I CANT BELIEVE the person that was behind the wheel of this vehicle today. Going about 70 down 84th weaving in and out of traffic not to mention swerving around cars in a school zone while kids were getting picked up on about 79th and vine. He just about side swiped me because he was In an rush to get around. I have never used this service nor will I ever because of that. I would hate for anyone to get hurt because you decide to drive like that! The rush you are in to clean dog waste is not worth your life or anyone else’s!

I have 2 dogs and used this company for 3 weeks. The first 2 weeks maybe 30% of the waste was picked up - I had to pick up what seemed to be the same amount I normally do before I mow the lawn. When for a 3rd week in a row it seemed that more waste was left in my yard than picked up, I called to let the company know and offered to increase the fee I pay to have a better job done. I was told this wouldn’t be necessary and assured someone would be back to my residence that day to finish the job. No one showed up, and no one called about it. If you want to pay someone money and still pick up you’re own dog waste, this is definitely the company to hire.

Never picked up all the waste in my yard! Found out that the techs get off work when they finish their houses, makes sense why they would rush and miss FIVE areas of waste.

I have used them for years and have never had a problem. They come on time and do an excellent job. It makes owning pets much easier.

Shout out to my scooper, Jason!! He took time to fix my gate latch , that another company broke. It was only 2 minutes, but it saved me time and money in getting a new one. I have used this company for pet waste removal for a few years now and will always recommend them. They come every week to clean up after my 2 dogs and do a great job. Very affordable as well.

We have 3 large dogs, including a Saint Bernard and my yard is spotless after Monarch was here. After a long winter, it is nice to have help keeping the yard picked up. Prior to Monarch, we tried two other companies and I can say that they were not as thorough as Monarch is. Highly recommend and happy to find a company that pays attention to details!

The Monarch employee always locks the gate. This is very important to us as we have a large dog, young kids and many kids as neighbors.

Great company! They do a great job at an affordable price. They always leave treats at the door when they’re done and my dog loves it. They even sent a Christmas card with a bag of treats for our dog! So seeet! Highly recommended!

Worked for them for a short period of time but I had to quite due to family issues. Was told I was going to get it in the mail and it didnt come when I was told. So I tried to talk to the owner and he wants to call me names cuz Im upset I wasnt paid what I worked for and the fact that I said if Im not paid what Im owed by a certain time that I was going to report him to BBB and contact the news and write a review on Google. Case and point very rude and disrespectful. If you mail something get a tracking number to give to that person so that way its outta ur hands and is the post office problem.

The service we have received from Monarch K-9 has been excellent. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I have watched the guy picking up poop and he actually walks the whole yard; in the winter he chips away to be sure he gets it. Great Service!!!

They havent showed up multiple times expected me to pay for all the days they didnt show up and want to argue with me. They use to do a good job now haof the time I have to tell them to come back out to redo the yard since they miss half of the waste.
