I really enjoy this place! It’s always packed when I go but they tend to turn around customers pretty quickly. It was my first time getting a tip and dip and Tom took great care of me. I will be going back for more sets in the future.

Below average manicure. I was the first of the day and my manicure took a total of 10 minutes. This place is about volume, not quality. My nails were good for about 3 days. The only positive is that it was cheap. Won’t be going here again.

I came in to get a dip manicure with a simple line design. I have been to this nail salon many times and my experience has been good, however, today was terrible.I was there for 2 hours which is the longest it has every taken to get my nails done and the quality is horrible. The dip polish is extremely bumpy and uneven. Just looking at them I can see the unevenness. The design is very sloppy and it honestly looks terrible. I am extremely disappointed with my nails, especially for how much I was charged for them. The service I received today makes me not want to return to Gel Nails for future manicures and take my business elsewhere.

Great quality work, very talented staff, quick process for nails...but they are harsh & rough with you. Kinda mean. Pedicures are a low quality service here..definitely not their specialty.

Ya this may be the fastest service ever…. But it leaves you with weak and fragile nails and please Don’t break a nail…. You can’t get it fixed…. Terrible service. They rush the pedicures and don’t properly clean your toes. They just want to get you in and out (not in a good way)One man messed up my manicure and I wanted them redone and they asked me to pay full price again.This place is trash and the service reflects that. I called on a saturday to mKe an appointment i was told in about an hour but my name was not taken down i arrived and i was seen fairly quickly and there was no issue. I like the work that was done. It was just really busy. I felt the rush i usually dont go on weekends. I still had good service and my nails are nice. Overall i like this place.

From the time I walked in, it was packed! Most salons will tell you that they can’t do it or tell you a time when they can.They took my name and service and sat me at a station. 15 minutes later they came and moved me to another station. 20 minutes later another. Like an assembly line.Once I made it to the tech Amy, she asked what I wanted, gave me one set of colors to choose from then began to peel the old dip powder off my nail!!I told her that’s going to ruin my natural nail. She kept doing it. She eventually realized that it wasn’t coming off because it was only slightly lifted; not falling off.She then puts acetone and cotton balls in a ziplock bag and tells me to put my hands in. I’ve NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE!! Definitely a lazy way.Long story short, she was not friendly, did not respond when I asked questions and it was so loud and chaotic in there I was so happy to leave.I love my typical nail experience. Relaxing environment. Great work. And places that will turn you away because they don’t have time to give you a quality outcome.

Theyre as flexible as possible to get you an appointment but call ahead. Its worth it because the experience is relaxing and refreshing!!!

I got a mani-pedi and my tech was clearly checked out. At one point she left me sitting in the middle of the pedi for 20 min. She just walked off and disappeared. My nails are completely uneven with pooling and lumps in the polish. My nail edges are rough to the touch. 5 days in & every. single. nail was lifting.It was a “girls weekend” with mom & gma - Omaha is in the middle, not local for us. If I was by myself, I would have requested starting over with a different tech, or if I was local, at least come back the next day & requested they be redone. As it was, I wasn’t going to make mom & gma wait.I dont get nails done often and I’m pretty easygoing about it, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This place is garbage. They were so rude from beginning to end. I attempted pleasantries on several occasions which were met with inexplicable hostility. Though I did get a two-hour glimpse of what they’re dealing with in clientele - so I understand I was collateral damage. None-the-less the unprofessional demeanor towards me was inexcusable and made me regret spending my usually relaxing nail-spa time there. Also it was dirty. There was an old nasty fingernail still on the table that I was getting my manicure on that I really should’ve just stopped to take a photo of, but was too busy talking in the dumpster fire that is Gel Nail. Out of hopeful curiosity I checked it out for the first time today and this will also be the last. I’ll continue to go to Martini Nails and Mohegan Nails, even though this place is so much closer to where I live.

