She was very nice very well mannered she taught me a lot of things. And did not make me feel like an idiot like I have felt before running trucks other places. She treated me like a human. Very happy and satisfied with the experience I had I will you guys again

Im going to give a 5 rating just for the enthusiastic climate that surrounds the employees here at this particular Ryder location.When the mechanic takes your semi tractor in a bay on the assumption that when the manager gets back from Lincoln with the water pump that is assumed to be the issue when in the end it could be just a bib fitting.That is nothing less than customer service.However things can go defunct its the climatic atmosphere of enthusiasm, that in the end, means everything5 stars presumtively speakingOk two days later truck wasnt fixed because of parts being on back order and the pandemic wasnt helping. Over all my mechanic was top notch and professional he never gave up trying to force a regenBut the negatively is with the loaner truck. It is absolutely one of the most filthy and disgusting trucks Ive ever been. Once I cleaned all the dog hair I could get to I was woke the first night by a bug flying in my face and what really got to me was fleas when I stepped on the floor with my bare feet.Trucks should be cleaned upholstery should be cleaned. I threw the mattress cover away because all the dog hair stuck to it.I cant imagine any professional driver to be comfortable in such conditions

This has to be the worst disorganized company. Ordered a bed from pottery barn on April 15th and was scheduled for delivery on July 15th. Phone call was made to us on July 14th saying there was a missing part we will call to rescheduled. We called back on august 14th and apparently it’s been ready for delivery but their system failed to flag it. No adjustment, no apology, no “we will get that out on the first truck Monday”.

This is by far my least favorite Ryder shop in the United States. Parking lot is dirt with HUGE potholes (for starters). Very small lot. The waiting time for repairs is always excessive, especially for a shop thats open late at night. Trying to get inside to use the bathroom is like trying to get out of Auswich! Nearly every employee at this location has a bad attitude. If you can go to a different Ryder, do it.

It started in Raymond NH..I broke down..they towed me a sub unit from Braintree ma..and 15 min after they delivered it 2 solid check engine lites came on..so I used it to make my delivery and then picked up mine in portsmith NH..one hour later my truck broke down again for same problems it did frist time so they towed the ma truck to me and they said the check engine light were taken care of..next day they were back on..was told they were sensors and it was fine..so I drove and broke down again ..I was towed to Omaha NE ryder..came in door with my cat I asked where drivers lounge was and man told me I couldnt be in there ..I said its -27 degrees out and my truck has no heat..he said he didnt make covid and thats there policy..but he went and found me an office I could sit in ...and women at front desk had a chip on her shoulder..and after many hours they couldnt fix my truck it was towed to freightliner..I pay 800 hundred dollars a week to rent pos truck..as soon as possible that will change..I lost alot of money and I payed for my hotel for 5 days and my food In hotel and my food my freezer in truck has to be thrown out ..and I dont buy cheep food..steaks and salmon..

Im just going to leave this review here since it was for this location. And the only reason theyre getting two stars is because the person I was first in contact with was professional. I had a interview set up for September 22nd (very next day of this post). Then my new contact notifies me (didnt even know who I first communicated with about this job with Ryder), and then informs me this afternoon the day before my SCHEDULED interview they just had a person signed on for the job. Oh and that same person (Andrew) then says we can look at other jobs, and pulls up a regional posting for Class A drivers... The funny thing is if he even had the right info pulled up he would know I only have a CLASS B. Not sure who dropped the ball with communication, and glad I at least got a phone call telling me before tomorrow. Ill be sure to spread this professional experience I had with Ryders hiring.

If you need work done, be sure you have a few days. There is always an excuse as to why you have to wait or they cant do the work.

Small, consistent staff. As a customer, they take you in like youre one of the good old boys and go out of their way to help you get your truck rental on the ball. Love this as my primary fallback when I need to rent a truck.

Rang the bell Very slow , one employee seemed lost on the shop side not a greeting or take my temperature he seemed like he was in a rush to bail outa work! Not professional!! This is the second time last time he walked to his car helping me and tryed to leave i asked him you still helping me said he was off didnt tell anyone Other staff members,,,, other wise friendly staff

We have been a customer for years and lease trucks from multiple different companies. The service at Ryder is BY FAR the worst. They dont even wash them anymore. There has been an air leak in one of the trucks since JULY of 2019 that they have not fixed yet!They want us to take a new truck, but have been incapable of fixing their service issues over the past six months. We will wont be taking a truck from them in the future.Robert Scalabrino, Rod Reeves and others need to get their act together! Did I mention the terrible service?

Had issues with management. Turned out to be some miscommunication. The manager called and took the time to work through my complaints and resolve the situation. We often run into problems, but I have to respect anyone willing to find Solutions to problems.

Rating Ryder a 1 due to no flexibility in times of delivery. They give you less than 24 hour notice with a time frame that cant be adjusted. If they could give options of time frames, that would be much appreciated. If I was given an option on how my furniture would be delivered, it wouldnt be through Ryder.Update - delivery came early and the delivery guys were fantastic and super friendly. Changing my rating based on this.
