Had an air rifle shipped via UPS. It arrived at this location in Omaha and somehow this 4ft long package was scanned but is now missing in Omaha. Interesting a package soo large was misplaced. Coincidence that it contained a rather pricey air rifle? So someone in this building walked out with a brand new rifle because it was last scanned here. Missing package or unethical employees? Either way theres someone who works in this building that now has a high powered air rifle in their hands because Im positive its not just sitting in a corner somewhere. Id be afraid to work at this location knowing that an employee stole and now has possession of a rifle inside the building.

Trying to track down a package. It has been in town for 4 days. Its not at the pickup location listed on the tracking. Tried talking to the customer service and she brushed us off and said she didnt know where it was or when it would be anywhere. Tried calling customer service and theres no way to talk to a person. Contacted the company through a variety of means and have had no resolution. Its not so much the fact that we dont have the package as the complete lack of communication and customer service.

Very helpful!!! The cust serv rep: pleasant, accommodating. She was along in the office. Yet she went to warehouse to retrieve my package ( which was across street from her location. Debbie ( I believe was her name). Appreciate her!!

I am a small business owner and I ship a good number of boxes each week through UPS. I have some real issues with their international shipping on their website. If you try to get help-good luck. Then this week they picked up 3 boxes that I had not even put labels on yet. $3000 in my product lost. No one know where they are. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to find them. Was told with certainty they would be returned but I have not received them back.

Claimed to attempt a delivery... never saw them. Never received a notification that they even tried. Tried calling them, the phone system is practically useless and you cant get a hold of an actual person. When I finally got a real person, by using the online mess to arrange for them to call me, all they could tell me is that it was rescheduled AS REQUESTED. It most certainly was not requested. After informing them that I wanted the package that day so if it was rescheduled to the next day could I pick it up instead, they said I could, but I had to wait till I was called for it to be ready. I call I never received. To make matters worse there is a chance that the reschedule had just been to later the same day as I saw a UPS truck stop in front of the house, move stuff around a bit and drive off. If the package was only rescheduled to later in the day WHY DID THEY NOT SAY THAT? Now I am not even sure where my package is, whether I can pick it up or not where ever it is, or if it is supposed to be shipped to me still (as the status update still says rescheduled despite being refreshed).

Extremely bad experience. Driver didn’t even try to deliver my package which need authorized signature and just directly lie and post that my apartment is “Not open for business” while I am waiting in my apartment for my package. No knocking or even sticker left on my door of them making any effort for delivery.I called customer service three times and they promised me that since the driver made a false delivery so that they will open a case to make sure the driver will deliver my package to me the same day again. They also told me I will get a call back about when they going to deliver my package. However, 5 hour later I still didn’t get the call back and today is Saturday.It’s just so unprofessional and disrespectful. Wasting my time and honestly it’s disgusted me. And the same situation not only happens for the first time. I’ve been complain about driver for the behavior however looks like the company didn’t do anything to make the situation better.This is unacceptable. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO RESOLVE THE UNPROFESSIONAL ISSUE.

Driver *attempted* to deliver a package by only putting the notice on the door then rushing back to their vehicle. Luckily i got video footage of this, however its not the first time this has happened with a driver from here. At this point consider claims court.

Confusing and kind of pointless. They send you elsewhere to ship certain packages. Not really sure what exactly the point of customer care is if they cant do what UPS does. The staff was courteous however so those stars go to them.

This place should just be closed down and all the drivers fired. Waited outside of my home for a package that never came. Then i got an email saying it was delivered but it never was. This is the second package theyve said they delivered but didnt. 15 days later no response from ups regarding my package or claim. Im convinced the drivers are stealing packages. Idk how this place is still in business.

The measure of a service is half reliability and half how they respond when things dont go as planned.If you request a customer center pick up of a package that is in that same facility at 6am,(keep in mind, you will need to sign up for their sweet UPS cool guy service to get this.)it WILL NOT be ready for pickup by 3pm. In fact, it will not be available to pick up until the next day.. because they will not know if it is in the facility or on the vehicle.In short, if anything does not go as planned with your shipment, prepare to be very frustrated and angry.

