Great staff, amazing prices and wonderful service. I came here with my pregnant sister in law to get a pre-baby pedicure, and we were able to get in for a last minute appointment right away on a Saturday morning. Both women who did our nails were pleasant, professional and did a great job! if I lived in the area, I would certainly be back soon!

Amazing! I would not get my nails done anywhere else in Omaha. Vivian is an incredible talent and I have watched Paul do some amazing work as well. The staff is always kind to my friends when I bring them in. I always walk out feeling special and appreciated. My nails always look beautiful and they seem to last forever. And if they don’t last at least a week, they will always fix them though most of my shellac mani’s last 3-4 weeks. I am obsessed with this salon and send all of my friends here. They have plenty of drop in appointments but you want Paul or Vivian you must make an appointment.

Not good. Very little foot massage. They did not give us an option to level up, got a basic pedicure... nothing extra, couldnt even ask for better because they didnt understand us.

My friend and I got pedicures today, were both in the service industry. We were SHOCKED how rude they were. Im not sure if its because I used a gift card that I received for my birthday or because I had to cancel an earlier appointment but I HAD planned on getting my nails done after the pedi (if they could) or make an appt for tomorrow but noooo wayyyyy

This place is great -- the staff is very friendly and they have excellent attention to detail. Prices were actually better than the previous place I went to, and Nail Bar did a better job too. With COVID, everything was appointment only and most definitely clean. I felt very comfortable getting my nails and toes done taken care of by the staff at Nail Bar! :)

The wife went. She said the foot massage was awesome and she liked her toenails. If it makes the wife happy, Im happy. 5 happy wife happy life stars.

Terrible manicure. Sloppy paint job. Didn’t touch my cuticles which is the only reason to get a mani. Clean tools is what’s getting this place 2 stars for me. Decide for yourself. Looks poorly done.

I went to paul for my nails and I have never been so pleased with how they came out!! We had great conversations and he was super nice and made sure i was happy the whole way through! I will definitely be returning soon!

My nails came out PERFECT, this is probably the best salon experience Ive ever had.

Called 3 separate times now to try and schedule an appointment weeks in advance. Each time I was told they have nothing available. I wasn’t even trying to get anything time consuming - just a simple manicure! If they “only ever take appointments on Saturdays” but you can’t ever make an appointment, how does that work?

FANTASTIC nail salon. Truly pamper you! Dont expect to be out of there quickly though... But then again why rush pampering? Most nail places you dont get your moneys worth... This one you do! Took their time on the callus removal which I truly appreciated! Definitely will be back!

I have been to tins of salons in Omaha, once I found Vivian I only come back to have her do my dip. Amazing attention to detail and my nails ways last!Pro tip: Nailbar has a huge amount of repeat business so you are unlikely to get a service or add on without an appointment.

My mom, sister, and I came in for the first time and were weary about pricing. Now that we have completed the visit, it’s worth the pricing. Paul and the staff are very friendly and professional. Our visit was fast, yet the technicians were very careful and paid close attention to detail. The drinks were also very good! I haven’t found a good nail salon since my old one closed, and I think I have found somewhere that I will now be a regular at, once again.

My daughter and I decided to go here after reading reviews for lots of salons.We walked in and were greeted immediately. We did not have an appointment but the gentleman put us on the schedule for about an hour or so later since they were busy (Which was totally fine!)When we came back, they immediately seated us. I feel bad that we didnt ask names, but my daughter had the gentleman and I had the woman with long hair (who I assume was one of the owners?). We both were very pleased with our nails- I had shellac and she had acrylic with shellac and they both turned out gorgeous!They took their time to do it well. We never once felt like they were rushing to get done. Very friendly, very clean salon.Highly recommend Nail Bar and they now have two new clients!!

I went to this salon largely after reading the reviews on this site. I wanted a simple manicure for my wedding day; easy enough, right?First, two technicians argued - literally argued - with me and two of my bridesmaids about why we didnt want Shellac. We just didnt; end of story. They repeated over and over how the colors we picked would chip in two days without Shellac. When we asked if there was a different brand or color that would NOT chip, they had no answer. Somehow they dont say that to anyone who gets a non-Shellac pedicure...which is everyone. If they dont customers getting a non-Shellac manicure, then why offer to do it at all? I could have very easily taken my business elsewhere, and I will in the future!Throughout my natural manicure, my tech was rude. She talked about me in front of me and at one point yanked my hand back to her when I wanted to see the color after the first coat. When she finished, I had paint everywhere on my hands and a few fingers were clearly given more coats than others. A new tech actually finished the job and was visibly angry with the original tech for causing such a mess. It was poor experience with zero customer service, and it was the last thing I needed the day before my wedding!

