and asked for an early pickup and it was gone by noon. Jenna in the office was very friendly and helpful.

When I initially called, the first person I spoke with to simply inquire about the prices, rules and limitations etc.... (I believe her name was Jenna) was very informative, helpful and polite! Great service, second person I spoke with,to place my order was also informative and answered every question I had and was patient with my lack of knowledge having never rented a dumpster before. I forgot her name, which to her, I deeply apologize for that but I was working with electricity at the time I spoke with her so that I could get my reservation in on time. I was beyond satisfied with Can It. The phone staff were always cheerful, helpful and accurate. Two patient drivers worked hard to accommodate special bin positioning requests. Delivery and pickup were on time as promised, with a heads-up phone call from the driver, and they responded as best they could on a holiday weekend when we filled our bin and asked for an early pick-up. Price couldn’t be cheaper without being unfair. Those pink bins are hard to look at, but seeing them haul off two tons of my junk was a beautiful sight.

I had called several rental places and this one had the shortest wait time for a dumpster. Price was the same or less than all the others.They called ahead to let us know they were on their way, dropped the dumpster and picked it up a week later. I have no complaints, it was great service.

I then called to extend the time I had it due to my project taking a little longer, they had no problems adjusting their timeline. Each time I left a voicemail, someone called me back within an hour. Can It was a bit pricer but came out on moments notice and hauled away early after call. The driver though hit our garage and we were skeptical John (after seeing another review about leaving yard torn up) would help. But he got a contractor out who was really good and worked hard to make it right.

These guys are overpriced(the most expensive IN my experience) they dropped it off the same day but did not call to pick to up just showed up at my door and usually you can keep the dumpster for as long as you like just call when it full but they came hours earlier than they drop.it off the week earlier and then said he had gps and knew when he dropped it off and came off super rude and unprofessional. I paid $200 for ONE week with the dumpster. Not worth it

On two different occasions we asked to keep the dumpster for two weeks. The first, during the winter months, we were told it was winter and it would not be a problem. The second occasion we were supposed to deduct $40 from the total for a two week rental. On both of these occasions the dumpsters were picked up early leaving us with trash strung throughout our driveway/yard in which the neighbors love, as do I. As they called to tell us to move a car out of the way the second time, there was no way of dealing with the imperfections of the company about these two mishaps. We were simply told to rent another dumpster equaling more $, time, and disgust.I highly recommend another company, or at least get the much needed confirmations in which they do not supply you with.

I thought I had rented for ten days they picked up in 7 days, i called the same day they picked up left name and number, tried again about 8:00 AM next day left name and number tr again at 10:15 AM I was trying to find out if I miss understood. Not really away to keep customers. Very disappointed in this company i thought a company owned by a woman would want to do better.
