The crew removed a large silver maple we had in our front yard, ~4ft diameter trunk. The roots were invading the sewer line so it had to go. The guys cut it down by lunchtime without incident. After the stump was removed, its like a whole new yard. I cant wait for the grass to grow in. Dave and Leah were great communicators, and the labor crew was focused and courteous to us as we had to come in/out the driveway a couple times. I will definitely consider Tree Services of Omaha for future arboreal needs (we have a large shade tree in the backyard that will need occasional pruning).

These guys are/were fantastic. Because were selling the house and had the real estate photographer already scheduled, I contacted them on short notice for some tree trimming and pruning and they were able to help me out almost immediately. Just fantastic! And, the work itself was done professionally and with care, the trees look great now. Also, the cleanup was great too. No leaves, sticks or branches left behind.

Communication was disappointing. My husband had explained what needed to be done from a city citation we had received and thought they understood. When they had come to do the work, I tried to communicate to the workers what the citation said and they wouldnt even look at it. They kept saying that the tree was in front of the house and not the backyard. I tried to show them that the paper clearly said backyard. I am trusting that they know what they are doing. Very expensive for this type of miscommunication to happen and to have to pay it again so I dont get fined.

Tree Services was contracted to remove and grind an old tree that outgrew its space in our landscape. The crew was very friendly, prompt, respectful, and attentive to the jobs needs. The ground was a little soft but the use of plywood minimized the impact which I appreciated.

I was very pleased with this company and looked at 3 other companies. They were the only ones who got back to me with a quote in a timely manner. The price was a great deal! I do not believe any of my trees have ever been trimmed or pruned since the house was built so they were all very very over grown. Although I am sad to see all the branches gone they trees look wonderful and most of my neighbors have completed how nice they look. They cleaned up their entire mess and also cleaned up some branches I had down but had not disposed of yet. I will use them again in the future!

The estimate was prompt and a good value for removing dead branches from a maple tree. It rained during our scheduled day so the office called me and rescheduled for the next day. The crew was professional and they did a great job.

We had two large willow trees in our yard removed with limbs reaching over our neighbors properties. They had a cutter in each tree that dropped each limb without touching either fence, amazing to watch them work at their craft. The ground crew were excellent at assisting the cutters high in the trees while still moving debris to the street for pickup. A large truck with a claw device picked up the limbs efficiently and the operator was very careful to keep watch for street traffic and pedestrians. Next came the stumps grinder that cleared everything down to below ground level. When they left we were ready to move soil over the areas and begin the seeding process. Every single person that was involved in the tree removal and cleanup acted at all times in a professional and courteous manner. Tree Services of Omaha was the lowest price. They came out when promise on the scheduled day and time..7:30 in the morning. They did an outstanding job in removing the tree and grinding down the stomp or I should say stumps. Because included in the price was a damaged mulberry tree that the other tree services that I got estimates from did not include in their price. The cleanup was complete and thorough. If I could give more stars I would. Got our quote the same day they looked at the work we wanted done involving both tree removal and also iron injections on a very large and very, very old oak tree. Scheduled the completion date ASAP. Communication was superb. The crew arrived a bit earlier than they projected, did above and beyond what I expected. The staff on site was extremely polite and happy (even being in the freezing cold, sorry guys!) They even took some extra branches that fell from the previous big snow, and raked my entire yard, front and back. Not one little branch left behind. The price was the best quote in town, too. For two large and small Ash trees, their quote was lower than two other local services. David also made time to come out the same day I called for a quote. I hired Tree Services Omaha with very little research. I am impressed with the website that shows pictures, videos, and a copy of the arborist license. Within minutes of requesting a quote via the website, I was called to schedule an appointment for a bid. Dave worked around my busy schedule to meet with me early on a Sunday morning. I am impressed with Daves knowledge of trees. I had indicated that I want to replant a tree to replace the one we are removing. He offered great advice along with a suggestion that they can use their stump grinder to dig a hole to clear a path (from old roots) for a new tree. Tree Services also offers tree planting. The crew was fast and efficient. We have curb landscaping near the tree being removed. Despite using heavy equipment, the yard looked untouched except for the missing tree and stump grind location. Weather cooperated as it was early Spring with very little rain so the ground was hard to support the weight of heavy equipment. Look no further if you are shopping for Tree Services. The can handle small and large jobs at a great price. I will look for them again to maintain the health of my trees.
