This nail spa is AMAZING!!! Went in to see Dee today 😁🥰Her and V are the best!!!!!! I will never, ever go to another nail salon again. No words to describe how amazing the staff is and how wonderful my nails always come out!!

I did shellac acrylic with designs on all of my nails and they look AMAZING!! My nail tech was Kenny and he was by far the nicest and most helpful nail tech i’ve ever met. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he searched the entire building to help me find the color I was happy with. It was $55 for all of this and it was well worth it!!

My tech did my nails and I love them! Very natural and beautiful. 2 weeks later my nails are still perfect. Im very impressed so far with their quality and cost.

I went to get acrylic nails with shellac and Dee did my nails. On the bottom the side weren’t filled down and she tried saying it was Bc I got a coffin shape when that isn’t true. Then I got a light pink color and after I was done I could see brush hairs stuck in my nails with over 4 of them and see tried to make up more excuses saying that it’s Bc the color is to light when that isn’t the case either. When I asked her to fix it she had an attitude and the design I got is messed up. These nails were 55 dollars…

Usually have good service but I just went for a pedicure and it was awful. The woman doing the pedicure clipped my cuticles so much they hurt, gave the worst massage imaginable and painted my nails so poorly. The paint job was sloppy, I could have done much better. Then I went to go get my manicure and they were out of three colors I wanted. After the third color choice and “we’re out” I said fine, I’ll just leave.

Had a wonderful pedicure today. Always good service. All their staff is very talented & do very good work.

I love this place! My tech is super nice and she is always flexible with my time and never disappoints me with her excellent service and professional skills!

Theres no consistency... sometimes its ok and others its not. A few times it was good. Last time she didnt listen to what I asked for and then rushed thru my nails. I didnt want to deal with it anymore so I went home and reshaped them myself.

They do a consistent and good job here, but they have problems with color. Twice I could not locate the color I wanted (light pink and light blue) and after searching through 20 disorganized and shoddy looking samples I finally walked out today. It’s a shame that some nail places just do not have the color thing figured out. Especially when it costs them business.

Horrible experience. Worst manicure and pedicure I ever had. You get rushed through as my polish was not completely off my nails and she started filling them.

They were busy but so attentive despite this. Reeeeeally great service and value.

Kenny does an excellent job on nails so I had a pedicure done too. I have had the same young gentleman twice do my pedicure. Very rude and poor quality.

Vinny did my a full set of acrylics on me and he did an amazing job, some of the nails bubbled as they were drying and he stayed 45 minutes after close to meet my needs and make sure they looked perfect. I’m absolutely impressed and would highly recommend him and Thi Nails for a perfect set!!

Good customer service. Ive been here a handful of times and this last time I went I had to come back due to a not-so-great set I had done by someone who I believe was new. The manager told me to come back and she redid my set completely for free and was so very kind. Mistakes happen, we are all human, and I appreciate that this was made right and I will return.

They made conversation but my nails are WAY too thick and curved. they have a whole bunch of dents and flint in them, they just look really fake.

Eric is the best! Everyone is so friendly and nice. They have a why viriety of shellacs and nail polishes.

This is THE place! Its super close to my house and fabulous!!! I keep trying different nail salons further from home, just in case Im biased, but Im not. This is truly THE BEST nail salon Ive been to. The ONLY downside is that it can be tough to get in as a walk-in, likely because everyone else knows how amazing they are, too so it would be best to make an appointment.Due to hypothyroidism, I have super dry cracked heels and no matter how many pedicures I get, they always continue to crack. They really take the extra time to buff my heels and do everything possible to get them smooth for me. Its a problem that makes it difficult for me to find the courage to get pedicures, but theyve never ever made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. They are all so kind and gentle and 100% professional. The pedicure feels like it takes an hour (I havent timed it), but they arent slow or distracted. They are just so thorough with the massage, hot towel, stones, etc. Its incredibly relaxing and pampering, just make sure to give yourself enough time.All of their tools come out of sanitary, sealed packages and the place is just clean and beautiful as can be. You wont regret your visit!

This is my third time at Thi nails, my first two times it was such a great experience, but today I had Kim & she was very aggressive when doing my nails. I ended up with dry blood with my shellac nails. Its cool tho, didnt wanna start a scene or anything because honestly thats just too much work so I ended up not tipping her.

Ever since my mom moved from Colorado to Omaha Nebraska she’s had a hard time finding a new nail place. Came in and instantly was sat at a pedicure chair. The girl who did my nails was very nice. The winner for me though was they used brand new tools. They opened them out of a package. Very sanitary. The pricing is really affordable. Very satisfied. Will be coming back for sure.

I got my nails done last Monday was so happy that I could be fit in before I went back to work. I tipped 20 dollars to show my appreciation. Everything looked great and then within 3 days my nails started to lifted and by today I lost two nails and my real nail underneath is torn and ripped from the nail bed. I couldnt get them fixed because I was at work this whole time and now Im in horrible pain from the mess the woman made of my nails. You lost my business forever.

