I used a 10 yard dumpster from Bin There Dump That. The dumpster was delivered when they said it would be and picked up promptly when I called to have it picked up early. The dumpster was easy to access with the back doors and held more than I thought it would! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and courteous! I highly recommend Bin There Dump That for all your dumpster needs!

We rented dumpster bins from Bin There Dump That to clean my moms garage, basement and yard. I coordinated from out of state and they were super helpful, responsive and courteous. I felt great about our first bin rental! We did not expect filling the bin in a day! (It was a good size bin we just had to throw out a lot of stuff!) and they were able to quickly schedule a swap for a new bin. Their service was great and they were right on time when they said theyd be there to drop off and pick up. Plus it was really affordable for their service. I would absolutely recommend them and I will definitely use them if we need in the future.

I contacted Bin There Dump That after the dumpster i reserved online from a chain never showed up. I called after hours and left a message, not expecting a call until the following day. Peter called me shortly after (again, this was after they were closed for the day), and was able to get me a dumpster the next day! He was polite and courteous, and made the process very simple. The delivery driver showed up exactly when estimated, and was also very polite. I loved that they put wood boards down to protect your property. Pick up was a breeze as well. Im not saying that you will be able to get a miracle done, like I did, but you wont go wrong choosing this company for any dumpster needs. I would gladly use them again. This company was totally understanding about the fact that we would need the dumpster for longer than we originally thought we would. In fact, we had to push back their pick up a couple of times. They were incredibly gracious, and when they finally did pick it up, the driver went above and beyond our expectations. Our experience could not have been better! We chose Bin There largely because of their driveway protection and the walk-in doors on the bin. We’re not tall people and it was so easy to load because we didn’t have to heave heavy items over the sides. We previously used another dumpster rental company and had an awful experience last time. They somehow had a completely wrong number listed for us and canceled out rental because they couldnt get ahold of us, then we werent getting return calls. We thought wed try them one more time and we still havent received a call back from them from a message left Monday (today is Friday). I found BTDT on Google, they answered right away, delivered a dumpster (in great condition with wood protection underneath which is a big deal because our last dumpster from previous said company was completely rusted with several huge holes and left our driveway all scuffed up) and came to pick it up early on the same day we told them we were done with it. We will never use anybody else!

They were very efficient dropping off and picking up the dumpster. I got the big one. They placed boards on the driveway to prevent scraping the cement. I filled it up and they took it away as scheduled. They were delayed dropping off on delivery but other than that it was very easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A great experience from beginning to end! They called promptly after putting in the request online and they were very upfront with pricing both on the website and over the phone. They weren’t pushy to try and get you to go for a larger, more expensive dumpster than you need. They also made sure to look at the street view and satellite imagery of our house to make sure the size we chose would fit. The dumpster was delivered right on time and we didn’t even have to be there; pick up was a breeze as well and they made sure to leave our driveway better than they found it honestly. Didn’t know what size bin I would need, asked the type of project and got an estimate as to what I thought would be going into the bin, then recommended a size that was perfect very little room left for anything else. Bonus they were cheaper than anyone else and swept the driveway before the left with the full dumpster!!!! Will be using again on the next project!!!

They had called and emailed the same day after submitting the request online. Scheduled for PM delivery for the next week for their largest dumpster. On the day of delivery, they delivered the dumpster early and gave a week with the dumpster for the listed price. They had placed the dumpster right where it was requested. I was done loading after a few days and called to schedule a pickup on a Saturday, and they were there before noon to pick it up. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they left two of the four of their blocks they rest the dumpster on in the driveway. They didnt sweep up around the dumpster, as expected, as I didnt leave the area around it dirty for them. It had also just been raining, so any dust was already gone. Im expected to need a dumpster again in the future and will be using their services again!

Most others had from none to a dozen with a 3-4 star average. I was NOT disappointed!I called on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to Sue, one of the two owners. Pleasant and professional, she offered a drop off on the next day, Friday. I said Id rather have it Saturday and she said fine. We handled the payment and we were done.That night about 10 PM I realized I really did want it on Friday after all. I sent an email with no expectation of a response until the next day. Instead I had an email response from Sue in 15 minutes saying they could do Friday afternoon. I said that would be fine.Ten minutes later I had a text from the other owner, Peter, saying they could get the dumpster in at 7:15 AM and would that be ok? I of course said yes.The dumpster arrived on schedule, the driver was courteous and professional and placed the dumpster carefully and accurately. Most dumpsters are fairly rough and ugly, but on a dumpster scale this one was quite attractive!This morning was the end of my rental period, the driver came, covered the load, loaded the dumpster, swept the driveway and was on his way.I havent rented a dumpster for a number of years, so Im not sure how well these guys do on price. My impression is the price was perhaps slightly on the high side of average, but Im not sure. But give me this level of service and professionalism any day.Businesses of this type survive on word of mouth. Sue and Peter, the two of you and the two of your employees I dealt with were all a pleasure to work with. The service was exactly what you said it would be, when you said it would be, for a price clearly quoted up front that I was more than happy to pay.