Driver threw our 102lb/$600 package on the side of the road. Delivery was between 12-3pm but was “delivered” at 7pm nowhere near my house. Neighbor just happened to see it by the main road and delivered it to us. Still assessing the damages because the outer plastic and box was damaged. Horrible customer service and zero integrity! Thank goodness for an honest neighbor!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Package states it was delivered and left on the front porch. The cameras show no UPS trucks even came down my street. Filed a claim and received some download in response which gives you an error message if you try to download it. Good luck speaking to anyone, the automated junk they have does not allow you to speak to an agent, it just hangs up on you after it tells you to do what youve already done. Beyond frustrating!

Today they dumped my package on the road in the snow two hundred yards from my house. We have a nice level, clear lane with plenty of room to turn around by our house but the driver is too lazy. Last week he dumped our package inside our dirty empty trashcan that was down by the road, again 200 yards away from our house. I would’ve never known the package was there if I hadn’t actually seen the truck. It could’ve sat out there for a couple of days if it didn’t get stolen or run over since it was literally 12 inches from the side of the road. Their service used to be good— 8 years and not one single problem, but the last year it’s been worse than terrible. They don’t hold their drivers accountable.

Requested a stop delivery to a incorrect address which I was told that the package wasn’t delivered yet and would be held at the Facility for me to pickup using My ID. Needless to say when I went to it pick I was told they went ahead and delivered it anyway. So I’m out the Christmas gift and $$$ due to your breaking your word. I can not recommend UPS FOR being Honest.Also It was a Two hour trip to pick it up the package. Thanks UPS FOR YOUR PART IN THIS DISAPPOINTMENT.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! They literally threw my box on the porch with visible damage and didn’t even allow me a moment to open it to inspect for damage. Then, I immediate contact the 800 number (complete joke) only for the rep to be rude and condescending when simply asking for instructions on how to file a claim. Was told someone would contact me the same day and 2 days later... I still haven’t heard anything from them! Poor shipping, poor customer service, and overall poor quality when it comes to handling packages.

This area is the worst for UPS deliveries. They constantly lie and report that they tried. I constantly have orders that are rescheduled up to 4 times. Ive been makeing sure to let Amazon know that my orders are late or not delivered on time and UPS is making false reports if attempted deliveries. The management team here needs to be removed. They dont return calls and they constantly make up excuses as to why my packages arent getting delivered on time. The corporate company needs to investigate this destibution center...11/29/2020 Update...They did It again! I have a package that has been in the local area since Thursday... they sent me 2 messages that they tried to deliver on Friday and on Saturday. I was here with the door open on both days. No such delivery attempts were made! Now I have another notice that my delivery has been pushed to Monday. I will continue to report these false claims to Amazon where my packages are coming from.

Absolutely terrible experience, and that is two times in one week now... I didnt want to leave a review after the first experience, thinking that maybe it was a one-off, but no it absolutely was not! The service here is awful, the employees are brusque and dont even care about giving you good customer service, they just want to complain and get people in and out as quick as possible. And yet it moves exceptionally slow. They have one person working with 8 customers in the lobby, and they just push people off onto a phone that they hand around, without sanitizing it in between people using it. Whats frustrating about that, is not that I think that thats a big deal, but that they signed my name to a package using my name signed my actual name, and didnt tell me they were going to do it. When I asked them if they just signed my name to something, the gentleman said yes he did. I asked him why he signed my name to something without telling me first, and he said oh we do that due to covid. And I said you couldnt tell me you were going to sign my name to a package before you signed my name to something? And he said no this is standard practice due to Covid. Were not going to hand off our handheld to people. Well then why are you handing the phone around without sanitizing that in-between? So again its just a habit of people just doing whatever is most convenient for them, with no care at all for the actual health concerns. Absolutely horrible customer service overall, as I had gone there previously to pick up a package that was supposed to have been delivered the day prior, and was never delivered, and Amazon was saying one thing while UPS was saying another. When the package wasnt there, I spoke to a manager who then said that they would have it for me in the morning. Then when he called back later that evening he said they had found it and it had actually been there the whole time, but that he would make sure it was on the truck in the morning. It was supposed to be delivered on the truck the next day. The next morning I got a phone call from another employee saying that it was sitting there waiting, and I explained to them that it was supposed to be on the truck, and they said they would get it on the truck. And yet here I am 4 days later still with no package, so I went back to the center which is where I had the same unfortunate interaction with this man. They have had my package there the whole time, it had never been put on a truck as I had been promised by two different employees, and it was never delivered directly to me. And then when I went to pick it up this gentleman forged my name to something, without my consent. I have no problem with them signing my name, if I had given my consent. But to simply do so without my consent, is forgery. Im very frustrated. And when I explained my situation to him, he raised his voice and was belittling and berating me, for not understanding that its a global pandemic. I understand, but if youre going to hand the phone around from person to person, then you clearly dont actually care about the pandemic, youre just using it as an excuse.

