I’m sorry not to have caught the young man’s name…he was quick about getting our multiple boxes down from the truck…staged on the main floor…loaded into our elevator…and into our 6th floor office. I was originally supposed to receive my peloton tread on September 20th. After not receiving any communication from XPO about a delivery time frame and waiting all day for the delivery, I reached out to peloton and they told me I would need to reschedule my delivery to September 28th. Today is september 28th and I have now been told by peloton AGAIN that I need to reschedule my delivery. Peloton has confirmed that my tread is at the warehouse, but cannot get a hold of the delivery team/warehouse via phone nor email to see what is going on. I am super disappointed in the lack of communication by XPO. I am starting to get worried that I will never receive this tread! XPO delivered my peloton bike with no issues last year, very sad and shocked that I am having so many issues w/ XPO now.

My washer pedestal arrived damaged FROM XPO on 9/1/21. Spoke with manufacturer same day. Manufacturer agreed to removal of my damaged pedestal, installation of a new pedestal. A replacement pedestal was sent to XPO by 9/5. I did not receive info on delivery for a few days. Delivery scheduled by THEM for 9/15. Pedestal atrived via a substitute carrier. They gave me the pedestal, but were not authorized to remove my damaged pedestal, but knew they were here to pick up one. They told me to call manufacturer. I did, they put in another request to XPO to send someone out to remove the old pedestal, & install the new pedestal. Checked today, the EARLIEST they can get here to do this is 9/24. Really? TWENTY THREE DAYS from my receiving damaged goods.

It took 3 attempts and a dock search to get my washer to the right place, but it did finally make it to the correct destination. Delivery guys were polite a d friendly. It was super hard to find a phone number to contact anyone, but it finally got worked out.

Miguel (and the other mover that I didn’t catch the name of) did an amazing job. The CPO kept me updated as to when exactly my couch would be delivered and then called me 30 minutes ahead of time so I didn’t have to sit at home all day. The movers even took the boxes and paper away since we were the last delivery of the day. I know they can’t always do that but it was so appreciated.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Check with Lowe’s or Casper to see if they are using XPO. AWFUL. No pre-arrival call and no arrival at ALL!! They don’t give a darn about customers, blew off our entire delivery (after waiting all afternoon for it), which happened to be a BED FOR A 74 year old woman!!!!!!We ordered a $5,000 bed from Casper for my 74-yr old mother. We scheduled delivery with Casper for a Thursday afternoon/evening window (they said 6-8 pm). I got a confirmation text the day before stating that the delivery was on their (xpo) books for 6:30-10:30 AM! I called three times in their 800# before finally getting through to someone obviously in a different time zone (or continent) who said she was the first delivery on the schedule so they would arrive at 6 AM! Rediculous, so we re-scheduled for Saturday delivery. We were calm about it until Saturday our delivery window was 2-6 pm. We waited all day…..then until 7, then 8. I called at 6, and was told they finished up the delivery before mine at 5:52 and should be on the way any minute. Called again at 7, got same Canned answer, when I raised a fuss, the rep “emailed dispatch” and said they should get back to me within 30 minutes. I called back yet again at 7:45 and got another rep with a canned answer, so asked for a supervisor. What a joke. He “tried to call” the local hub and was unsuccessful so he was “escalating” which means absolutely nothing because the drivers i bilious it blew off our delivery now that it was 8 pm. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!!

Tried to have a fridge delivered twice. Both times the driver turned around without any indication as to why. I had to call both times just to be told that they dont know what is going on and they will email the hub. I asked for the hub phone number to call myself and they refused to give it to me. I stated I wanted the product delivered as priority and she stated I would hear within 24-48 hours. No... That is not priority. Communication is key!

I was supposed to have a treadmill delivered by XPO on March 27. I never got a phone call March 26 giving me a time window. I tried calling XPO on March 26 and only got an automated message saying “your treadmill will be delivered March 27, we do not have a time frame yet. March 27 rolls around and I never get a call and XPO never comes by. I finally am able to speak to a human and they tell me they were overbooked for March 27. Here is the thing, they were never going to call me to let me know this. I wasted so much time waiting! Have some courtesy XPO and figure out how to run a business!

WORST company ever!. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer and this was the company that was contracted out to deliver and install the items. The crew came in and just dropped off the units. They said they forgot to bring the attachments for the washer and dryer and that someone will be back to finish the job. After two days we’ve heard nothing then I called and they told me the job order is complete. I called Samsung they said they’ll reach our to the company and still nothing. Then I got an email stating that I can make an appointment to finish the installation and no one show up. I took a day off leave and no one showed up. Customer service couldnt tell me anything. Everytime they try to call the hib in Omaha no answer. Its always 24-48 hours response. Two weeks now and still no washer and dryer. Worst customer service and company ever!!!

