They are great at helping one pick the proper hearing aid. After I got my hearing aids I was not happy with how their worked. The testing that was supposed to get them set up correctly for me did not make me happy. Dr. McCargille worked with me personally and in just a few minutes he corrected the problem I had and I went away happy to hear again. Since that time they have been great at dealing with changes and a couple of problems I created with my aids. Each time I have had a need they met it quickly and sent me away happy. I highly recommend this Audiology clinic to correct your hearing issues.

Dr. McGargill and the office staff are fantastic. Until a couple years ago, when I got my hearing aids, I didnt realize how much of fitting and adjusting the aids is not just science/computer set up but is an art. Dr. McGargill is great --- he listens to what I tell him and makes the adjustments to ensure that I am getting top performance from my hearing aids.