I was informed that my package would be delivered today between 10-2 I was at my apartment all day waiting for my package to be delivered and followed it online to see when it would be here. At 4:30 I was informed delivery was attempted despite the driver never coming to the apartment or the club house. He did not leave a note that he attempted just updated the tracking info as if he had. When I called customer service it took over a half an hour to get ahold of a person to ask to pick up my package. The gentleman was not at all understanding of my dilemma as it was a cell phone so he could not just call me when he got to center. Because it said the center closed at six thirty I drove from council bluffs to Omaha to pick up the package and got a call (on a different persons phone) that the driver would not be in before the center closed at 815 and I had to pick it up myself the next morning. The man I spoke with in the phone was helpful and understanding but I am very frustrated that a package that was supposed to arrive nearly a week ago and I could have bought in a store I am having to drive out of my way on my break to pick it up when I paid for a delivery service.

I ordered an item and delivery was set for Thursday. It is now Saturday and I still have not received my package. It has been in town since Wednesday.The UPS app said it was out for delivery for 2 days. The app also said where it was located. My package was in my neighborhood 3 times within 3 hours. The driver decided to go back to the distribution center. Now, my package is set be to be delivered on Monday. The website says due to a weather delay. They were a block down the road!I called customer service and was promised a callback. I had to call them again and kept being placed on hold for 30 minutes! I was told again sorry. They are choosing not to make it right for the customer and using the holidays as an excuse. This happens all year round. Unacceptable!

Did not care for the phone menu options, as it did not give the option to speak to a representative. After picking track package, entered in info and said representative a couple times, it finally connected me to a representative. I thought I would be speaking to a local person, but because its an 800 number I think I spoke with someone at a main call center, and that was totally fine. I actually didnt need someone local, because the 2 gals I spoke with were very helpful. The 1st one directed me to a package handling specialist where she further looked into why my husbands 60lb package had no delivery information available when I would check it online. She explained to me in detail that due to size and/or weight of a package, a special handler is needed to deliver it, and that can delay the delivery date. She said to keep checking on it and if theres no change by the following day, I can call back and theyll further investigate it. Never wouldve found that out if I didnt speak to her. Both gals were super friendly and polite!My only complaint, is I wish the UPS tracking would say special handler needed instead of delivery information unavailable in cases like these, so were not sitting here wondering why a package has been sitting at a nearby facility for 2 days.On a positive end, very happy with the Customer Service Center :)

If I could give them no stars I would!!! My car broke down and unfortunately the same day I lost my debit card and had to re order another one. I paid $25 for 2 day delivery and I never received my card at all. I was sick for a week so I was home all day everyday and no one ever came to my house. Every time I called the 800 number they kept telling me that it was delayed due to weather. Which completely baffled me because the weather here wasnt bad at all just cold. They asked if I wanted to pick it up myself but I had no way of getting there because again my car broke down, so I said no and they guaranteed that it would be here the next day. It never came!!!!! I called the 800 number about 5 different days in a row before they finally told me that they lost my package and there was nothing they could do I was out of luck and had to reorder it. I reordered it and was told Id get it in 2 days but yet again that was a lie!!!!!! I ended up having to pay someone to take me to the center to pick it up so we will see if they have my package when I get there its been 14 days just to get a 2 day delivery UPS is the worst!!!!!

UPS has good service when it works. One reason it doesn’t always work is because of poor communication. I can only dial the national UPS call center. I am expecting a package. The sender does not require a signature but for whatever reason not obvious to a customer UPS does require. I elect to have them leave a package at the “customer service” center in Omaha. All I get is “waiting at service center” so go for pickup. No one tells me that drivers are out until the evening, not returning until 8-9pm!! Store now closed and package is no longer a two day shipment. Followed by a “not my problem” attitude like the “800 lbs gorilla”.