Very disappointed with XPO. Was supposed to receive a delivery on Saturday, March 13 between 10:30 and 1:30, but no one ever showed up and no one reached out to give any delivery updates. Since then, I have spoken with numerous XPO “customer service” agents, none of which can get in touch with our local warehouse in Omaha, NE. For 4 days now, I have been trying to figure out where my package is at and when I can expect a new delivery, to no avail. I would never recommend anyone use this company for any reason-their customer service is terrible and they make no attempts to right their wrongs. Awful.

So here is my experience with XPO delivering my Peloton.We expected a delivery from XPO on March 26th. I took the day off from work just to make it work. XPO delivery drivers did not call 30 minutes prior to the delivery (7:30 am to 10:00 am) window. Someone from xpo called at 7:48 am. The XPO agent left a voicemail indicating that the drivers would only wait for 15 minutes once they arrived at our residence. As soon as I received this voicemail, I checked our ring door bell. Our ring door bell showed the doorbell was activated at 7:41. When I checked the door at 7:50, the driver was gone. I immediately called xpo at 7:53 (still within the 15 minute wait time). So far, I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with xpo regarding the failed delivery. I have gotten nowhere. XPO did not call 30 minutes ahead. And he did not wait the 15 minutes required. Now we cannot get in touch with anyone from XPO about when someone will even be in touch with us about rescheduling the delivery. Nobody can even tell me where the Peloton is! Its not checked into their warehouse, nor do they have contact information for the delivery driver.

XPO is the worst. Very unprofessional. I took the day off of work because our Peloton bike was supposed to arrive between 2 and 5 yesterday. They never called and never showed. I called the useless help line 4 times between 6 and 11PM. Each time they said my delivery was next, and the driver would be calling soon. Of course they never called. When I pushed further, they said the local warehouse wasnt answering the phone, but they left messages. A day later and the bike isnt back at the warehouse, and they cant reschedule delivery. What a joke. Ive been waiting for over 2 months for this.

XPO called 12/29 to give me a 45 minute window on my peloton bike delivery. After waiting all afternoon, I had to call and was told weather had canceled all deliveries for the day. They called back to reschedule my delivery, saying the soonest I could receive my delivery is 3/3. Completely unacceptable. It has been impossible to speak to anyone who seems to know how to escalate an issue. I’m now being told I cannot have a refund from peloton because they can’t refund me until my merchandise is back to them. Thousands of dollars spent, in November. This itemis paid for and somewhere in the Omaha metro.Update: XPO last contacted me Wednesday after I contacted them through the provided email address. I’ve received a few stock reply emails saying they will look into my order. Now it’s Friday and still have no actual answers, no bike, and no refund.

Weve been waiting for over a month now for a dishwasher delivery. It has been rescheduled now 3 times. The first time because of snow but the other two had no reason to be rescheduled. We are very disappointed with the service and delivery. We try calling and all they can tell us is it was rescheduled and we cannot get ahold of anyone at the local office. Do not buy anything from a company that ships with xpo!!!!Update: We got ahold of the CEO through email and we are now expecting the dishwasher to show up tomorrow morning. Weve been waiting and rescheduling for 6 weeks. We will have the item 2 days after corporate was contacted.

My delivery date was supposed to be on 12/22 and they no showed me. I took the day off and was at home all day waiting around for them. When I called to figure out what happened, they explained they do not have my Peloton at the warehouse. There are many things wrong with how I was treated. They were rude to me on the phone and it seemed as if they were lying as Peloton gave me different information. They offered to reschedule me for February but this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I ordered this bike over 6 weeks ago. I expect a prompt delivery. Not only did I miss a day of work, but I have paid in full and I expect my product to be delivered on time. Horrible experience!

There were lots of logistical issues with this order. I understand shipping delays and issues with COVID-19. However, none of this was adequately communicated. I got a call on Friday to schedule my delivery and chose Monday. It was my understanding that the night before I would get a call/ text with the delivery time window on Sunday night. When I did not get this by 9:30 pm I called and asked for a window so I could make sure I could rearrange meetings/ have someone here if I was unable to accept the delivery. The lady, who was very kind, stated that she would elevate the shipment so I would be contacted with the shipment window. I called on Monday in the afternoon after not hearing anything and was told my mattress did not make it on the truck and would for sure be on the route the next day. That evening I get a text with a delivery window of 7-11 am. At 9:30 am I called to make sure the order was coming by 11 because I had a meeting at 10 and wanted to know if I should move it. I was informed the mattress, yet again, was not on the truck but would be the next day. I did get the mattress this morning and the men seemed friendly and removed the old mattress. The friendliness of the men working and the ladies at customer service is what saves it from a one star review.

