Used a zero turn in a small yard which they had no issues with encroaching in my neighbor’s yard as seen in photos. See both sides of the fence was cut in error and they didn’t even finish the neighbor’s. I mean why not since you cut part of it!?!? Careless disregard and zero pride in work. Many times weed eating wasn’t done either. Owner is nice. His crew is horrible.Both of my neighbors approached the crew about them cutting their yard with the zero turn as well as mentioning them leaving clippings in their yards and driveway. Once, the crew cut the front of my neighbor’s yard by mistake.My yard was fluffy green before I hired we mow.Owner tried to blame my sprinkler which was overwatering not drying it out. My yard is cut too short and burnt thanks to this company. The sprinkler had a leak in one corner and was repaired early in the season so that isn’t an issue.His crew didn’t show on the agreed upon day. There was always an excuse.

I had a very negative experience with this company, their cregslist workers didn’t hesitate to eat lunch in my yard leaving behind some trash and left grass all over my porch and backyard patio afterwards lines of grass stood up in between stripes, if you want a real lawn care service I recommend heartland lawns
