Very beautiful salon. The front desk coordinator is the most professional kind man !! He makes sure the place is running smoothly. We had pedicures and gel mani. Nice and professional. I wish my guy would have massage my feet better than my legs. But it was still nice! Highly recommended

I’ve been too this location a couple of times and each time they’ve done a terrible job!!!! WORST PLACE BUT, YET SO HIGH IN DOLLAR! Your probably thinking why go back when they did a terrible job… well I too thought it was an amazing place well kept so they must know what they’re doing… well let me tell you they DONT!! They need to reteach their technicians how to properly do a simple French tip! So simple that my daughter does it better than these so called professionals. The amount of time ( I will not name names) they took on my toes and hands was horrendous to the point that I didn’t even want to pay them Bc of how horrible the service was! But I kept my cool and walked away and got them fixed somewhere else. Everyone is so blindsided by the fact that this location is clean and looks beautiful but the service is UGLY!

A very disappointing experience. I dont think they had time for my appointment - they had one tech doing my toes while another applied tips, but because she was off to the side of the pedi chair, many were glued on crooked. I had to insist multiple times that she fix crooked nails as she applied the acrylic and shaped them, which visibly annoyed the tech. Ultimately I was left with extremely chunky, clunky nails that are mostly (but not entirely) straight and arent really coffin shaped, and two different cuts on my hand that resulted from the tech trying to make up time after having to fix and patch the crooked nails.Im addition to all of this, the pedi tech made negative comments about my body hair, telling me I should have shaved. I will not be returning.

We called this salon and were able to get in same day. Very nice place with excellent staff. The pedicure was more expensive than a mall nail salon. Great service and great color selection.

First time today going here today 08/14/21 after trying multiple other facilities in Omaha. This was by FAR the best! Beautiful and relaxing space, friendly staff, and very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Diamond, she took her time and did a fabulous job. I am confident that the nails I had done today will be very durable and they look clean and smooth.

Couldnt be happier!! I went here on a whim because they were open til 8pm on a Saturday (unlike anywhere else). I called ahead and they not only fit me in immediately, but the gentleman at reception offered the best customer service Ive had EVER at a nail salon. He even told me to drive safely on my way over. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and taken back to a chair. I got the dip manicure and Linda provided incredible attention to detail. The value was great. The inside is beautiful, there is nice music playing, everything is very clean, and I felt calm and stress-free. Thank you! I will be back.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. We had a group getting pedicures and a few manicures. Most of the workers were nice but one was rough and rushing, I could tell she wanted to get out of there. We had an appointment. So us showing up wasn’t a surprise. Our appointment was Wednesday and gel was peeling off fingernails before the wedding on Friday. The lady didn’t file my toenails or clean out from under them, she complained they were too short but they were long enough to have dirt under them. The gel polish is all over my skin on my toes and is now peeling off. I will not return to this business. Cost was close to $60. So they opened the clean packages of clippers and everything, but they kept tossing them on the little tables as they were using them…..on top of the pedicure menus. So whatever customer picks up the menus is going to get whatever toe jam is splattered on the menus.

The shop design is beautiful but the knowledge of the manicurist is unacceptable. There are no client and yet the technician appear as if they are in a rush. The service is way overpriced for the work quality they perform. My first and last time at this salon. If you like high end salon with low level knowledge technician, I highly recommend this salon, otherwise keep searching. I’m sure there are a lot of salon that are fairly less glamorous looking but have much better technician with many years of experience and knowledge. Paid for quality service or glamorous looking shop...your money...your choice.

Linda did my nails today and did a great job! She listened to what I requested, and made multiple suggestions on how to design them to look good! I loved this place. Very comfortable, kind staff and Linda was an awesome nail tech. I would come back if I lived in Omaha!!

Best manicure in Omaha ! Shayla did my nails beautifully, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted white nails and some sparkle to fit the winter wonderland theme and Shayla completely understood what I wanted and did an amazing nail art on me. The dip feels thin and even and the I am in love with the shape of my nails. I got offers a coffee and everyone was super nice. We had a nice chat and I felt directly at ease. I will definitely come back 😍😍😍

Wow wow wow!!My second time here, and I honestly love this place. There is almost an unsaid rule about being quiet and whispering and creating this spa like environment. I LOVE THAT! No one was chatting loudly or laughing loudly, which was honestly just the best. Such a relief really.The service itself, was amazing. The attention to detail was extreme and I appreciate that, especially on my nails.I was offered water or pop upon arrival which was nice.Even in July 2021, the staff was still masked and even wore gloves so all products used were really going to be absorbed on my skin and my skin only. So great! Really clean place.Love the atmosphere, love the spa like setting. Beautiful marble and leather detailing throughout the salon. Quiet beautiful.I recommend this place over any other place in Omaha. You won’t regret it!