XPO Omaha is the single worst company I have dealt with in years. I had a Peloton Tread delivered last fall. The guys delivered it with the base already unboxed in the truck so it got beat up all day on their route. Then, they beat it up even more trying to get it down the stairs. They completed the install by forcing screws into places that they weren’t designed to go on the Tread and destroying the base. When the “repair” guy came out to replace my base he said he needed to get more tools to get the screws out and that he’d be back the next day. He never showed. After that, we decided to return the tread. Months later, when the guys came to pick it up the only tool they had was a screw driver. The screws on the base take an Allen wrench. So, we had to let them borrow tools. Then, we had to help them get the base out of the house. Basically, we did all of the work because they were too inept. After they loaded it in the truck the driver said that the refund process would start after they notified Peloton that the tread was at the warehouse. That was 5 days ago. I talked to Peloton this morning and they were never notified. XPO literally did nothing correctly in 3 trips to my house.

I have been trying to get a king mattress that was delivered to XPO on August 4th delivered. I have scheduled twice and each time they state the mattress did not make the delivery truck. The second time I called the customer service stated there is nothing I can do for you - you need to reschedule and hung up on me. When trying to reschedule, someone in customer service at XPO said they lost the merchandise -- how do you loose a King size mattress? Still waiting for my delivery and Serta stated they have documented receipt of the merchandise. Is this a joke??

Something bad is going on with this Omaha location. They don’t answer their phone, the mailbox is always full and when you can leave a message it’s never returned.The main office has rescheduled my delivery four times now. I never receive a call from XPO Omaha with a delivery window. The day passes and no package, no phone call and no communication. I know this review will be responded to with a generic message and an email address to write to but they don’t respond to emails either. At my wits end here.Well folks several more months in and no communication from XPO. I emailed the address in the response section and a big nothing! Did they walk off with my package or is this how business is done in 2020? What a shame. That company and their stock price will take a plunge soon with this kind of customer service. I work with a lot of logistics companies through retail for about 15 years and I understand that things happen but the inability of this place to actually resolve anything is the most frustrating thing . I honestly dont even have the patience to lay out what has taken place over the past few days Ive called their number and talked to various people 20 to 30 times and Ive been hung up on by representatives 4 times and I still dont have my delivery that was supposed to be here yesterday and I have no reschedule date. I did everything that I possibly could to prevent this issue from happening and I was told rather lied to a dozen times that the issue had been resolved and it would be delivered. At this point I honestly dont expect to receive my delivery anytime soon even though its just a few miles from my house. I emailed about my issue on the website Ive called and asked to talk to supervisors nobody seems to have the power to do anything. So if youre reading this and contemplating using this service I would think twice.

DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. They were supposed to deliver a Peloton and it never showed up. No one from XPO reached out to us and we STILL do not have it. The warehouse is practically impossible to reach and the customer service rep lied to me twice by saying that Peloton never delivered the bike to XPO (which Peloton indeed did) and saying that a truck broke down on its way to our house. We were originally scheduled to have a bike delivered on 2/24. The company called the day prior and said they are behind and needed to reschedule the delivery for 2/25 instead. I really appreciated the notification of the reschedule rather than having a no show. We received an automated phone call the night prior to delivery with a 3 hour window. We received a phone call day of delivery 20 minutes prior to arrival. Staff was friendly and respectful. Happy with our experience!

Delivery guys were excellent, as always! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating was because of a lack of communications from the company. I was given a 4 hour window for delivery and it was an hour after that. The driver said he told dispatch that there was no way they would make that time frame but they wouldnt change it. OK, that wasnt even so bad EXCEPT the company could have told me they would be late. I had arranged for work coverage for the given delivery window. When it past, I tried to call in and a recorded message said the truck was running late. I wanted to talk to someone and see when to expect delivery but after listening to music and recordings for 5 minutes, I hung up. I understand that things can go wrong but the company needs to re-evaluate their policy on notifications when that happens. No notification is not an acceptable policy.

It was set to deliver yesterday. Never came. Now says out for delivery. For today. I sat on hold for customer service for 30 minutes so I could get a delivery window. They told me it’s not set to deliver today and I needed to reschedule. So here we are again set to deliver tomorrow. What time who knows. I took a day off work yesterday for this. They need to answer the phone. I have left 5 messages and not one response. This is ridiculous. I just want my mattress so I don’t have to sleep on the floor for 3 nights now. Awful customer service

I ordered an oven and a dishwasher from Costco to be delivered and installed by xpo logistics in November the first delivery was later in November only one item the oven was intact, apparently the dishwasher was impaled by a forklift, so I had to reorder the dishwasher no big deal, the new dishwasher has been sitting in Omaha since early December and they still have not delivered my appliance (as of 1/22/2020) this is quite frankly UNACCEPTABLE
