Great service as usual. I always get the Deluxe Pedicure, and the service is excellent for the price (unless you get shellac polish). Expect to pay more. Overall, great place for nails.

The staff at Nail Perfection & Spa were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a shellac manicure and the nail technician helping me was patient as I decided on my color scheme, let me test a few colors, and took her time doing my manicure. I love how my nails turned out. I will be back!

🚨 CUSTOMERS BEWARE 🚨 My daughter & I had a poor first and LAST experience. The husband & wife owners performed the service. The technique used is apply the acrylic outside of nail bed and down the sides of each finger, and use the rotary drill to shape the nail while the acrylic is stuck to your skin. We both have burns and a bit of bleeding in areas. I had told the owner several times that he was burning me, he continued and applied a solution called STOP which is to numb the pain, yet he couldn’t tell me what the solution was, he kept showing me the bottle. I was in tears from the heat of repeated drilling on acrylic stuck to my skin. I showed him where the acrylic was still stuck and he sent me home with a nail file so I could remove it myself. The paint job is poor at best. He doesn’t use remover at all for mistakes, so I will be cleaning up his mistakes to help make the nails appear as professional as possible.My daughter had the same experience from the wife. She also asked for white color on 4 nails and purple on ring fingers. The wife owner did the opposite. My daughter was in so much pain and frustration and she just wanted it over and didn’t address the mistake. I highly recommend another business or most 8+year old girls who can do a much better job.I wondered why there is a large sign at the checkin desk that reads “NO REFUNDS”. That’s a red flag 🚩! I now understand the need for it as I’ve now joined the “highly disappointed customer” club.

They did a horrible job. My mom and I got our nails done and we had acrylic down our fingers. I got burned multiple times which cause bleeding. My mom was in tears because he used the rotor drill to get it off her fingers. She repeated that it hurt and he kept doing the same thing. He kept saying I make it perfect for you and it was far from perfect. This was our first and last time going. There was also a no refund sign at the front desk and we now know why.

So nice, very clean, great prices, huge selection of colors. The hot stone massage and choice of scent for the massage and water was amazing. Nancy did a great job with my cuticles and was very sweet especially when I was a bit ticklish for the exfoliating of the heels and sides of my feet.

I asked my nails to be done a certain way. Very easy no designs on it just colors. They got the colors wrong and put them in the wrong places and they made me bleed too. Really poor customer service and very rude. I don’t recommend

I went in with my mom, aunt, and older sister to get shellac manicures and pedicures and we all loved it! Their work was clean and efficient, and they did a great job making our nails look exactly like we wanted. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience all the more relaxing and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this salon, and I can’t wait to go back myself.

First of all, everyone was super sweet. things were clean, and the spa was bright.I wont go back. It was overpriced for the quality of service. I got a mani and a pedi (they didnt give me the advertised mani/pedi combo price) and since it was my birthday I splurged for a design. I wish she would have told me she couldnt do it. Sadly my entire manicure is ruined because my design is very sloppy. I understand that designs can be difficult, but I had the picture up the entire time for her to copy and after 3 tries, she just left it as it was. I would have preferred she had just said no and asked if I wanted a flower or something.On my pedicure, part of my toenails were missed and one was smudged and not fixed. No foot massage, and a very cursory buffing of calluses. Massage chairs werent very comfortable and my water was cold!As mentioned before, everyone was very kind, but it just wasnt worth it.

Love this place! I got a full set dip manicure and it looks great. They worked with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s very cleanly inside and the people working there were very helpful and nice.

I was very excited to FINALLY get my nails done after being at home on lockdown during the Covid pandemic.Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research on where to go, just moved to Omaha.I had a manicure & pedicure.It was very rushed, the furthest from being a “pampering” experience. I barely got a massage on my hands or toes.I won’t be returning.

I have looked and looked for a good nail place and I have finally found it at nail perfection and spa. I have received great service every time I have had my nails done. The employees are very kind. The place is very clean and relaxing.

They cut every cuticle on my nails until they would bleed. They cut my toe nail and hang me a huge hangnail. It gushed blood and they put it back in the dirty water which later caused an infection. They wanted me to let them correct it... none of which is correctable nor would I ever let them touch me again. Wouldnt do anything else to rectify the situation. BEWARE.