I was trying to find a new place to go to because the last place I went to HORRIBLE SERVICE this place GEL NAILS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The first time I got a full set and the person who did my nails made them longer than what I wanted insisted that long nails would be cuter I didn’t want them that long and she did them long anyways when I’m the one that’s paying for them and have to wear them she didn’t shape them how I asked for them to be shapped and she did them with too much acrylic as well when I had already asked for what I wanted she did them the way SHE WANTED THEM TO BE DONE AND LOOK. They ended up being cute, however when I went back just for a polish change and cut down they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes. 45 minutes passed and I wondered how much longer I would have to wait they couldn’t even give me a answer that Jenny lady is very rude and so is the manly lady who answers the phone I will never spend another dime there and I would not recommend going to GEL NAILS. If you are unavailable just say that and stop wasting people’s time. This is my first time ever writing a review and I do not write reviews! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This is my 2nd time getting Tom to do my nails. Tom is awesome. He does such a great job and super friendly and willing to answer questions. Also guarantees his work to last as long as its supposed to. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because my 1st experience wasnt the best. For now on Tom is who i will be going to. Very experienced in his work.

I was in Omaha for my daughters volleyball tournament. Our flight left late the next day so we treated ourselves to the spa. I purchased a dip manicure and pedicure. She had acrylic names put on. Within 2 days of our visit, my polish cracked off leaving my natural exposed and torn off painfully low. Today, we are 10 days out. 5 of my 10 fingernails have all done the same. My daughter lost 2 of nails. Called salon. Manager offered no resolution besides coming back in, but like I said, we were from out of state. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of solution.

It seems like this place has one nail tech that can do all those really nice pretty designs in the photos, but I have attached my nails. Ive gone 3x to this place and none of the service was really good, but it was quick so I returned. The 1st time I got a full set of acrylics and they were uneven and a couple nails were a little bubbly, but it was the quickest full set I ever got. 2nd time I got a fill-in, it was trash but they only took 12 mins and hey, Im a busy bee so that was fine enough. The naked eye couldnt see it wasnt done good. By the 3rd time my nails had grown to a length I like so I was rocking my natural nails and asked for just shellac. My nails are thin but generally 2-3 coats of shellac keep em strong enough. Aside from trying to pressure me into dip, the color selection was lack luster and small. The associate put on 2 coats of a brand I had never seen before (cheap, bottled looked a decade old). Needless to say I had a nail break the very next day and though it has only been 7 days I have had a whole hand of nails break and chipping on the other hand. This was my sign, time to stop going there. (Oh each time I got a different nail tech, and once I got a pedicure and it was acceptable).

Had an appointment at 2. Didn’t get serviced until 2:30. Pedicure was rushed 😡 my nails came out ok. When it was time to pay they over charged an extra 20 on my card & was told I would get it back in a couple days. When I asked to speak to a manager I was treating as if I was less than human. IF YOU LIKE A RUSHED PEDI & BEING CHARGED EXTRA WITHOUT KNOWING GO AHEAD.

So far my pedicure has been amazing, for $35 I got a hot stone massage, a regular massage, a scrub, and the regular stuff, and I thought I had gotten the deluxe services 😂 nope! The pedicure was amazing. But I would not recommend Yanet for nails. She treated me like I was a piece on an assembly line. Just hurry up and get done. Would not recommend her.

I got a dip manicure on Friday. The entire nail came off of one of my fingers and hour later. The next day, I lost another. I got them fixed on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I just lost a different nail. I’ve never seen dip nails fall of completely. Not chipping, but lifting off of my nail and just falling off. I’ve gotten other services here in the past that have been fine. But I’m not going back. And now I’m out $45.

The amount of chances I give this place, in order to have beautiful and long lasting nails, to break later that night when I change my shoes or clothes is crazy. Im done giving this place chances. I’m over spending my money and not getting my money’s worth. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!

This is the place to go! visiting Omaha from out of state for a wedding, needed nails last minute and they hooked me up!! Not only will they actually do all the crazy designs you see online, they do them WELL. There’s a reason this place is so busy!

This salon uses mma which is banned in the United States for causing cancer these people are rude and snobby I showed up ten minutes before my appointment and was given a annoyed eye roll after a week two of my nails fell off not broke FELL Off so I had to remove my own acrylic and it was extremely sticky and smelly and not in a nail polish way I won’t be going back the shaping was uneven and they left clumps of acrylic under my nails they are using acrylic drills for natural nails and it burned through my moms nails into her skin and left mine brittle and thin

Not happy with my French dipped nails at all! The pink is completely off color and looks caked on. A gal came over during the nail appointment and of course I didn’t understand but mentioned something because she threw the pink powder away half way through grabbed a new one and continued to do 2 more dips. Not happy at all for the price I paid. Nice gal but the station was very unsanitary! The makeup brush used to sweep off my nails was absolutely disgusting! I left with tons of dried dip powder under each nail and spent a good half hour digging it out once I got home. Should have went back in for a refund but I hate confrontation still so I’m just going to leave a review so hopefully someone else saves $50 here and avoids the French nail dip!

