Do not waste your time at this location. The lady upfront had a very nasty tone with everyone and was very unpleasant to deal with. If you decide to go to this location, good luck.

I would like to speak with an actual person not a robot. It just keeps repeating itself and NOT helping me with the issues im having. If I have to drive to the post office simply because I cant make a phone call and talk to someone you definitely have some issues. It can easily be resolved over the phone but no, I have to drive to the post office to ASK A QUESTION. What a joke

Went to inquire about my fiancé’s lost passport being that it says delivered (a month ago) and probably received the worst customer service of my life. He did not seem to want to help me whatsoever while constantly telling me “it was delivered”. I understand they’re not high volume but... come on. To be so unnecessarily rude and dismissive is unacceptable. I’m also not sure if my information was given to his supervisor to actually look for the package.My fiancé called the next day for questions and received the same horrible service with no help or questions answered. Unreal, really.

Calling the number listed above to try and talk to a human was one of the worst experiences of my life. It’s very close to impossible to talk to an actual human and once I pressed enough buttons to annoy the computer it told me the wait time was an hour.

This post office repeatedly delivers our mail to another individual’s address. This past week alone they delivered two packages with a combined total of $218 to another apartment building with the same apartment number as ours, even though I correctly listed our address on both items. It’s like they don’t pay attention to where the mail is actually supposed to go, and I am becoming sick and tired of it. At this rate, I’ll stop ordering items that rely on USPS delivery.

Would be nice if they actually were open when their sign on the front door says it will be open. I know that’s a major inconvenience but as it turns out most functional businesses are actually open when they say they are. Shouldn’t be surprised my mail usually shows up at least a week or two late on average but god forbid I miss out on the literal pounds and pounds of junk mail they bombard me with.

They keep delivering dead peoples mail to me. The 2 previous home owners died 5 and 10 years ago. They keep sending the mail back to me after its marked deceased. I have even tracked down and sent them death certificates for both individuals.I am pretty sure thats violation of federal law...

So far all of my experiences with the staff have been great, but I do have one complaint. They really need to figure out a quick large package drop off, I go in the drop off a package that doesn’t fit in the drop boxes outside and what should take about 10 seconds ends up taking 10–30 minutes because I have to wait for others to get helped first.

Sent my package to the wrong facility after it was exactly where it needed to be to get delivered to me. This delayed my delivery of medication by 3 days as it was sent around Omaha to 2 other facilities before arriving back at this one.

R U KIDDING me they are awesome and very polite and helpful!!! I had a package that went missing and Peggy moved heaven and earth to locate the package and get it delivered the very next day. She called the mail carrier on his cell and even called me back to let me know the status. I am in Portland OR she could have just brushed me off but she treated me like I was right in her lobby and got the job done!!! Peggy Rocks!

VERY POOR service when it comes to packages that come up missing due to unprofessional mail carriers. If you have a package that is lost due to their negligence, call whatever company you ordered your product(s) from and get a replacement order sent out! Dont waste your time talking to the staff or manager because you will get nothing but the run around, he said she said, and no return phone calls. They need to have more professional carriers and a manager that takes pride in his job.

Have had to call to get them to unlock the front door over half an hour after they should be open. Mail and packages regularly arrive days after tracking shows delivered, even some mail from in Omaha postmarked over a week before we get it. Wonder why the USPS is going under? Go elsewhere if you can.

The actual post hours are terrible, my usual carrier is no longer there and Ive lived in the same rental house for 3 years, the couriers keep delivering mail that they know doesnt belong to out mail box. The sad thing is they deliver student loan information for someone who lived here before me.. even if I or me or my roommates name in the mailbox we keep getting mail that doesnt belong to us.. these people are incompetent..

The carrier from this post office is the worst Ive ever experienced. She leaves packages in cardboard boxes on the far side of the gate in the rain so they cannot be found. She rings a non working doorbell and leaves without knocking. She has misdelivered many packages----so far my neighbors have been kind enough to bring them to me. Once she said she purposely left my gate open so Id know shed been there. When I put my dog out later it ran out the open gate and I had to ask a neighbor to chase it. This person has zero common sense. Im appalled. The manager, Steve is very kind. He simply seems to have no control over this incompetent employee. UGH !!Update. The responsible manager is now gone. The remaining individuals simply could not care less. 👎🏻

“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds”But a non-functioning computer equals an employee standing around all day getting paid for nothing. Totally denied service because of a broken computer. Are employees not trained to manage without one anymore? The post office managed for a number of years before computers came alongIll be using ups from now on, no one needs to send paper letters anymore anyway may as well do away with the usps when other companies can do their job better anyways.

Yet again another package is missing.. so far money, merchandise and several other packages and letters are missing including my most recent package. It was delivered to the post office on the 3rd and still hasnt gone anywhere?! Yep more theft!!

AWFUL customer service.Called them regarding an issue with my mail being returned. Woman who helped me was very condescending, and interrupted me every time I tried to speak.This whole situation has been a nightmare. Having someone friendly and understanding on the end of the phone call would have helped quite a bit.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My experience with this post office is horrible. My husband and I recently bought a home and had to go to the post office to pick up our mail box keys. That should have been a quick in and out but instead, I was met by a woman who could not be bothered to even look for my mail box keys. She looked at me and simply responded in a very rude manner Well, we probably dont have them here. Youll have to come back in a week. I was appalled that the woman would not even go look to see if they had the keys. After arguing with her for half an hour, a different woman walked up front and asked what I needed. I explained that I was there to pick up my keys and she walked to the back and immediately returned with my keys.

Just when I thought the Millard Post Office was the worst PO Ive ever dealt with I had to start getting mail through these unorganized thieves. 3 months in and theyve had a $100 package from eBay come up missing. Kind of odd that theyre the Post Office but yet they had a guy that works 1 day a week... Sunday.... Deliver mail to a place thats not even open on Sunday, which they should already know since theyre the Post Office. Nobody has seen the package since then. Pretty obvious either the delivery guy threw it away or took it home with him. But yet, they cant get ahold of him.

Tracked package on the website saying a notice was left 45 mins ago, I was at the house and know no one attempted to deliver and there is no notice. Called the location and the phone rings endlessly no one is picking up and no message.

Dont have a package shipped through here, they will lose it and then tell you how they will see if they can find anything out. Meanwhile you are without the package you paid extra shipping for it to be on time.

Tried calling was on hold for over 1 hr waiting for some one to answer the phone i give no stars but to write a review you have to give at least 1 my husband stoped by to see if he could get answers but there where five people in front of him and the first person inline said she was there already 30 minutes trying to fix her problem so I will wait on the phone to take the survey