Im 32 and have never left a bad Google review. I have been coming here consistently for a few months now. Overall have a great experience with my girl. Last weekend I had someone new and 5 days later 4 nails came off. I had to take over an hour out of my schedule to go in get them fixed. They fixed the 4 but wouldnt fill the remaining 6 so theyd match. I didnt want to leave with 4 fresh and 6 grown out so they made me pay $18 to even out THEIR error. I thanked my regular lady, but told the manager who refused to handle this correctly that I wouldnt be back. She argued back and I finally just shut it down and said, since youre the manager I just thought you should know. They all chatted and laughed.

This is an awesome place to go. Really good pedicure, we had the best time we have ever had while getting a pedicure. My daughter got her nails done and they loved her! So accommodating, helpful, and friendly! We are taking a bridal party there in the coming week!! Chairs were awesome.This was all after leaving a really crappy place and happening upon this diamond in the rough.

I used to go here regularly to have my nails done, and almost every time I would have my nails done, I would end up having 2 or more of the acrylics fall off just a few days after having them done.. Ive never had this problem anywhere else. I was impressed with them at first as the first lady that did my nails did a great job. they dont completely cover your nails with the polish every time either, the nails are very thick and looked kinda gross. The salon is very nice, but I wouldnt recommend going here, Im not impressed.

I thought my mani/pedi was okay. Toes look great but I selected a lighter color for my nails and the polish is uneven and up-close does not look great. The price was decent and they were quick but not sure I would go back.

I made an appointment 2 days in advance for my friend and I to have our pedicures done. We showed up a couple minutes early to give them time to check us in. I was really disappointed that they took a large group of walk-ins and didnt have a technician for either of us! It was 15 minutes before we were put in a chair and then another 30 minutes before they came to do my nails. The pedicure turned out nice, I just didnt appreciate the wait when we made an appointment.

I just went to this nail salon and had a terrible experience! I came to get a shellac manicure with a simple plaid style design, when i arrived before i even sat down I asked if they would be able to do the design I wanted based on the picture I showed them and they assured me they could. After SEVERAL attempts of them trying they blamed me that they werent able to do it properly because my nails were to short!! Also, the clear coat was just globbed on and does not even go to the edges of my nails! Will not be coming back.....oh and i ended up going to a nail salon near my house and they did the design perfectly in less than 5 mins!!!

Well my husband and I showed up 30 mins before close after being turned away from previous salons, they were so accommodating and kind, absolutely the BEST pedicure I’ve had in a long time! They didn’t rush cuz we were late and even offer to give me a manicure which turned out lovely as well!! Top notch service with superb work! I am finicky and they deserve a racing review!! The pedicure was very nice and everyone was polite but I got a really bad nail infection from them. They pulled the metal tools out of sealed bags but the nail brush, file, and pumice stone were just in a basket so I have no idea how or if they were cleaned. I will not be going back there.

I’ve been coming here every two weeks for a year. Didn’t get my normal tech which is generally no probable because I’ve never had a bad tech here. This time however my skin was nicked multiple times and my nails ended up completely cut down as a result of the horrible shape. The tech proceeded to tell me it was my fault for asking for my shape after she already trimmed my nails. As I do not do nails for a living I would rather be told it’s too late and not have my nails destroyed and then blamed. Just tell me it can’t be done. Zero discount offered. Extremely frustrating as a regular customer to be treated like you’re stupid and then asked to pay full price on top of it.

Went here with a friend to get a mani & pedi. Pedi was done by two different people because they were challenged from a staffing standpoint. Pedi turned out great.Mani was a completely different story. I had dip polish on to start. The (owner/manager/leader) worked on my nails between another walk-in client. She used the dremel to take off the top shellac layer like most salons. Then used acetone soaked cotton balls and foil like most salons for about 10 minutes. From this point on was complete hell. She was in a rush to go to a staff party and the acetone didnt work quickly enough. So rather than re-soak the remaining dip, she went back to the dremel on my bare nails and completely ruined my natural nails. I looked at the first hand after she finished and told her that Id rather not put dip back on my completely ruined nails. I said that its going to take months for these to grow out. She just smiled and nodded then asked me if I wanted regular polish to match my toes and I agreed. I figured shed at least file them smooth (after all, they couldnt look worse). Then she cleaned up my cuticles and cut one of my fingers. This lady clearly had no idea how to do nails. I feel like they have fake opi polish, because my opi has never cured so badly.I should have taken the NO REFUNDS signs plastered everywhere as a warning.