Lisa is amazing! She gives the absolute best pedicures! Her hands are magic! Nancy did my friends toes Who had driven up from Kansas City to see me. She said her experience with Nancy was equally wonder. My friend actually has a broken toe. We told them in the beginning and they were super accommodating and very careful with her. You absolutely get your money’s worth here.

Charged $55 for a fill in... first time was charged $40 for Acrylic went for a fill in and they charge $55 ask for same color and design I don’t understand why was more. Will never go there anymore.

The service could have been excellent, but, first, I was offered one of the most expensive and long services (insistently) I accepted, and everything turned out pretty well, the girl who always treated me very kind and smiling, and in general all the pedicure was very good. As the massage was one of the longest, I was the last client of the business, then they transferred me to the drying area of ​​my pedicure (those who have gone before know that it takes a long time), because as they were going to close, they start to clean everything, while I was waiting to my nails drying, which was ok, understandable. But I started notice that Everyone seemed desperate for me to leave, and I also felt quite uncomfortable, but my nails did not dry. Then they came to check my nails and they told me that they were already dry and I could go, I did not feel completely dry and ask, are you sure? and they said yes. I put on my shoes and my nails were completely ruined. I was delighted with the service and the finished of my pedicure, but the fact they will practically take me out of the place, because they wanted to leave, and after a 55 dollar service was ruined bothered me a lot and was very unprofessional.

Prices are high but such a quality job. **update** I now regularly see Vicki and not only is she super fast but she does my nails perfect. Be as t damn nail tech in Omaha. She gives me fair prices and a time or two when I was strapped for cash she worked something out. I will forever go there and to Vicki religiously.

Will not return previously have been when NT Nails now Gel Nails. I had a pedicure and dipping powder on my natural nails done..well where to begin with my should be no star rating. First off was rushed on to a chair and could not pick a polish for my pedi as I try to Match my nails. I normally wear shellac and was not offered that as a choice. Once returning back from picking a polish to sit and soak the water was really hot as was my mother and another client that sat next to me. The guy who did my pedicure tried to get me to do a pedicure that normally was $55 but had a $10 discount well going with my first mind and may have been the reason for my subpar pedicure I went with a hot stone pedicure not even the cheapest but didnt want to be longer than my mother on top of still needing my nails done. My mother started before me I had previous shellac on my feet which was just pelled off with cuticle nippers and not soaked!! When it came to the hot stones that process was quick and I did NOT get my feet/legs massaged at all which being pregnant and a nurse is what I came for. My mom had oil and lotion massage very thorough and I finished before her my polish looks like it was rushed and also some on the skin of my feet...on to the nails well to start I had my previous powder removed by first electric drill to my nails which several times was to hot to bare. Then hands placed with cotton in a sandwich bag and acetone knotted closed(new method for me and I have been to other spas/salons). I really disliked this because it exposed my skin to it also and kind of had a chemical reaction it seemed as the product sat my fingers and hands were hot with visible heating on the bag. My nails were not manicured at all and then filled and more electric drilling then dipped in powder. I did a red and gold first red I picked was not available so I had to quick pick a different powder in red. I have had glitters before and never had the glitter transfer to other nails because those nails are generally done after the color but my glitter was done first which means my red nails all have some type of glitter on them when this was mentioned I was told it mixed and its not a lot. I paid for my services and was disappointed with the services received which was $80. Glad I chose to NOT get the most expensive pedi like a normally do because the one purchased was not even worth my time and to top it all off, before I made it home my thumb nail (one of my glitter ones) the top coat was peeled off not even cured to my nail!!! Very disappointed will not return and will stick with Martini Nails!!

Got my nails done had an appointment with Vicky. The work was extremely over priced but it was good however the customer service was terrible. They should really consider being more customer friendly. They dont seem to appreciate their customers. They have very poor customer service and tend to be disrespectful to customers on a regular basis especially when a customer comes in with work previously done by a nail technician from a different shop. The techs at gel nails do not show appreciation for their customers business even when you are a repeat customer. Each time Ive went to Gel Nails I made an appointment with Vicky which is the only technician the that does 3D nail art. She has a very poor customer service record. This has been confirmed with several other customers who patronize the business. After my last visit with her Ive decided to never return. Each time Ive sent to Gel nails I paid $130 for service.

