I had Trent come out mid September and apply liquid aeration and over-seed my yard. I had a bad patchy spot from where a trampoline had been for many years. In the past, Ive had other companies come out to aerate and over-seed and didnt have much improvement. Trent gave great instructions on how to water and take care of it for the best results. I do not have a sprinkler system, so it was a bit hard to water as much as was needed but I am so happy with the results thus far. Highly recommend!

Trent has been great to work with. We wanted to have a company to take full responsibility for our lawn and be able to up their sign in our yard as an example of their work.Our yard need some help but after about 6 months they were able to place their sign in our yard.Thank you guys.

Precision Turf is top notch! Trent and his crew are very easy to work with. It’s obvious they love what they do! They communicate well, they’re professional, and they always notify us the day before they come out to apply a treatment. We didn’t expect our lawn to improve so much after just one treatment...but wow! This if our first year using Precision Turf and it’s the best our lawn has ever looked. We will definitely keep using them for years to come. Our neighbor also uses them, and we both couldn’t be happier.

I needed a company to come out and help get my yard established and prevent weeds this spring. I had new sod put in late fall last year new construction home and needed help. They put my mind at ease and I dont have to worry about a thing. My yard turned green before any of my neighbors and I can honestly say I have no weeds even in bare spots in my yard. You cannot beat there prices in the Omaha area believe me I called over 10 different companies in the area. I live in papillon and there price for 7 yard treatments including aeration and including 4 perimiter treatments for bugs around the house are 1/3 the price of corporate lawn care companies. I wont name names and Precision Turf is excellent and timely with response to any problems or concerns you might have. So far a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is fantastic. Trent does great work and is extremely knowledgeable. I love that they do liquid aeration so I dont have the dirt plugs all over the yard which make a mess and get muddy in the rain which is tough with kids and pets. Im looking forwards to seeing how good my lawn will look next spring since this is the first season ive been working with this company and am already seeing some good results.

The many 5-star reviews, all dating from a month ago, were part of a giveaway of a $150 Amazon gift card. My experience with Precision Turf was quite different.I paid Precision Turf for 6 applications last November, so that I could take advantage of a pre-payment discount. The first application this year took place in mid-April. Trent did not re-seed the areas he said he seeded last year (and for which Id paid him) that did not grow. He took one soil sample, after the application, and reported the results to me. I disagreed with his methodology, subsequent recommendations and pricing. On May 13th, he still had not been out to do what should have been the 3rd application. I had noted herbicide damage to perennials in the mulch bed after his April visit and emailed him a picture of that damage. He denied doing it. I terminated his services and asked for refund. He agreed to send me a refund. Subsequent emails to him asking about the refund have been replied to with various excuses.I do not recommend Trent Hulett of Precision Turf Omaha.

From the time Trent came out to our house and gave us an estimate we knew he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. We have had Trent with Precision turf for over 2 years and our lawn looks great. If we have any problems or questions he comes out immediately. Very good and reasonable price.

We have tried MANY companies before we found Trent. It is a challenge now days to find a dependable - responsible & ethical company to provide any type of service. I CANNOT recommend Trent enough. This winter I used his snow removal service, and as you know - we had ALOT of snow. Trent would keep his customers informed of his strategy for the day when we had snow. Absolutely fantastic experiance from start to finish. Trent was super on top of his visits and came out immediately to kill our weeds and seed the yard. Very good at giving advice on watering and lawn upkeep... checking on grass height etc... Our yard was covered in weeds and now we have beautiful green grass even though we dont get much sunlight due to overgrown trees. Highly highly recommend to anyone in Nebraska!

I moved into my home in 2016 and reached out to Trent based off a suggestion on the neighborhood app. My lawn was plush and green and I wanted to make sure and keep it that way. unfortunately that has not been the case. Trent is a good guy and I give him credit for trying to fix the problem so I have no intention of putting down his business, but his customer relations on the other hand, needs work. Every time I had an issue with something it was always my fault. Instead of just picking up the phone or ringing my doorbell Trent would always communicate through text or email. I either watered to much or not enough. Mower deck is set to high or to low, I need to sharpen blades (which I always do). I was constantly told its a partnership but when I would reach out to him the issue was always that I did something wrong and then was accused of only reaching out to him when I needed something. Isnt that how it supposed to work? I was paying for YOUR professional services. I was told after not hearing from him for over a month that I do not respond to his texts. We had texted for 2 years on my new (current) number and for some reason he started using my old number (which I no longer have) and somehow that was my fault? How about picking up the phone and calling me? The only reason I am writing this review is because I requested a refund on the remaining applications that I paid him upfront so I could pay someone else to come in and see if they could fix things. I was told on 2 separate occasions that he would mail a check right away. I have not seen a check and am guessing I wont. Whether I was right or wrong, as a customer one should never be talked down to by the one they are PAYING hard earned money to!

Snow removal service was awesome so I signed up for the fertilizer program.

We opted in to the upfront service this year in which you pay a flat fee for the entire winter. There was a lot of snow this year but the service is horrible! It took them 8+ hours to get to our property many days we would be snowed in as there was so much snow. Also he told me that if I do not do lawn service with him this year that I cannot do snow removal with him next year. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want any type of good service.This is an update after receiving a late night text from the owner about his distaste for my above review. To clarify for accuracy a few comments made by the owner in his response to the above review. In regards to salting my property you did in fact one time salt the property after I requested it and charged me $50 to do so. In regards to coming back to plow without charge that was after your team plowed the snow from our driveway into our neighbors sidewalk blocking the pathway. I had requested that you come out and clear that area as that was not acceptable to plow the snow onto my neighbor’s property.
