I ended up requiring about 35 minutes of his morning, due to numerous notary signatures on a long document and a misunderstanding with the realtor. Ive never had a better experience at a store in my life. I came in needing a notary, envelopes mailed, multiple packages mailed, and return labels from Amazon printed. I wasnt sure I could get everything taken care of but the gentleman was so helpful and kind! He didnt make me feel rushed and he explained the best way to get everything done I needed to. Made my day!

Chris graciously kept the door unlocked for me after the shop had closed so that I could print off 1200 pages worth of documents for a meeting (which ate 45 minutes of his time past closing time). Highly recommend! Thanks again, Chris!

Customer service was awesome. Staff was friendly and service was quick. If you need a notary early morning on your way to work they will have you in and out with a smile in under 5 minutes.

Went in this morning to get something printed, notarized, and scanned. The man behind the counter was so helpful and friendly, and price was really reasonable! Will definitely be back.

Andy is always very professional and kind to my family when we come in. He is very knowledgable about shipping and printing. Its really convenient to use Goin Postal Omaha especially if you live in Midtown Crossing. We never miss picking up packages because they sign for them. Also they are dog-friendly and always greet our small dogs when we come go pick up packages! This post office is one of the best reasons to move to Midtown Crossing.

The service is poor the guy doesn’t know how to work on the things. You better going to the ups or FedEx store to get things done and really expensive for services.

Not impressed- we had a drop-off that was under 1lb- they marked it as 10lbs then added additional services for handling to our FedEx bill. Terrible and deceitful way to run a business. Fortunately FedEx credited the overcharge.