I have been to this salon 4 times and am a college student in the area. I was not expecting super high quality for the price but the services were in my budget. I gave them too many chances. I received a new full set every single time I went in because the nails were popping off in under 2 weeks. The last experience I had was beyond terrible. The technician was rude and not very happy with my requests. All I wanted was a set of square acrylics (no design or anything). She continually rolled her eyes and audibly sighed when I would ask for them shorter or to even out a crooked nail. She appeared to take many shortcuts in the process. Additionally I asked three times for regular polish instead of gel polish. She ignored me and gave me gel polish regardless. Then she charged me for a gel manicure on top of the acrylic set for $15 more than I would normally pay. The best part was that the nails themselves lasted 5 days... Do not recommend this salon to anyone!!

Lee did my nails the first time and they came out beautiful and this time he did my fill love em again.. Just did a simple almond shape with unicorn paint flowers on four.. Thanks Lee Also got my eyebrows done and they came out great.. I be back again

The nails are uneven have ridges and when asked for discount because of it they told me they take $5 off so now I have to pay someone else to repair them they dont take responsibility for their work

Boo, no. Way overpriced, first time it came off ever as a powder and did little to fix it. Took customers walking in and let me wait. I walked out. Won’t be back. Reviews are also correct on very laidback COVID-19 regulations, masks not up on some and not cleaning supplies well.I just read all of the recent reviews, both my toe nail and my nail came off in less than a week and they broke down to the quick. I think they over-buff (weakening nail beds) and dont do enough layers or the products are cheap. Ive never had this happen at other salons and other salons are less expensive.

So, I only went because I heard good things about them but Im heavily disappointed. First off, I asked my nail tech if she could do a short almond she said no. Which was okay with me not every one can. So I asked if she could do a short coffin she said yes but it wont be as tapered. I told her that was five and when she finished my nails were to long. But I didnt complain, that was the shortest she could go. Well by Wednesday my nail had broken so far down it bled. And now its been a week later and I now have 3 broken nails. I will not be going back. Im very disappointed. They looked so good when I left.Edit, its now been two weeks and I have 2 nails that broke so far down they bled and 3 nails that are just broken and one thats now cracked. Usually I can get my dip to last 4 weeks this didnt even least 4 days. Still disappointed...

I now have COVID-19. I did not witness sanitizing of any kind they didnt wipe nothing down. I felt sick immediately after leaving later that evening.

Nina always does my nails & I wont go to anyone else. Great quality work and lasts between fills. The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I would suggest you call ahead because they are always busy especially weekends they are extremely busy.

We live out of town and are here for the week. We were in the neighborhood and made an appointment. My 10 year old son started complaining that his toe was hurting 2 days prior. I talked him into getting a pedicure. Nancy took the time to really look at his toe. She put some kind of numbing cream on his toe. From there she really dug into the side of his toe and removed the beginning of a small ingrown toenail. He didnt cry or complain at all. Thats a lot to say because he can be pretty sensitive kid. Thank you Nancy! My Mom and I were helped by Cindy and Amy who both did deluxe pedicures. They didnt rush us and really took their time. I will be back.

I showed the nail lady a regular basic picture of a rounded nail shape and picked a basic pastel color that they had at the salon On their color choice reel. She did an entire acrylic set in 18 minutes, wrong shape, length, and color. Each nail is a different length. And they are crooked and angled. When I told her that none of it was what I wanted, she said she’d already gone too far into the process. When she was done, she poured oil over my cuticles and hands and said “okay bye thank you”. I will never tell another person positive things about this salon and I will make sure none of my friends ever go there. I’m 21 years old and was not taken seriously what so ever. The entire time my nail lady complained about how my natural nails looked and I STILL tipped.

I have never had a bad experience at this salon. I love the family who runs it, their little daughter is so cute! I love that it’s right it my neighborhood too! My daughter gets her nails done by Bill, he is her favorite.

I only had a basic manicure with clear nail polish and it lasted three days before it started chipping in large chunks and now, five days later, I barely have any polish left, except random specks. My toes were fine.

