Very clean! I believe Joe did my nails and he was SO GOOD! I came in for an ER repair on a nail and you cant even tell it was wonky! I will definitely go again! Affordable, Clean and GOOD!

Called and had scheduled an appointment for 3:45. I was on time for my appointment and was directed to sit in chair #5 where I sat until 4:15. No one told me I would be waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time to get my fill. Rose finally did my nails, my nails were done in a rush, and all the nails on my left hand are filed different than on my right hand. A woman came in to get her nails removed and rose was very rude to this woman telling her to “just sit right there at 5 (where I was told to wait and the chair wasn’t cleaned). Additionally a walk in came in at about 4 and her nails were started before mine were. Poor service, rude, and unprofessional. I won’t be going back, and I sure hope they start treating customers better!

Joe was awesome. Never had a bad experience with him. He is always professional and does an outstanding job. I get compliments all the time.

All Employees are Very Polite , Professional & the salon is Extremely Clean . They have all customers wash their hands upon entry to the salon . The salon not only operates in Excellence, but my daughters , Mother & I agree all Pedicures , Nails & Services they do Are Done in Excellence as well .Thank You Maple Nails

Rose and Joe took care of myself and my sisters nails, hands down (no pun intended lol) best service. We usually drive across town to get then done but a barista at a scooters I frequent referred me to them. Thank you again, yall are great!!

I have long nails and I have a certain shape I like and it’s not easily achieved by other techs! I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 so about 12 years. I am very picky (not proud about it,I’m working on it) and I Spend a good amount of money every 2 weeks for me not to be! Ive been going to this nail salon for at least 10 years. Absolutely love it. Most of their clientele are people who also have been coming for many years. They are like family, and make sure you look fabulous when you walk out the door. Love this place!

Horrible service. And very rude people. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. They were very rude to me and my children who are only 6 and 3. My nails don’t even look good at all. Most of my nails could use another layer of polish and they are all smudged and bubbly looking. Seriously would not have paid them at all if I could’ve gotten away with it. But they sure as hell didn’t get a tip from me. The only tip I have have for them is to go back to nail school and maybe take a few business classes. Because the way they treated me was awful!

I was very disappointed with how my nails turned out. They tilt so far back it looks like they’re going to break off. I wanted them a medium length and I know filing them will make them shorter but she filed them down so much because they weren’t even because when they were originally filed and shapes they didn’t measure my nails side by side. I said something and she told me not to worry just wait. My friend wanted coffin and she got long squares and she put so much acrylic her nails looked very thick. I’m sad because I heard good things about this place.

Terrible experience. After waiting a good 30 minutes for a pedicure, the guy completely rushed through it.. Being very very rough in the process, everything from pushing my cuticles back, to trimming them to filing was very painful. He didnt say a word to me the entire pedicure, other than barking at me to move my feet back and forth. Never going there again, and never recommending them to ANYONE.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady’s there were rude and treated me like I was dumb. The nails that I got fell off in 4 days. Very very poor quality. And the lady I was with made me bleed and didn’t do anything about it. Never going there again!

Quality on most visits really nice staff

When I called I was told it was $25 for a full set with colored tips. Get there pick out my tips get my full set done. They are hazy and look grey and should be black. She also used gel without asking which coats an extra $5. And said the colored tips are $30 not $25. My bill ended up being $35 and totally not worth it. Wont be going back.

The first time that I came here was to get acrylics. Within the first two minutes I was already bleeding around my cuticles. Even worse, I had to leave the appointment before they even put the acrylics on because the fumes in there were so bad that I nearly passed out. I had to go to the bathroom and sit in there with the air vents until my mom could come get me because I could hardly stand. Definitely would not recommend

I took my mother to get her nails doneAnd was told it would be $40 for a full set asked my mother to puck a color and how long she wanted them long or short. When charged the woman charged $50 I wanted to know why, she said $5 for shellaq and $5 extra if nails are long. I said you didnt say it eould be extra you just asked her to pick a color from a set of nails and how long she wantes them which is a normal question when you get a set. She was very rude and said all she had to so was look at the prices that are listed at each work station all she had to do was look. I found this attitus very unprofffessional and on top of that the job done was very sloppy. This is the second incident for me at this place. DO NOT HAVE YOUE NAILS DONE AT THIS PLACE.

STAY AWAY! This place is terrible and this is the worst shellac experience that I have had. My shellac manicure was NOT professionally done. They charged me $5 extra for a french manicure, but I did not get a french manicure, I just had sparkles added on the top coat. The next day when I checked my credit card statement, they charged my card extra for tip. I called and presented them my incorrect statement for them to fix it and have not heard back yet....

STAY AWAY.... I went here on Sunday afternoon and got a mani pedi combo. I tried to get past the fact that they caused my fingers to bleed bt then by Monday morning the paint was already coming off and chipping. HORRIBLE.... NEVER AGAIN!!

They denied entry to a blind lady because she had a service dog, violating ADA laws. Extremely disrespectful to those who have handicapped and require extra assistance.Do not give such a disgraceful establishment your money or time.
