My mum and I went in today to get pedis and a mani! Jenny gave me the best pedicure and was so fun to chat with, and we enjoyed the pedi massage chairs! Then Tina helped me pick out a color for my full set (my first time getting acrylics, so I needed guidance which she was happy to provide) and she improved on the pinterest design I had chosen! Everyone was so friendly, and we had the best and most relaxing time! We’ll definitely be back!

This place is the BEST! I found it about a year ago when I was pregnant and pedicures were all I wanted! Tina and her crew took care of me so well everytime. I went back the other day after not having been in for awhile due to having the baby and as soon as I walked in they all recognized me, knew what I was going to get and asked how the baby was! Ling story short, their service is amazing, skill level is awesome and prices are even better!!

Great experience for my daughters first pedicure. She asks to go back all the time. Friendly and kind staff. Great place for pedicures for kids and adults.

This one was one of the best Pedicures I’ve ever had and I just had time for the basics. Just moved here from Chicago so I just picked them because they were close. Well lucky me! I’ll be back for sure. I didn’t get the name of the young man who did my pedicure but he was wonderful and everyone there is very friendly and pleasant.

Update:I was more than happy to go back after 4 weeks to get my nails redone! This time, the owner did my nails, Tina. Tina was very nice and sweet! She made small talk and got to know me! I was appreciative of the time and effort she put into my nails! I’m in love with the finished product!! I changed my review to 5 stars as they exceeded all of my expectations in going back!I would give this place 3 stars but would go back to try another person doing my nails. I just moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. I had a dip color change appointment. When I sat down, the man doing my nails started using acrylics to peel off my old dip color. My previous nail salon would just grind down the old color and soak them in acetone. Typically this does not cause my fingernails. The method Nail Experts salon used today has left my finger nails very sore. The way my nails look after the appointment is the reason they have 3 stars instead of 2. I was impressed with the finished product and color selection, but my fingernails are very sore and uncomfortable.

My daughters and I went as a girls day treat. We were nervous about choosing a place as some arent professional, and may not do quality work. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. There was no talking over us to each other, and they even remembered when my daughter went to get nails done with friends. Needless to say it was a great girls day for my birthday and it felt great having beautiful nails! Thank you to Nail Experts! ❤

I went here the other day and really enjoyed the service. Everyone was welcoming and listened to all my requests. My husband really like his first pedicure, too! Will visit again.

Most comfortable experience with a full set of acrylics put on, and from start to finish, its about 30 minutes. Ill be back soon. ❤️

Tina did such a great job and was so sweet to me and my 2 young kids. My stepson has his 1st pedi bc of all his dry peeling skin and she made sure he didn’t feel embarrassed and my 7 yo daughter had such a great time. They were so nice to them! This is now our go to place!!!!

Nail experts has been my go-to for years and the staff is very friendly and is able to do anything you have in mind. If you have chipped or broken a nail they fix it and it looks as if it never happened. Always amazing service and I get so excited when I go there because the experience is always so much fun 😁

I got my nails done here and received a shellac manicure. After only one day my nails started to chip and peel. It has only gotten worse. Very disappointing considering they were very nice people and I loved the atmosphere.

It was fine the first couple of times I went, but I get tired of salons making up prices every time. $20, then $25, then $26 with no difference in what Im having done. Sadly Ill be going somewhere else now.

I like this place and have gone there for years. Today they did charge me $7 to remove my dipped nails which I thought was steep. A girlfriend of mine went to another salon and got hers removed and they didnt charge her a dime.

Ive gone here for years. I always make an appointment with Tom. Hes always on time and he does a fabulous job. I did try another salon in elkhorn a few weeks ago due to timing and it was a horrible experience.

I have gone to this nail salon since I was a little kid when my mom would go, and at 18 I still went there because the people were always friendly and they did a great job on nails. However, the last time I went in I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. A woman was doing my sister’s pedicure and asked what we were up to today and I had said that I had to run to the the outlet mall, she responded by looking around the salon for a minute and then lowering her voice and saying “I don’t like going there anymore. There are too many black people that shop there and I just don’t like those kind. They’re scary.” It took me a minute to process that someone had actually just said that to me (my sister and I are white so I guess she thought we’d go along with it or something) but we do not tolerate that. We told her that it was a horrible thing to say and any kind of diversity should be encouraged and welcomed, and just because people look different than you do doesn’t make them “bad” or “scary”. I have never been so genuinely stunned in my life, and we told them we would never be bringing our business back to their salon. Such a disheartening and horrible experience. Never go to this salon.