I came in to get a manicure and what I asked for is nothing at all like what I got. What I wanted had painted stars on it in a certain color pattern, then what I got was stickers placed randomly with no color coordination and when I was finished half the stickers aren’t even completely stuck to my nails so I have bumps all over my nails that are cutting me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Vicky at gel nails completely took advantage of me being a first time customer. I had asked for French tip full set but for the tips to be snake skin. She said it was too little of room to work with and she had some other fun ideas she could do instead. My sister in law goes to her and I’ve seen the work she does so I trusted her vision with my nails. They turned out beautiful, however, the problem is she charged me $130!!! They ran my card before telling me the price and when I asked why it cost that much she explained that each diamon was $10, the foil was extra, and so was the design. I had never asked for these diamonds or extras... she did this without informing me it would cost so much. The whole time she was rude. I would compliment her and say thank you multiple times and she wouldn’t say anything back. I feel so taken advantage of. Vicky is good at what she does but horrible in regards to how she treated me.

I have been visiting a lot of nail salons before and have met many manicurists, only at this salon I met Hanna. She was an exceptional manicurist. She handled the painting exceptional well. My nails were so beautiful that I kept looking at them all day afterward. She was kind, gentle, professional and polite. I was very please and will come back to see her at this salon from now on, no one or other place.

Easily the worst nail salon I have been to in Omaha, without a doubt. Not only are they extremely rude and unprofessional, the quality of their work is very poor. I went in for a full set. I expressed early on to my nail artist that I was unhappy, to which she ignored. When I persisted, she audibly sighed at me and asked her manager to speak to me. I still had to pay for the nails AND removal. $80.

Vicky has been my nail lady for almost a year now. She always does the exact design i want maybe even better. She is professor she gets me out so fast and does amazing details.

I met Hanna at Gel Nails the other day. Whats an exceptional pedicurist Hanna was. She massaged and pampered my feet so well that I almost went to sleep. She also cleaned them up (almost spotless (=:). In other words she took very good care of me. I dont know how to thank her enough. I want to see her and only her alone in the future. I will come back. Thank a million Hanna: well done.

July 23, 2019 This was our First time visiting. My daughter got acrylic, my niece got French tip and her toes done, her two girl 5 & 7 years old toenails polished and myself I asked the tech to cleane up around my cuticles she did an Excellent job. My sister and her daughter came It was a family affair Everyone is satisfied, jobs well done. Tech Friendly and Welcoming. Thank You, Gel Nails.

Used to go there before they changed to gel nails and have been very disappointed every time. Not worth the money or time. Nails pop off or lift after a few days and when you go back to have them fixed they are put off. Don’t waste your time or money

Nina are Vicky are the best I been going since I moved up hurr to Omaha from st.Louis bout 4 in a half year ago..They always get me rite always wont go nowhere else...

Don’t bother making appointment. They take all the walk-ins before seating people with appointments even if you are early. I specifically made appointment so I could have mother /daughter time. We were not able to sit together. The fumes from the multiple acrylic stations were overwhelming. Would not recommend unless you are in a hurry, not with friends, the acrylic stations are empty, and you arent there for a relaxing spa experience. The service itself was not good. I bought the deluxe spa. The technician rushed through every step. He didnt check the paraffin temperature and burned my feet. At a true spa, the pedicure they described would have taken more than 60 minutes. Gel nails took 35 min at most.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!. The acrylic was way too thick and I had one broken nail that she repaired that she made a horrible attempt at repairing. I tried to voice my complaints to the tech and she and I apparently had communication issues. I tried to tell her how to shape my nails and she says, this is the shape you came in with. I knew it was going to be down hill from there. I asked to speak to the manager and some young lady came over trying to explain to me that the lady did understand how to shape my nails, but I know she didnt because she had claimed I had shown her the shape on my phone. I didnt know if she was confused or it was the language barrier. I was so frustrated! The so called manager was no help at all! I had a nail repair with a big clump of acrylic. The lady said she wasnt done with the big awkward clomp of acrylic she used to repair my nails. I asked for another tech and the manager said they were all busy, as they were just lounging on the pedicure chairs. She said I will stand here to make sure they are done right, she didnt. She left and so did I! I have gotten my nails done for many years and knew I was getting bad service. I refuse to pay you for what you obviously dont know how to do. I wish I knew how to upload the photos. The shops is beautiful which is misleading! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!

I have tried this place three or four times. I thought that maybe I would get another nail tech that would do a better job than the last one. I was wrong. I get the shellac paint over my solar nails, and every time, the nails werent dry all the way. They were chipping within days. I got a pedicure, and the spent the extra $20.00 for shellac, and they werent dry either. I finally got pink and white solar with new tips. Two nails broke off within a week and a half, and one was already lifting within the first day. I would suggest either spend the money on new lamps, or fresh shellac paint.