I received my first pedicure ever here so I have nothing to compare it to. However, it was amazing and my nails look so super cute! The technician made me laugh too. She was nice and funny and perfect. I intend to go back.

Very clean and beautifully decorated nail shop but the service wasn’t great. Prices are fair but I paid extra for a spa package only to have my feet soak in ice cold water and nothing more than a basic polish change.

Charge me $15 extra for shellac polish, when I say I dont want shellac to the front desk before we start. Knowing no one wants to argue about money, especially with people who speak english as a second language. Fun times. Beautiful place, though. A bit rushy since it was almost time to close. Worth $50 ? Probably not.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves another 5 star review. They are professional, kind, and my nails turn out great every time. Ive tried about 10 different nail salons and this has been the best for me. I have had different techs every time and have never been disappointed. Ive become a regular and would recommend this place to anyone.

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been been to. I’m a repeat customer, every other week. Super clean, very friendly, a ton of options. The owners, Morgan and Amy, are so nice and welcoming, and Amy always does the most wonderful job with my nails. 10/10 recommend!

It’s hard to find a nail salon that gives you 100% during your services. Most places you go see there are people waiting so they rush and don’t focus on you... at M. Vince Nail Spa you are the center of attention and the noise level is minimal so you can relax and enjoy. One quick note... they also serve alcohol so if a glass of wine or cocktail suits your fancy go for it.

My nails are cracking after less than a week. Looks absolutely terrible and multiple nails have broken in half. I have never once had this happened before with dip.

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! When we walked in, we were greeted and filled out a questionnaire and had our temperatures taken. They have a wonderful polish selection and the salon was beautiful! We were led back to the chairs, the salon was extremely clean and socially distanced. The ladies who provided the pedicure/manicure services were lovely and did a great job. The tea was delicious! Everyone working was attentive and kind. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend! Thanks for such a special experience!

This place is beautiful. My acrylic nails were done skillfully. I have no complaints and zero discomfort of my nails. They also have a bar and divine spa massage chairs.

I came in with my sister and we both had wonderful service. While I was not as succinct as I could have been, Alex knew exactly what I wanted; I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. Shout out to Alex, amazing service! Cant wait to come back!

This salon is a gem! From first glance, I was wowed with how beautiful the salon itself was- lots of beautiful marble and gold accents, i felt like I was at a salon I would see in a big city like Vegas or LA. The man at the front, who I believe may have been the owner, was so attentive to me and my two friends. He made our experience very personable by calling us by our names and making sure we were comfortable. As we were leaving, he gave us plastic bags to put our shoes into as we walked out with our flip flops on. Definitely recommend for kind service and a beautiful atmosphere. Felt very safe from a Covid perspective as well!

10/10 I LOVED how nice the male receptionist was and especially since I came in the hour before they closed I felt horrible but he kept reassuring me he appreciated me coming in and choosing them and the treatment and hospitality was just A1. If anything this is the salon I would go to for the rest of my life honesty nothing beats them with their quality as well.

Awesome experience! Very friendly and nice staff, beautiful and luxurious atmosphere. I went on a Monday after work and it was an escape from Mondays stress, I left feeling very calm and relaxed. If youd like to feel pampered this is the place, it was like a mini vacation. Cant wait for my next visit!

We had to wait a little longer than intended just because all of their technicians called in that evening. But I couldn’t even tell because they were both so nice the entire time we were there! The services were still speedy and good quality. Will definitely be going back

I got a nail dip on my natural nails and was very unhappy. Two nails chipped off less then 2 days after. I went back in to get them fix and it was a terrible job. And then had more chip happen right after that. They didnt even last a week. Worst dip I have ever had. My nails were not were filed evenly and ruining the shape of my nails too. Will not go back to this place.UPDATE: I am offered an already expired offer. Wow. Terrible.