Love, love, LOVE this nail salon! I live at Offutt, and tried several places closer, but gave up trying to find somewhere as wonderful as Nail Bar, so I will continue to make the trek to see them! Never had a bad experience. Staff are wonderful both at what they do, and their treatment of their clientele!

Family made reservations for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. I joined them which added an additional pedicure. Let’s do the math here....lots of revenue. Lots of future revenue. NOW LOTS OF LOST REVENUE. Just like the rest of my family I wanted the spa pedicure but I was told she didn’t have time because I didn’t have an appointment so I opted for nothing which the technician didn’t even blink at. And no other employees, including the manager cared that I wasn’t dropping money on an additional pedicure. Walk ins apparently not welcome.Additionally, I just heard another customer get offered a pedicure by the manager and she refused because she only needed a manicure. I’ve now gone from dissatisfied to pissed.

Paul and Vivian are the best! They hire only the best staff as well. I always get a shellac and it lasts and looks beautiful. I would not go anywhere else in town!

One of the males workers was very disrespectful towards my girlfriend, primarily due to the fact that they didnt log her appointment in correctly and acted as if she was an inconvenience for their mistake, and continued to disregard her request for coffin shaped nails because, he didnt know why people liked them. Im sure not all of the other workers are like this, but I would suggest not having work done by the older gentleman because hell probably guilt trip you into doing something hed rather do. Cool decorations though, the waiting couch was comfortable while I wrote this, that deserves a star.

Got an acrylic fill on my nails tonight. Paul was so friendly, and did my nails PERFECTLY!! He was very cautious using the drill. If you were searching for a nail salon, this one is it !! Loved it.

$18 for a basic manicure, which included nail polish removal, cuticles, quick lotion, polish. Polish is a mess, each coat was painted uneven so there are textured lines, and polish on skin. So disappointed, worst experience in Omaha.

Foot scrub and very cheap prices got me coming back here! Also, my nails never looked better. They accept walk-ins and serve you right away! Good experience!

I just left this nail salon less then 5 minutes ago. I was quickly asked if I needed help. The only good thing about the experience. The man that was suppose to do my nailsSeems like the same guy everyone that has wrote a review on. I showed him a simple pink and green nail color. He did not even try to help me find the color. I asked is this all your colors.They have a very limited color selection for shellac. He was rude saying. What do you mean. What I meant is... Your color selection is limited. I asked if he could do a simple flower design. He said I dont know. I have to ask. Uh What do you mean. Are you not a nail tech? The only reason I came to this place. Is because my wonderful nail tech moved to another state. I got up clicked my Gucci heels and drove off in my Jaguar.I am not going to let anyone treat me like I am nothing. I have money. Best nail salon in Omaha. Guaranteed To last 2 weeks. I had shellaq on for 4 weeks bc I was too busy to get my nails done and didn’t even have a chip! Pedicures are one of a kind and Amazing. Even better who doesn’t like a glass of wine or drink while relaxing and getting their. Nails done! I’m busy and never leave reviews for places but I had to for this one. They are amazing and the salon is Gorgeous. You will not be disappointed.

Discrimination is alive and well at Nail Bar Omaha! My daughter and I visited this nail salon after making an appointment for two manicures and two pedicures. I chose Nail Bar after seeing a wide assortment of nail art displayed on their website. I specifically told the person making the appointment that we wanted nail designs. When we arrived on time for our appointment we learned they had has down for two manicures, only. The staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them over their mistake. After choosing shellac, the staff made a point of telling me about the upcharge as though I might not be able to pay. Caucasian patrons within earshot were not given the same disclaimer. Caucasian patrond were offered a beverage; we were not. When my daughter explained to her technician that she wanted acrylic nails, the male who cliamed to be the owner, interjected and stated there was no time for that. It was 6pm on a Wednesday. Closing time was 8pm. When it was time to do the nail design for me I was told it could not be done because the tech Vivian who did the designs was not available. Turns out she was not available to me although she was available for a white patron then completely free. This business is unapologetically rude and devalues people of color. There will be no repeat business from me. I only rated the one star because negative stars were not an option.

I was treated like a second class citizen. I called and made a appointment with the manager for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. He must have mis understood what I said because of the language barrier. He began to argue with me in front of other customers. Then he told me he will see what he can. But still didnt refill on the agreement. So I was left with half of the service that I wanted it on Mothers Day!! Then when we were in the salon they were making comments about being a high roller so if youre not of a certain status are not Caucasian do not visit the salon!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!

They do not sanitize their tools properly. I was cut during my pedicure and I watched her spray the tool and put it back in her case for the next use. Autoclaves are supposed to be used.

We want to see if we could be fit in for an appointment. When we got there we were asked what we needed, the tech said no and went back to work without any further explanation.
