Came in at 10am because Im a bridesmaid for a friends wedding. Spent $112 for a lack luster French tip pedicure which made my feet look and feel more rough than when I came in. Wanted pink and white sparkle full set of nails, what Tommy did was a lumpy, uneven, very thin, ugly set of pink and white nails. In fact, the worse pink and white set Ive ever gotten. I told the staff I was unhappy with it. They offered to fix it. At first I told them to forget it bassist I didnt have time, and they already messed it up. After 4 staff members badgered me about fixing it I finally agreed. I had already been there over 2 hours so I let her do it, she started trying to fox the pink and white, after she did one nail which somehow looked worse than it had previously, she took out back off. Then her solution was basically to fill over the top of the messed up pink and white with clear acrylic and then paint the French tip on, which was not what I wanted, but the tech said it would be faster and easier than to do the pink and white. She then proceeded to grind off a big chunk of skin causing it to bleed, not sure if was on purpose, or an accident. My finished result.... is 3 nails on one hand and 2 nails on the other that are half round and half square/rounded (cant really tell in the picture because of the angle of my hand) White paint on my nails, and all over my hands, which I did not want in the first place, nails that are shorter than what I wanted, and basically uneven, patchy, rough feet. I was there for 3 hours. I had to pay full price for a nail technique I didnt want and the front desk staff was very rude about it. Needless to say this was not in the least bit a pleasant or relaxing experience. Would not recommend!!!

After trying this salon i am not going anywhere else! The salon is always clean and the service is always friendly! They offer you drinks right away when you sit down and i love that kind of customer service! They have many colors to choose from and nail techs that do designs always execute perfectly! Tommy is my guy! Beware you must book in advance as you could probably guess they book up fast because they are amazing!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of one was the friendly staff that helped me after I was greatly offended by my first nail tech.I don’t get my nails done often, it’s a treat for me. The nail tech hardly asked me what I wanted, just sat down and started doing my nails. She filed my nails and when I asked for a more rounded shape, she goes to her coworker and whispers in her ear while her coworker looks at me. Comes back and files it for two seconds, hardly shaping it and asks me how it looks, I try to show her a photo of what I want and she tells me to put my phone away, goes to file my nail more but puts the file in her cart and starts to walk around as if she’s not going to do my nails. I begin to cry because I’m not sure what I said to this woman to be so impolite. I ask for a new nail tech because I can’t sit there for another hour with someone who clearly doesn’t want to be in my presence.I have worked costumer service for 12 years, from retail to social work, so I try to be kind to all staff and associates no matter what. I’m not sure what I did to offend her. I truly hope she has a good day and her mood gets better and knows I didn’t mean anything harsh! But there’s a difference between being upset with a customer and professional about it and being upset and just treating the customer like garbage.Thank you to the nail tech after her that tried to be polite and console me! I appreciate the staff for trying to be kind.

I absolutely love this place!! They have monthly pedicure specials with some amazing products that smell so good and to top it off you get a cocktail with your pedicure. Who could ask for more. The place is very spacious and you can make online appointments. The new massage chairs they have are spectacular. I have never had a bad experience there!! Highly recommend to everyone I know!!

I went in last Tuesday to get a pedicure and acrylics. My pedicure I felt was very rushed. My acrylics looked nice for the most part other then the hard glue stuff everywhere, but my whole acrylic on my thumb popped off within 4 days…. I’ve never in my life had a acrylic completely pop off. Generally I can keep them on for a couple weeks then take them off. Not only did one completely pop off I have about 4 nails that are pulling up on the bottom so I keep getting them stuck in my hair. The only time I’ve ever had that happen is when I put $10 stick on nails on myself. I was not impressed. The only plus side my mango delight drink was tasty.

The staff were very polite and I was helped within a few minutes of my schedule appointment.However, I do feel my manicure was rushed. It hasn’t even been a week yet and the shellac is peeling off of nearly every nail. I had them done late Monday evening and they began chipping and peeling by Thursday of the same week.Aesthetically a very nice salon, but I’ve had better work done other places.

Very quick yet friendly! The drink they offer was tasty as well. The fact they offer free refreshments is a plus. Great mothers day gift!!