Marcey did my nails today and while I tried something new I wasn’t confident about, she did a great job and even offered to take it all off and spend time doing a different style, so thoughtful! I stuck with our original plan and my nails look great. She was also very knowledgeable about nail care and how I should be taking care of mine. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place to anyone in Omaha looking for a new nail place! The place is very clean and beautifully designed on the inside; it looks like a high end spa. I had a hot stone pedicure done, and it was a great service and my toes look and felt great! I chatted with the owner while I was there, and he was very nice and friendly. This place was a big step up in terms of good service and atmosphere compared to a lot of the other nails salons I’ve been to in Omaha. I will definitely be back.

I loved the people working here and my nails looked great when I first got them done. Prices reasonable. I got dip polish and it has been 1 week since my service and they are already falling off and peeling, which has never happened to me before with dip polish. Disappointed with the quality.Update: they have since called to make things right. Customer service is excellent.

I had a fantastic first experience here. Morgan was was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He also suggested I try the ginger honey tea and wow was he right! Kim did a great job on my pedicure and shaped my nails perfectly. I’ll absolutely be back and look forward to bringing a group for my birthday in the future.

Best salon in Omaha. They take COVID safety guidelines seriously and take temperature checks when you walk in. They’ll ask you write down everyone’s name for contact tracing. They have a selection of all range of colors and use quality products. They are friendly and the service is great. They offer drinks and gave tips on how to remove gel at home. Price is reasonable and I would highly recommend this place. Clean nails and attention to detail.

My mom and I got our toes done this afternoon, walk-in. The spa is beautifully set up and very clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, prices are comparable to other spas. Will definitely come here again!

I was a walk in appointment for the day. I didn’t have to wait at all. The staff was courteous and made me feel comfortable. We were able to make small conversation during my appointment and I felt comfortable. My nails looked amazing and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve been back several times a and won’t go anywhere else.

Make sure to try the honey ginger tea it’s amazing. Marcy le is insane good at pedicure w some reflexology. Highly recommend.

A Texas level nail salon! I am from Texas, and Im always appalled by how low quality the nail salons in Omaha are compared to the salons in Texas, in terms of cleanliness as well as service. M Vince Nail Spa is beautiful, clean, and the pedicures are amazing: when I found out the owner is from Houston, I realized why! He really knows how to run a quality nail salon. I highly recommend pedicures here if you are in Omaha!

Everyone was very nice & it is really nice inside. But, after a week my gel manicure started chipping. I also got a pedicure at the same time and I didnt feel like I was able to enjoy it because they were doing my manicure at the same time. Also, their prices are a bit high for the experience I received.

Overall my mani was good, but the gals my daughter and I had werent all that friendly. Not certain why, my daughters first time was nice and she wished shed asked for the same gal again because she was very nice.

I LOVE coming here! By far the best in the area. I come every Sunday for a manicure with Phung and my nails always look amazing. The entire experience is very relaxing and the staff is SO nice.

M Vince is a beautiful salon and very professional. I had a dipped manicure and was very disappointed it was only for the dip. There was no manicure such as cuticle removing or hand massage. I will be going back to my usual place Aksarben Nails... there it’s standard.

We came in for our reservation a little before 3 and they said wait 10 mins and we agreed and then they came back 20 mins later saying wait 10 more minutes and they did not got me started until 45 mins after we had our reservation

I’ve been searching for a good nail salon since moving to Omaha last year. I finally decided to try this salon last night. I got an ombré dip mani and it turned out great. What I was most impressed with was the level of detail the nail tech had for my nails. She continued to ask me for feedback on if I liked how she was shaping my nails or the level of ombré she was doing and she even added an extra layer for hardness when I said I typed a lot for work. Everyone was extremely polite and kind and the whole place is modern, clean and sparkling. I’m slightly ocd about my nails and I was super happy with how they turned out. It’s a little bit of a drive for me but completely worth it. I feel like there aren’t any other nail salons even close to as nice as this one here in Omaha. Highly recommend.

I just had the best customer service I have EVER received at nail salon here in Omaha. I just went here the other day to try out a dip powder manicure - sadly there was so trouble and mistakes in the beginning but Monica came and saved the day! She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them and the ladies went above and beyond for me. They took of 50% off my manicure, a coupon for a free pedicure, free cuticle oil, AND another 50% off my next manicure just for the inconvenience I had in the beginning of my appointment. AND I did not even need to bring up or ask them to do anything that they did, they did all of this on their own because they care about their customer and want them to have the best experience.AGAIN this is the BEST nail place I have ever gone to in Omaha and I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Monica and the rest of the M. Vince staff!