First time there, I got right in but there was a 40 min. wait when I left. Very nice knowledgeable staff helped me make a wonderful choice. Have got many compliments.

Me and my mother went to go get pedicures at their shop and they were very rude. The woman that was doing my mothers feet, her name is lisa by the way, tried to get us to buy a high price pedicure nd when I said no she tried again, and again. I finally said no again and she got mad and rushed threw her pedicure. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place to no one. This was my first and last time going here. Only thing I liked about this place was the cleanliness and the host was very nice.

I like NT Nails a lot. They are great for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They make me feel comfortable even if Im feeling more or less social. As a whole they are a bit more expensive than some of the nail salons in Omaha, but the people and convenience of going here make it worthwhile.

I took my little sister here to get an acrylic set done, they tried to overcharge for a simple design that I got for 45 dollars, so she picked something else and the lady burned her thumb three times, she claimed it was because my sisters sensitive, but shes gotten nails done before with no issues,got done in less than twenty minutes with a full set, then said ok youre done I dont recommend going here and Im upset that my little sister had such a bad experience that she didnt deserve.

Great nail place! Got a classic manicure over a week ago for my daughters wedding-still looks beautiful. I highly recommend this clean, friendly, and very skilled salon.

Met my mom and sister at NT Nails tonight for some last minute girl time and pampering. They were great about getting us all three in at the same time. It was a fabulous experience. We all three walked away thinking we will definitely be back. Staff was professional and fun. The salon was very clean and well managed.

Too much acrylic used but they are hospitable, very accommodating & friendly. Reasonable prices & not a long wait. Also fast drying times. Metered parking but theres 3hr free parking garage nearby.

My friend and I got mani/pedis here a few days ago while we were in town. She loves her nails and I had the best pedicure experience! I couldn’t get over how clean and relaxing the atmosphere is. Thanks for the best nail service I’ve ever had!

Great experience prior but not this visit thanks to Cindy..very rude!! Not personable! never looked @ me once just stopped to talk to her neighbor constantly.. She was confused about doing a French tip with regular color on my toes so I couldnt get it cuz she said it wouldnt be even and wouldnt look right...there my feet and if Im paying for it she should have just kept her opionion to herself.. Definitely dont get her otherwise this place is fabulous

Pros: They do quality work and can do a lot of designs and stuff like that.Cons:They are super unfriendly here. They also rush through your service. I get acrylics with gel polish (weak color selection) which is about 40 bucks but they do it in fifteen minutes. So youre paying 40 bucks for a 15 minute service with someone who doesnt seem happy that youre there.

Went to Gel Nails and got exactly what o didn’t want! Never ever going back! Showed the exact nail design I wanted burnt orange with cheetah print design left with red nails. The pits! The worst manicure ever! Never going back.

Nt Nails is a great place to get a pedicure no doubt about it. Hands down this is one on the best places for pedicures. Now on the other hand there are not very good at doing acrylic nails. The tips fall of randomly thought out the day they day after I get them do and I have been a devoted customer for about 3 years now and it has not gotten better.

Love it they rush a lil bit but thats expected being they were so busy but over all i love my nails going back today to get some stones put on my nails love the color i chose just need tge glitter and glam it up more💜

Do not come here!! I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and my nail tech started by literally ripping off the acrylic which is the absolute worst thing you can do for acrylics. When I told her she was ripping off the nail underneath she said that that was the fastest way to do it. They do not know what they are doing. there are so many other places to go that are much better. Avoid this place.

The staff are friendly. Everyone is masked (unlike Martini Nails where some staff don’t wear masks). The shop is clean. I’ll return.

Very unprofessional and they rushed through the whole manicure and kept burning my little cousin. They burnt her 4 times. And she was on her phone the entire time.

Christy is the best nail tech! And Nina is great at eye brow waxing!!! Im very picky on my nails sometimes when you make appointments they dont write it down even though sometimes I dont like others that work there she does my nails great

Only place I go in Omaha! Sterile equipment, great selection of colors, polite and friendly staff. Always running specials. Free water or soda is a great plus. Be sure to get the loyalty card!

I got the special pedicure and an acryllic set. The relaxing atmosphere and moderate prices of services combined with the professionalism of the staff keeps me coming back. I also appreciate the fact that they have always accommodated me quickly despite lacking an appointment.