I absolutely love this place and will be my go to now!! Everyone was super friendly and really took their time to make sure you had a great experience! I didn’t have to wait long at all, maybe a few minutes! Their salon is like a resort it is so nice inside and they come around and ask you if you’d like anything to drink. I came in for the first time about a month ago and had probably the best dip manicure of my life. She was so precise and careful. It was about an hour long and that is what I expected this time. However, when I came in a couple days ago I had a completely different experience. I felt the whole experience was rushed-from choosing my color to the very end when she gave me lotion. The nail tech this time was not careful to make sure my tips were the right size and during the dip, my whole nail was not covered and I don’t believe she did as many coats as my nail tech did last time. After leaving, I noticed that my dip has black specks in it on some nails and my nails are not of equal length. There are also parts of a couple nails that are not covered. My appointment was at 2:45 and I was out of the building by 3:25.I truly enjoyed my last experience at Minabella and am just thoroughly disappointed this time around.

I always have an amazing experience here, no matter what service I get done! All of the staff are friendly, very good at their jobs, and they dont miss any detail. Definitely recommend this beauty spa!

Visited with a group for a bachelorette party. Complimentary wine was good, and seating area was nice, but our entire groups mani/pedis were definitely sub par for the price. My mani/pedi in particular took much longer than the rest of my group even though most of us got the exact same services, and the shellac was done in such a way that the edges werent sealed and they chipped/peeled off within a week. Not a terrible experience by any means, but I wouldnt go back.

We have never had a bad experience at this salon. Everyone is always so friendly and personable. They always have my 9 year old step daughter smiling and laughing. Weve had pedis, manis, dips, and facials. They have never disappointed.

Staff was friendly but the finish of the polish was not good. My daughter asked for a simple design and the nail tech smeared them and did not fix it. I told the front desk and they did not offer to even take the fee for the design off. Will not return.Owner responded that this is common with children, my daughter is a teenager and she did not do the smudging, the tech did. Owner response was also that they offered multiple times to fix it, not true! The tech did not offer to fix it when she did it, she did not even mention that she messed it up. I told the front desk when I left that it was smudged and she did offer at that time for it to be fixed but we did not have the time to stay. Almost every nail was smudged, they would have literally had to be completely redone so that would have taken more than a couple of minutes.

This place is at best mediocre. The reception is rude, the pedi is over before it begins, and the transition time between services are choppy. You are left feeling confused and the do not deliver on what they advertise. A resort feel I DO NOT THINK SO!!!

This used to be my go to place, not any more. The last time I was in they credited me $5 because they completely forgot to use the hot stones.....I had to actually ask for my drink instead of being asked, when its part of the package. I refuse to spend $70 and not recieve a good pedicure and service.

This place is super fun. The pricing is super transparent which I loved you know the price exactly before you go. Especially if you research a place before you go. I was curious about the drinks and could not find any info about that on the website but they are very kind and tell you all about it. Overall it is a great and fun place to relax and have a cocktail or soda while having having a mani/pedi.

Im not big on spa days but this place may have changed my mind. The pedicure was amazing! (Shoutout to Henry) and he couldnt say enough good things about the new management. It was clear that the people working there truly liked their co-workers and management. Highly recommend!

Tonight was my first time in and let me tell you how amazing I felt when I left. The girls are sweet, knowledgeable, want to make you happy and feel pretty. They did just a great job and not one single time did I feel bad or out of place or anything. The price was awesome! I haven’t done my nails in a few years and I tried a new product that was suggested and I was not disappointed. I really can’t say enough good things about this salon! I can’t wait to go back. This is my place and I will be back with my best friend and daughter lol.

Went here with a friend today and the atmosphere and service was phenomenal. Me and my friend chatted basically the whole time and the staff was so sweet and gentle with us while trying not to interrupt us haha. One of the best pedis Ive had. Ive been here a couple of times. The first time was great, everyone was kind and the service was phenomenal.But the last time I came with my mom and sister for mothers day, the staff basically ignored us and were very aggressive when they did our nails.I got a full set of acrylics and the man who did my nails was gripping my hand so tight I had indents from his fingers in my skin. The nails were also not shaped how I asked and I was told I could only use gel polish even tho I booked for regular polish.When we were getting our pedicures done, the staff asked everyone but my group if we wanted anything to drink. We were upsold so much by being told we HAD to get certain polish or services, despite not booking them, that our bill that was supposed to be $150 ended up being over $200.Definitely disappointed.