I had a parcel sent to my new house, the company wanted to the parcel to be signed for. Normally the same day that we get the notifications that it was attempted that we could pick it up at the parcel in omaha at the store in south omaha. We drove over an hour to go sign for it. The clerk did not help us at all. He just looking up that we need to sign the parcel and told us to call the 800 number. He would not check to see if it was back yet or not. After we left we called the 800 number and they told us we need to be home next day to sign for it or return to sender. We can’t have them hold for pick up or have a neighbor sign for it or ever sent to our work. So now we have to take a day off work just to pick up a 2 pound parcel. I have never had this much problem with ups. I’m going to stick with the postal service they at least will get the parcel to customer quicker.

The second I walked in, the gentleman there had an attitude so intense that I refused to approach him. I made him come to me and yet he refused to treat me like a customer. He had frustrations before I got there and when I mentioned to him that I had driven around town to find a UPS. The UPS on Cornhusker Rd had their computers down for a few hours. So I drove around trying to ship out a big package. He tells me: This an Amazon return?? Because we cant do it.I explained to him that it was a package that I needed to return to a private company, his attitude changed a little and he attempted to help me.This isnt appropriate. I arrived low-key frustrated but I never walk in and take out my rough days on anyone. Especially if youre on the clock.

I called and placed a delivery change on a package yesterday and specified the importance that it be changed to pick up at the distribution center. I was assured that the package would be changed to pick up, I asked them to double check just to make sure which again I was assured that it was changed. I asked what time it would be available to pick up and he stated they open at 8am, I thanked the rep on the phone and let him go. This morning, guess what, try to get my package and its out for delivery instead of at the store. The rep confirmed that a change request was not submitted from my telephone conversation yesterday. Not sure who is to blame but would be nice to have someone look into it so it doesnt happen again whether it be a personnel issue or a software issue or whatever the case.

This is about the access point at 84 & Q St. This place has a wall of liquor and sells bongs on top of the counter. Ive been on hold with UPS and corporate twice, once for 20 min and the second time for 35 min. I would think UPS would want to know, but even with the reps talking to their supervisors, I was transferred 4 times. I hope they read this and get this straightened out. I dont think UPS should be sending customers to this location for package pick up. Just send the packages back to the Ed Babe Gomez facility for people to pick up. Thank you.

Ridiculous service. Package arrived Thursday night. On Friday noone even tried to deliver, just destination scan. Of course, they do not deliver even Saturdays, not mentioned Sundays. Monday all day it is Out for delivery, after 8pm - In transit again. Tuesday - Out for delivery, after 8pm - In transit. Bottom line - Wednesday tomorrow. Its almost a week that my package is in my city and its still not delivered. Customers service is useless, just repeating the info from website. I believe, if its a mail pigeons service, it would be faster.

I would rather give zero stars.UPS wrote down the wrong address for my overnight package and couldnt deliver it because the address was written down incorrectly (by them). And then refused to deliver it the same day once I talked to five different people to correct the address. So they screwed up and I have to wait multiple days for an overnight because of their mistakes. And no one is interested in correcting the matter? Some customer service..Unbelievable.

I missed delivery on package and since I needed it asap, had it changed to pick up for the same day. UPS recording said someone would call me in an hour. They did but the package wasnt unpacked and scanned from the truck yet. They said theyd call me back within an hour and just didnt call back at all. I called the main number again the next AM and asked for supervisor. Supervisor checked on it and checked hours and said it was available for pickup. I picked it up with no problem. Hispanic lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Just wish whoever promised a call back would have followed through as it was a package of my medication and I really needed in that night instead of waiting until the next day.

I am very angry with our local UPS delivery driver. His attitude towards the delivery of packages and how he treats our deliveries needs to be addressed. We have a business from home and have deliveries 4 or 5 times a week. I have called and complained to UPS to have this investigated. The driver throws breakable packages and has worked with UPS for years. His face is familiar and he is uncaring. I would not recommend the men in BROWN uniforms.

I always have my UPS deliveries routed here because my local UPS route driver is worthless, the nearby UPS Store is worthless and when Ive complained to UPS corporate they also proved to be worthless. The people here are always helpful and efficient, unlike my experiences with the rest of the company. If it has to ship UPS, have it held at the hub and you can pick it up faster than the driver will deliver it.

