Simply the best manicure I’ve had. Jenna was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was really unique. Very clean and comfortable space. I also love how the products are organic/non toxic. I can’t stop looking at my nails!

Undoubtedly the most peaceful atmosphere of any nail salon I’ve been to in the omaha area. Extremely professional and kind, not to mention the amazing job they did on my nails. I paid $204.00...for the old market pedicure (3). Service was rushed, The Dead Skin was not removed fully nor the calluses for (1). The hot rocks service was not fully provided to (1) and to the other the hot rocks was not hot for long.I have been provided better service with lower cost. Considering the price and technique, the service could have been better for this location.Customer Service should be priority and not rushed when someone else walks in.

I had my first ever pedicure today with Kiki at The Nail Shop. Kiki is amazing--so talented! Also very nice and patient with me, a newbie guy who never had a pedicure before! Will be returning :)

A couple weeks ago I visited The Nail Shop for the first time, before a trip to Mexico. I got the Old Market Mani & Pedi with Khan. I have definitely found my new nail place! While it was a little more expensive than other nail places, it was worth it. I don’t do gel b/c it ruins my natural nail, so I expect that I will have to change out the polish a week in. Well, 2 weeks later my toe polish is still going strong. I did have to remove my fingernail polish b/c it was peeling due to breakdown from sunscreen. I didn’t feel as if I was being rushed through just to get to the next person. Khan did a wonderful job. I highly recommend The Nail Shop!

10/10 would recommend! I had the best experience at this salon. The vibe is relaxing, organic, and fresh. Jenna did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was kind, professional and detail oriented. The decor inside is beautiful and puts you immediately at ease. Loved it and will definitely go back again.

Never again. Ive gone there a few times because I thought it was an OK place, but today I had my second pedi from Maria and it was so outrageously bad that Ive decided I will never return. She cut/stripped the sides of my nails at the nail folds. It hurt so much that I actually yelled out in pain at one point. Cutting out the sides of the nails creates ingrown nails. Then she scrubbed the top of my feet aggressively with a coarse scrub, apparently for a little extra torture. Why are they doing this to people?!The checkout process is unprofessional. I have always tipped well, but its awkward to have the person who did your mani watch over you as you select a tip amount on their ipad.The foot platforms are stupid. You have to raise your feet a few times while they put bowls or different boards under them. I dont think its sanitary to have people putting their feet on porous wood. Its also ridiculous to make the employees lift giant, heavy bowls of water for each pedi.Parking is terrible with the farmers market. Not their fault, but when you pay $10 parking on top of an already expensive pedicure, it doesnt make any sense to go to this place.

I went awhile back for a fun trip for me and my family. Paid for two downtown manicures and pedicure and then for my son to have a pedicure. Was rushed and all poorly done they bruised my foot they were rude and for the money I spent to have it rushed and looked like trash was upsetting. The worst part is they cut the cuticles which is a big no no and didn’t even have a good reason as to why. So now I’m dealing with hang nails so much because they have no idea what they’re doing.

Cute place and like that they only work with your natural nails. I got a gel manicure and the next day, one nail had chipped already, so I went back and they were nice enough to redo that nail and another that I noticed a blemish on. As of yesterday though, two other nails have chipped polish and it is only 5 days since I had them done. 3 stars because this gel shouldnt be chipping so quickly, but they redid the ones the next day.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I’ve been to plenty of places throughout the metro area and have now been here a handful of times... This is now my place! Professional. Kind. Clean. Calm. Peaceful. Pedi / Mani - simple, but attention to detail - relaxing and very thorough! My nails always turn out great and last so long! Didi and the other staff are all amazing!!!

I had my nails done for the first time at The Nail Shop yesterday and I had such a great experience! The shop was very clean and all the staff were so kind! I had such a great experience and I will be back for more services later!

My original technician was “no longer with the Nail Shop” so I accepted the technician they offered. She did a very mediocre job and actually nipped my cuticle on my big toe. I have used the Nail Shop before and may again, because it is very clean and conveniently located. but I will certainly review the technicians before I go.

Everyone is friendly and experienced. The atmosphere is calming. We go for pedicures and theyre always wonderful. I wont go anywhere else.

I’ve been here a few times now over the past year and the Nail Shop is always great! Not just a great polish, but the skin care and massages that accompany a mani or pedi are always above and beyond. Definitely a loyal to this place when I decide to treat myself.

I booked a last minute appointment this morning for a pedicure - I’m not from the area so I took a recommendation from my hotel. The salon was spotless, everything was clean. My technician, Didi, was friendly and did immaculate work. I was addressed by name the entire time - a very small detail but made me feel like my business was important to them. Highly recommend!

Can’t believe I didn’t know about The Nail Shop earlier! Jenna did my pedicure and manicure and she was fantastic. I will for sure be going back. Very clean, sophisticated, worth the price you’re paying. The massage on my legs and arms was the best! Nails look clean and polish looks high quality!

Such a great nail salon. Beautiful environment, high quality products and workmanship. They only work on natural nails - no acrylics. So no drills or horrible chemical smells which I really appreciate. Prices are about average for an above-average experience. They also have a loyalty program which offers discounts after a certain number of services. Highly recommend!

The girls are very nice. Ive only gotten pedicures here so far and my toes always look really good. They use sweet almond oil and a special candle lotion during the foot massage. On top of that its very cleanly with your own foot bath tub that is brought out for you, and the nail polish stays looking good for weeks.

Went in today for a spontaneous walk in manicure with shellac and had no trouble, it was quiet and they took me right away. I just wanted a quick appointment with no massage, and they did a good job on my nails and very efficient. Very quiet nail appointment, not a lot of conversation. I said I might come back for a pedicure and she encouraged me to make an appointment instead of dropping in. Reasonably priced. Very clean, very calm and beautifully decorated. The space is gorgeous with the exposed brick walls and the wood features.

The atmosphere is excellent - very clean, quiet and relaxing. I had the standard manicure with gel polish. The massage at the end was almost worth the appointment in itself. Prices are very reasonable. Ti did an excellent job and was great to chat with!

This was the best manicure pedicure experience ever. Clean and peaceful. The conversation with Miss Ti was not only pleasant but educational as well. I will definitely come back whenever I am in Omaha. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I went to The Nail Shop with my mom and sister in law for a girls night out. The environment is minimalistic and extremely relaxing. Each of us had a wonderful experience. My mom got a pedicure while my sister in-law and I got manicures. We each had a different employee working on our nails and each employee was friendly and professional. The prices are a bit higher than other salons, but it was well worth the money. Our nails turned out perfect and we just loved how nice the employees were. We will definitely be back again! 💅 🙌💕

I am torn. While I love that they do not use whirlpool tubs, it is a super clean environment, a very relaxing atmosphere, and I love the details put into making it a cozy place. They just do not do the best job. Received the Nail Shop Pedicure and it lasted about 30 minutes. It was pricey for the service. To be honest, toenails looked like I did them myself and were almost completely off within a week. I do like that theyre trying, just need better manicurists.

My favorite nail salon. I love that they don’t do acrylic nails. The ambiance is so peaceful and natural. Candles, a lovely playlist, yummy smelling lotions and oils. They are kind and patient.

If you want your jewelry stollen then this is the place for you . The lady doing my nails told me to wash my hands when I came back my ring was stolen and the lady doing my nails acted like a was crazy and that I never had a ring. She said I must have not brought it. They made off with my engagement ring and my wedding ring.

Didi and Konh are expertise in their profession. I get the gel with french manicure. Last visit did the matte finish, so natural looking. Always getting complimented on my nails.