I called ahead last Tuesday 7/20/21 to schedule an appointment on Wed. 7/28/21. I would have had 8 ladies with main/pedis with 3 child mani/pedi, there would have been other services as well. This was for a group of office gals and their kids... They told me I need to fill out a form before they would even talk to me. So since this was a group of girls who dont all work on the same day together, it took me till Friday to get that faxed over to them. Let me tell you about their form they make you fill in, You have to put your Debit/Credit card info in it... I am still paranoid this place is a scam, lucky for me I have emails and messages. So Sat, about 24 hrs after I emailed that form to them, they say how does 4pm work? I specifically asked for 5:30pm on wed....half of the group would not be able to show up! So I emailed back(On monday) and let them know all that. Then since I didnt hear from them via email, I left them a voicemail around 3pm..Still didnt hear from them even though they are open till 8pm. So finally today they emailed me back around 1pm and said they where booked and if any other day will work. As I stated before no it wouldnt. I would be very careful of this company if you are having a wedding done here, I would not recommend it. It has been a week that I have been in contact and not once will they answer their phones. As a bride I would be very concerned. Second DO NOT give them your credit card or debit information, I really wish I would not have. But I dont feel like a good company would do that to its customer. They look good on Facebook, but I would want to schedule my team to get their nails done at a place that will make time for a big group, I am not confident that they would do a good job, now I know I shouldnt say that without actually trying them out but the way they have handled just trying to schedule us, has made it clear, this company has to many customers than they know what to do with.. Good

Well we made reservations for 6 for three people, we showed up and they didn’t have us booked because the computer messed up, even though we went online and did it. They told us “well..all I can do is wait to see if all my employees show up at 6 to see if we can see you” it was 6:05 she told us she couldn’t see us because they were booked for the night. Awful.

I typically do not write reviews, but hopefully this sentiment can spare someones nails and time.I went to Minabella for a dip manicure. I sat down with a gentleman and told him that I currently had dip with a tip on, and showed him a picture of what I wanted. The picture was basically a round french tip manicure with a line underneath, very simple.The gentleman started the service off by instead of soaking off my nails, he placed clippers in the MIDDLE of each of my nails and clipping down (Ive never had anyone clip from the middle?). This obviously was painful, and it actually snapped most of my nails,one of which split my nail vertically, down the middle.. When letting him know it was painful and asking how he was going to fix it, I got no response?The manicure continued, and after cutting each of my nails extremely short, he made them square instead of round. After the sanding/buffing was done, I could see the broken nail that was throbbing, and I asked again how to fix it. He ultimately just painted a clear polish over it and dipped the nail into a huge tub of dip. I question if this practice is even hygenic? After this he dipped each full nail in color, instead of doing anything remotely close to the french tip I asked for.I did end up paying for my service, and asking for a manager to call me.The manager requested I come back in the following day so they could fix/redo them.I passed on the offer. First time going and Im pretty sure she didnt do the callus remover. She said, oh they so smooth cant u tell I used it?....um no, u never brought out a paddle etc. I was going to complain, but I felt rushed and just wanted 2 leave. Drink was good though. Im sticking with loveland nails. And the manicure, didnt put my hands in water or nothing., I had 2 ask her 2 go back over my toe nails to straighten them out. She refused to clip them then file...