I have been a loyal customer here for a while and honestly the only thing that has kept me going is the low prices. I will call and make an appointment and D will tell me to come in. I will arrive and the nail tech I requested will not be available, even though I was told they were, and someone else will end up doing my nails or multiple people will switch doing them. This has happened to me multiple times. I have heard D tell customers that she wont do their acrylics because she is not trained, yet she will still do mine. Her work is always rushed and she has done my full set in 20 minutes and left me with uneven, crooked, different shaped, badly painted nails because she promised me an appointment, realized the people weren’t available and tried to squeeze me in between other appointments, which just leaves more people who made appointments waiting. I would be happier waiting to get my nails done and be satisfied with them than to be rushed through. I love the male nail techs because they always do a great job, and even my friends have said that they refuse to go to anyone but the two males, but it is disappointing to make an appointment to go to them and be lied to that they are available. It seems like D just wants to get as many customers in as possible. Also the nail files are always dirty and used. This place is great if you are actually able to go to the male techs, but if not I do not recommend it because no one else in this place knows how to do nails.

Asked several times for more detail to be put into my accent nail design, nothing. Lady was very aggressive while doing my nails.

Today i get my nails filled and shortened. They just changed buildings. I had 3 different nail tech work on me. My nails are not how i like them. My nails on one hand is shorter than the other. They are not shaped even. When they got polished you can see that they are not smooth looking when the filed down the acrylic. I will never return. When you want it to be consistent you need only 1 nail tech doing them. I also would never recommend this place to any of my clients or to any of my friends.

Another thing that I like is that you get exactly what you ask for...no matter who is performing the services. Today, Mai was the one who did my dipping powder, and she didnt an amazing job! I stumbled upon this place by accident after my nail salon could not get me in to fix a chipped nail. Dee got me in right away without question to fix it for me. Dee is amazing with dip and shellac the beautiful colors and designs she can create is amazing. I have had a few pedicures here as well and everyone has been very nice and do a great job. Thank you!

Eric is awesome! Let me tell you that no one has been able to perfect the shape of each nail like he does! Hes a perfectionist, like myself, so he aims to please and it definitely shows. Ill get my nails done by Eric until he retires.

Uhm ouch! I have been here multiple times due to it being so close to my work and have experienced such bad nails. I have scrapes and bloody toes from a pedicure paying $25.00 for. When clearly just a polish change and trimming down. The employees are not friendly and my manicure chips and lasts for one week if that! Do not recommend one bit

I have been here multiple times and still come out with nails I do not like every time. This time, I had asked for French tip acrylics. Before any top coat or decoration had been put on, I asked Dee to file them down. She refused. The nails look incredibly chunky. I had also asked for a gold accent and she said they did not have gold, which is fine, but I ultimately did not end up with nails that I liked. I have been unhappy with my nails here before and will not be coming back. Their prices are good but are not enough to want me to come back.

Ive gone here twice since I stopped going to my regular place and theyve done an amazing job. I get off work at 530 and it takes me about 30 minutes to get there I feel bad coming late but I get scared to go anywhere else. Nails are not cheap and here I get what I pay for. Their salon is clean and everyone is professional and friendly :)

Went to take my daughter in to get her nails done. After a 35 minute wait and 5 people come in behind us that were being helped and not all had appointments I had enough. Horrible service and no communication on why we waited so long and why everyone was helped before my daughter. Would not recommend this place. No one cared to explain the reason for the long wait as we were leaving.

Nail technicians are always thorough and detail-oriented. Prices cant be beat!

Honestly heard nothing but good things about this salon, it was beautiful. Clean. Etc. but nail wise? Terrible. I got blue and pink ombré and for 1) I have nail polish on my fingers and cuticles 2) I got 3 jewels on my ring finger and one has already fallen off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. 3) my nails are missing color on a lot of them 4) my nails are dull because the guy doing my nails sloppily put on clear coat. Not very happy with this experience.

Ive been coming here for several years. Everyone is so professional and very friendly. They are always willing to go the extra mile. My whole wedding party came in and got spoiled and my husband is now a regular as well! Love it here!

Not as clean as it used to be. The tray by my chair and the tray next to me were dirty. The floor around my chair was dirty as well. This is when it had just opened for the day so apparently there had been little clean up the night before. That made me wonder how clean the tools were. I had plenty of time to look around bc although I was immediately seated for a pedi, I was left for so long with my feet soaking that the water cooled off. The work was rough and hurried. Cuticles were pushed back hard. Polish was applied unevenly. They were understaffed that day bc 2 people had called in. Ive been happy with their services previous to this visit. Maybe it was just an off day.

I absolutely love Thi Nail and Spa. My nails are always beautiful and De has never hurt me! Best of all I have suffered from ingrown toe nails all my life. I would never think to get a pedicure because my feet were so ugly! I suggested that they placed a fake nail on my toes and with therere gentle pedicure and care they have completely fixed a lifetime of pain! I did not think it was possible to fix or rid me of the pain, but they took the time, and were so careful. I am so very pleased!!

Came Friday before Easter and two days later my acrylics are already loose and now 4 are loose.. Design was good but thats it

Ive been to a lot of places to get acrylics done, but this was by far the best theyve ever looked. My nails are well shaped and dont do that thing where your nail sticks up at an angle! The only thing that is a negative is that they have a limited color selection.