I’ve gone to this nail salon for 2 years. No complaints until new manager/front desk lady Kim started here (first and last time meeting her). Kim is solely enough of a reason for me to never come back to this salon ever again. She was EXTREMELY rude, all of the nail shapes were uneven, and if you tried to ask her to change anything she would actually disagree and refuse. After being asked what color about 5 times when I continually told her I was still choosing, I reluctantly chose a color and she said she’d try it on just one nail. She painted one nail and I hated the color and i TOLD HER. She PERSISTED and said that it’d be “pretty” after she paints 3 coats on each nail and disregarded my choice of wanting a different color, and painted all 10 of my fingers. I told her again i don’t want that color, to which she replied “i already painted 10 of your nails and we can’t change the color now.”i will NEVER, EVER be returning to this nail salon. I have never written a review online but I have never been so dissatisfied getting my nails done my entire life. I have polish on the tips of my fingers, she cut my already short nails wayyyyy to short, the base color is nothing close to what I wanted, and I am terrible at nails but have done a much better job on my own. I wish I could post pictures because the results are laughable.

Seriously do not come here. I was at this salon for 2 hours today. All I wanted was to have some false nails removed and plain french put on, but apparently that is far to hard for the staff here. I dont know of the name of the lady that did my nails but on her first attempt to remove my nails she absolutely reamed my finger. I would also see her take the edge off of one of her own bowls when she wasnt watching where she was waving her running electric file. She said she couldnt do a french manicure because my nails were too short (totally not true, she just didnt want to waste the time because the salon was busy). I told her not to even bother with putting a color on. Obviously angry I want going to give up more money, she did a horrible job removing the false nails so I still have gel all over my fingers. Oh and I still got charged $10 for the wonderful experience of having a piece of my finger sawed off and going home with absolutely disgusting nails. Go to any salon in Omaha besides this one.

I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old (I’m currently 27 years old). Nail Perfection & Spa was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail shop. I’ve never written a review in my life, but my experience was sooooo bad, I felt obligated to write this review.It honestly takes a lot for me to complain. I’ve been going natural for a while, but my birthday was coming up, so I decided to get acrylic for some extra length.AVOID THE WOMAN WITH BURGUNDY CURLY HAIR; SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WITHOUT THE UNIFORM SMOCK ON. SHE WEARS A GOLD BRACELET ON HER LEFT HAND (I believe her name starts with a “J”, but I’m not 100% sure).She destroyed my fingers and nails! The experience was so painful and I had two bleeding cuts on my fingers. Days after getting my nails done, my fingers and nails were very sore. The woman did such a terrible job laying down the acrylic, it was just uneven and all over the place. The acrylic was placed so awfully, I told her not to even paint my nails, and she still wanted to charge me $33.00. She somehow over charged me an extra $15, so she re-runs my card and I ended up paying $81 for terrible nails. I eventually got my refund. In 17 years of getting my nails done, this place was the worst. I would never go back!!!! The only reason I came to this nail shop is because they were open after 7. My usual nail shop closes at 7 (lesson learned)….

Had made an appointment, wanted to charge me $15 to take off my acrylic nails. Talked about me in their own language, could tell it was not anything nice. Not helpful at all, no customer service and very rude. They rushed me out the door, please dont waste your money and dont go there.

My daughter and I went in for a mommy and me day; she had shellac done on her nails which started peeling off...YES! peeling off as soon as we got home! I could not believe it!! Expensive and not even a week has passed, her shellac polish is completely gone! I had acrylic nails put on and they are thick and filed crooked and have bubbles in them! Awful! Will NEVER return!!! Not worth a second chance!!!!!!