The first time I went to Lena Bella I had discovered it by accident and I had the most wonderful experience. Apparently that experience was solely based on the person who did my pedicure. I did happen to meet the owner that day and she was friendly we even spoke about some furniture in her place and where she got it and things like that. I spoke with a few other customers that were in there that day and they have been there several times and loved the place. Like I said the experience was fantastic I couldnt say enough about the place I told everyone I knew and couldnt wait to go back, but it was very hard to get an appointment because theyre so busy. So a couple weeks ago I finally got back in and took my friend with me I have been talking this place up so much and we were both super excited!!Immediately the vibe was different, the staff at the front desk was less than inviting ( not unfriendly just blasie) we waited longer than normal to be seated which wasnt a big deal but then when we were seated the two people that we were assigned for pedicures were I dont know what the word is awkward, unfriendly, unattached. We felt like herded cattle thrust into our seats and not spoken to not really anyway and the person I had was a male and he was very rough with me pushing my feet tossing my legs fairy aggressive I guess I would say and didnt speak rush through everything and left right toe nails long when I asked him to trim them but the worst part was how he would just push my feet when he wanted them moved he was not gentle at all I couldnt even relax it was very unpleasant!! Then as we were getting up to pee after are very rushed on relaxing pedicure for way too much money I noticed my big toe was smudged so I had asked for someone to fix it to the girls at the front desk and I said please dont give me the person that gave me the pedicure anybody but him to fix it please so right in front of me she brings the gentleman over and tell them that I was unhappy with the service and he walks off and they send the woman that worked with him over to me to fix it which was very unprofessional but anyway she came over and couldnt be more pleasant but it was so fake you couldnt ask enough about who I was and what I was doing how I was blah blah blah well a little too late. I was so irritated with everybody there nobody seemed to give a s*** about anything but themselves. My friend that came with me have the same experience with her person accept her person wasnt aggressive with her while giving the pedicure. Our appointment was at 9 a.m. and we went out shopping after we left there 1:15 p.m. Amys toenails were still wet so wet that they smeared completely off so we went back to mina Bella to show the ladies at the front desk and basically they shrug their shoulders and said well would you like somebody to fix it? Are you kidding me almost three and a half hours later thats all you have to say about it?!! So then they said we can have the owner call you which is the same thing that they told me we both said yes and its been two weeks and no phone call from the owner. I will never step foot in this place again. I talked to this up for months and months to my friend and everyone else for that matter. It was such a let-down!!!

My friend and I wanted to try a new nail salon and we saw they had a valentines special and decided to try it out. The flyer said it was approximately 45 minute pedicure and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. We were the only ones getting a pedicure. The staff was rushing through the pedicure and cut my toe nails crooked. It was not enjoyable at all. The hot stones were not even warm. As soon as they finished with our pedicure they went to the back room and rushed out the front door. Poor customer service. Not planning to come back.

There are things I love and things I didnt really like about this spa.First of all its a nice place for groups. Absolutely fantastic because of how open it is. However, with how wide open, you lose that sense of intimacy.We went for a hot stone couples massage and 2 drinks (Groupon that was available, but useable only Wed and Thurs, read the fine print).I feel like this is a very laid back spa. Not very pretentious. They were running behind. The response given when I inquired was not the most pro, but they were very friendly.My massage therapist was decent. He did listen to me and adjusted as I asked. My husband liked his. Rhonda and Tim I think?There were no robes. It was more of an in and out experience. We were escorted to the couples massage room where they had heated massage beds. They didnt instruct us on how much to undress, but I had been to massages in the past, so I let my husband know the protocol. The beginning lacked information, but once the therapists rejoined us in the room, they were very friendly and chatty. We had a good time talking with them. I think if you added the steam shower experience it would have felt more spa like. There is an area where there is a bar and seating area, but we were told it was cold, so they recommended that we sit in this other waiting area that overlooked the spa. I like that they are honest but it would have been nice if they had done something so the area that had the bar was useable (such as add a heater).Our package came with drinks. It seemed a bit disorganized with when we were to receive it. We did really enjoy the hot chocolate with peppermind schnapps which was this months feature drink.Its not exceptionally boozy, but it tasted very good.The service level isnt that of a high end spa (Like the kinds you find when you go to Vegas on the strip). Its not the most relaxing place Ive been, but it is a great place for parties and group events. The massage as I said was good.So far this is the closest thing to a full day spa that I found (similar to back home).