DO NOT USE UPS. Their driver never once stopped by with my guaranteed next day delivery, even though we severely inconvenienced ourselves ALL DAY to ensure someone was home. Then they claim a complete lie on their tracking saying nobody was home, yet of course they never even left a note. I had to wait in line for what mustve been a half hour while the woman in front of me shipped 21 individual packages. Im not mad at her Im mad about the fact that there was only one person there so everyone else just had to wait in line. I was just there to pick up one package. Thats all I needed. I wasnt the only person in line either. Have some respect for peoples time and just get some else over there or at least try to move quickly. Im sure everyone has somewhere to be or since it was in the middle of the day they might even be there on lunch break. I had two kids in my car waiting for me. From what it looks like Im not the only one thats had issues. Its not much of a customer center. Ship fed ex when ever possible.

Worse customer service ever. What a monopoly market for ups. They need to know they have a job and business because of customer. They came to drop a package before our business hour and left a notice. I have ordered overnight. I asked customer support if they can give me a number of driver or office in Omaha. She said there is no phone number in the office and told me I can just go to office and pick up a package. My concern is what if driver is still in the route delivering other package to their customer. What if I go to ups office and my package are still with driver in his/her truck? I am sure if I go there, package will not be there until evening because driver has package in his/her truck for that day.

I paid for same day delivery and the driver claimed he attempted to make that delivery and he was never at my address. I waited all day for the driver to lie about his attempt. No notice on my door, no knock, no anything. I never had this problem at my previous address. So im not blaming UPS, but the LAZY DRIVER that is on my route. So now I have to go here to pick up my package. Very kind and courteous people here. Too bad they have some drivers that shouldnt be there.

I live in apartment. Was out of state for a month on business. Package arrived for me and driver, rather than leaving delivery at Office which is protocol. Our manager acts as agent for the 300 dwellers here in Papillion, We must sign out package when we pick it up at Office. Driver attempts to deliver package to my apartment and then send package back to sender in California and now I have to fork over 55$ again to have package shipped by UPS to me. I contact Customer Service and they said they were sure sorry. I thought UPS was the company that was the warm and fuzzy competition to the USPS Corporate Giant. I think the roles have switched. Post Office people seem to care about me. And kept a package in their back room for me for three weeks while I was on business out of the country.

Don’t ever work here, they’ll work you til death and a certain supervisor act like since he has a tiny bit power he can do whatever he want, and that he can treat someone super poorly. Over all other supervisors seem very friendly and co-workers are friendly and understanding.

I walked in with two people ahead of me. The gentleman who helped me really knew what he was doing. We had to figure out why a package I was returning didnt get sent. He figured it out within minutes. I paid for a new label to ship it off and i was out of there in 30 min. He was such a great help. I wish he had a name tag on though..

These guys dont make much of an effort to deliver your package (my wife barely heard them knock and by the time she got to the door he had run out with the package) and then are completely unhelpful in retrieving your package after their failed delivery. No number to call, terrible service. They should be closed down.

We use UPS for business shipping and receiving and packages are constantly being damaged or end up several states away for some reason. Their customer service center is a joke. Use Fed EX, they are more prompt, courteous and professional.

I often have my more valuable packages held for pick up at this location as it is the main location for Omaha and does not delay shipping times. The area where you pick up your packages is kind of rundown looking and seems to be just an extension of the warehouse it is apart of. The staff seems to always be helpful even if they seem rushed at times

I paid for 2-day shipping. They Cancelled delivery due to severe weather conditions. There wasnt a cloud in the sky. Then when I tried to pick up the package at this customer center, they gave me the same BS. That due to sever weather conditions I could not come pick up the package. Again, not a cloud in sight and the funny thing was that I saw UPS delivery drivers all over on my commute that day.Secondly, no one at this customer center would return any of the scheduled calls through the UPS customer service phone number like they were suppose to. I scheduled 6 calls in one day and not one of them were returned.

To the driver in Council Bluffs Tuesday evening December 18th, A HUGE thank you for being a good samaritan.I just had a knee replacement a couple weeks ago. I had been up too long on my leg today. I was struggling to bare weight on my leg to make it up my front stairs.If it wasnt for his kindness and help, I would probably still be sitting on my steps in tears.Thank you so much, I will forever be greatful!