This was by far THE WORST experience EVER. Spent over 200 for poor quality nails and the actual tech was rude and pushy. Kept on talking my hands and overfilled them. Then she proceeded to give me the worst set of nails I have ever seen. The manager and front desk were rude and wanted me to sit additional time to “fix” it after an already long 3 hours. I will definitely never be going back and will not recommend anyone at all. Don’t be fooled by the appearance. All they care about is the money and do not provide a pleasurable experience. Run! I’ve gone here off and on for a few years, currently on a year of only going here they’re great I’m the person who always has a picture of what I want and some nail artist roll there eyes at other shops (as you all know) but here they make it come to life. I come every 2 weeks for a new set, and anywhere in between if I break anything and they usually get me in right away for a fix, a free fix! Seriously great work friendly staff and great prices every time!

Great overall experience. I will be returning ! The staff was friendly and efficient. I had several services done in one day and the entire process was very smooth. The only thing I would change is having all my spa services done without having to get dressed time i changed rooms. But it wasnt a big deal. Highly recommended

Wonderful experience, services were lovely. We did the mini-getaway with lunch. Lunch was yummy but the room we were set-up in was quite dirty and unkempt. The table we ate at needed to be wiped off as there were cobwebs underneath and got on my clothes.

Was great the first day but after that they were horrible my hair gets stuck under my nails and they are almost falling off. Went there with all nails on but two and they made me get a new set and pay extra. My moms are also coming off and they were just don’t poorly.The information in the system is heather and it has been a few weeks, do we still get free of charge ?

I desperately needed a dip manicure. My usual place isnt open so I found Minabella and Im so glad I did. Jeany did an amazing job. I felt so pampered and my nails look so good. In addition, the dip manicure I got doesnt feel like its putting as much pressure on my nail as the one I got at another salon. I loved using the heat to help remove my old manicure and the nail oil she put on at the end smelled so good. Those were 2 unique touches I appreciated. I definitely plan on making this my regular place.

Did a GREAT job on my pedicure i really felt like i was attended to VERY well. my nails not so much didnt do ANY work on my cuticle and left spaces between my nails and cuticles . Overall not bad.

We made an appointment for 2 and they were very welcoming as soon as we walked in. So many choices for dip and shellac. Offered drinks as soon as we sat down. We were spread out every other chair from others but me and my daughter could sit next to each other. Will come back :))

Tina at Minabella was so professional and very kind. She took care of me knowing it was my first mani/pedi ever. I will go back all because of Tina’s awesome customer service. The whole service was amazing and I liked how they spaced everyone out and everyone was wearing masks.

It’s only been a week and 3 nails have already fallen off😐 I paid $85... for a week.

They did an amazing job on my friends nails, but it was horrible when it came to mine. I asked for a dark orangish pinkish color, but instead got bubble gum pink. I asked for an almond-shaped nail, they told me they couldnt do it. I then asked for a rounded nail, and they gave me square nails. And on top of that, all of my nails are filed crookedly at an angle. Overall, my nails look horrible and I will have to go get them redone. I understand that people make mistakes, but I paid $50 to receive the exact opposite of what I asked for.

Last week I came in and got a massage fromJack. Hands down best massage I have gotten!! He used the perfect amount of pressure and made sure I was comfortable. He even used hot towels! Mai is my go to for dip nails. She always leaves my nails looking beautiful. Love all of the compliments I receive 💓

Super friendly, clean spa. I had an amazing massage with Jack that did wonders and a very relaxing pedicure with Victor. My pedicure got smudged and they were very quick to get me back in to repaint toenails. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the restroom was dirty both times I went there.

This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing. It is so great to have so many beauty services available in one place. From the moment you walk in the front door the staff and management make you feel special and it’s obvious they are very concerned with customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Minabella Beauty Resort. You won’t be disappointed and will become a repeat customer like me.

My bestie and I came in for the Pumpkin Spice Latte Pedicure special and we had such a great time. The pedicure was devine and both of our technicians took their time. We love Minabella and we always enjoy ourselves and get great service!

Should have been a very simple nail dipping service but I had a technician who had no idea what she was doing (Katie, short brown hair). 4 nails were crooked, super glue all over my hands and she didnt remove the old nails properly. With that, I had requested to change technicians and was given unprofessional attitude from Katie and had spent another 1 and 30 minutes with a different nail tech to fix her mistakes. Spent 2 hours total and the salon still charged me full price. Would not recommend whatsoever. Should have gone to a 1 rated star nail salon before this place. Not worth it.

These ladies are phenomenal. Every time I come its impeccably clean, I never feel rushed or pressured into anything, and the quality of the service is awesome. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now to get dip or acrylics and Ive never been disappointed. I was especially impressed when I lost a nail at work (major ouch) and they got me in to get it fixed within 15 minutes of me calling, and when they were done the repair job looked identical to my other nails despite all the damage I did to my hand. I trust these ladies with the maintenance of my nails on a regular basis and they have not disappointed.

A little disappointed. I loved the environment and the aesthetic of the place was appealing but I walked in there with such long, and beautiful natural nails I had been growing out since salons started opening back up and I barley have a free hanging nail now. I said I wanted them shortened a little. I had to come home and re-file because nails weren’t all the same length and crooked. And to top it all off the dip somehow managed to get on my skin around my nail. I wasn’t asked how I liked the shape of my nails, half of them were rounded and the other half squared. I really wanted to like this place but it took me months to grow my real nails out and only 40 minutes for them to get shaved down to nothing. Was hoping by the time birthday rolled around I wouldn’t have nubs but seeing as my birthday is next month that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

First time here with my best friend for my birthday, second pedicure ever. We got the Chocolate Strawberry Pedicure special. It came with a free glass of Moscato, which was yummy. It was a great experience! The woman I had was very kind. The massage and scrub felt amazing, and she did a wonderful job with the polish.

I went here on August 3rd for my birthday. Sadly I was pretty underwhelmed by my entire experience. I paid for the Herbal pedicure because i love hot stones, Im pregnant also and was hoping for a nice leg/foot massage. I can tell you that my tech spent more time shaping my toe nails than actually doing the massage with the lotion/hot stones. She spent only about 5 or 6 mins total on both legs with the hot stones and then did not fully wrap my legs with the hot towels. My mother next to me was still getting her leg massage while my tech was starting to apply my polish. My tech also did not offer the sandals they give and finished then walked away before i was called to get my shellac mani. I had to try to slip my feet into my sandals that I wore so i didnt walk barefoot there. The floors were pretty dirty so i didnt feel comfortable going barefoot. The tech doing my shellac mani was pretty stuffy and rude. She was huffing and puffing the entire time doing my nails as if she were annoyed, it was very uncomfortable. After i left i looked at the final job done and my toes were horribly smeared from having to wear my sandals so i didnt walk barefoot and my shellac is the worst shellac I have ever gotten, it is lumpy and uneven all over the place. I thought this was a good place to come to be pampered for my 30th birthday but i dont think i will come back, i feel like i wasted my money and had a horrible job done.

Everyone at Minabella is friendly and the place is always neat and clean. I love the dipping powder manicures; my nails always look beautiful. The pedicures are heaven! I never want them to end! My entire body just melts. I will keep coming here!

I booked online (which I dont recommend doing) for myself and my God mom. We both had premium peds with shellac. The tech Henry gave my god mom her ped and he was kind, great conversationalist, gave her recommendations for her calluses and her ped is NICE. I had two different people work with myself. The lady would gave me a nice trim and leg massage and a man painted my toes. Everything was good except the painting. First there was a wave which was fixed but now that Im at home, I see that he missed spots on my toes and over painted the clear on my skin which almost tore the polish off because it snagged on my sock. The place feels luxurious but it looks like I painted my own toes and thats not a good thing. I just know to book with Henry in the future. Also they were $57 each....

First off I want to say the receptionist was AMAZING. Second I would’ve liked to have enjoyed my gel manicure for more than THREE DAYS. Took a shower and notices the bottom of my manicure was peeling so I had to take it all off as I have grad pictures today. Second my toes were completed in a very rushed manner and I had to remove polish from the sides when I got home. The place is very clean and well kept, and I understand it had just opened up after all this crazy covid stuff. BUT I think a little more care would’ve been taken.PS. To the hairdresser in the cheetah apron, screaming at me about how I didn’t have a mask and couldn’t be in there without a mask after I had just read your sign about purchasing one isn’t very professional.
