Dr. Goebel is by far the best pediatric ENT out there. She always goes above and beyond. Weve seen her for 9 years for both my kids. She always treats you like family. Dr. Farrell was amazing and figured out this weird virus I had when no other doctor could. I always recommend him him for adult ENT needs.

Great people. Havent seen Ken for over a year and he updated my hearing aids. Plus we enjoyed a good catching up time.

Had a great experience here today. The front desk staff were very personable and check-in was quick. My wait to see the dr was short. This was my first time seeing doctor Stansifer and he was fantastic. He took the time to talk to me, ask questions and has a great personality. He made me feel very comfortable and that I was in good hands. I would definitely go back to him.

I have been with ENT Specialists for many years now. My hearing continues to deteriorate, and they are adding quality to my life every step of the way. Ken, the audiologist, is amazing. His expertise, professionalism, caring and compassion, have helped me through my ever-changing hearing concerns.

Ears were clogged. Right ear was highly irritated. They scheduled me for a cleaning that day. Ear troubles were over. I would highly recommend this business. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The ENT was wonderful and I have nothing bad to say about the services provided by the MD. However, horrible reception/billing specialist. Receptionist were very rude & stated it was a mistake on there end- however no attempt to apologize for their errors.

My daughter received top notch care from Dr. Stansifer. He is thorough and makes sure you understand everything. The appointments were never rushed, and we were kept well informed of tests, etc. Would not hesitate to return, thank you Dr. Stansifer and staff!

I was very happy with my appointment! Dr.Stansifer was very thorough with his exam and explained everything he was going to do, with camera procedure! And thankful for his nurse for holding my hand through it ! Yes , I was that nervous and was put at ease right away!

I have always had a good experience with ENT Specialists. I left for a period of time on the recommendation of my neurologist but I’m back for good. These guys are the best with the best bedside manner!

Had a painful ear infection; so painful that I didnt think I could wait 2 weeks to get in to see my general physician. Front desk staff were fine. The medical staff was unfriendly; barely talking to me. The physician assistant brought a student along into the room without asking first if that was okay. I explained my ear infection and pain. He then stuck an instrument in my ear without explaining first what he was going to do...again bad approach. Then, drew a picture for me on a pad of paper explaining that it was just ear wax and that I should feel better now. Except...five days later, its not better. What a waste of time and money.

The doctor was very knowledgable and explained everything well. I can hear again!! I had surgery on one ear a long time ago and he took special care with that. Would recommend this business for everyone. Thanks!

Dr. Gouble has to be one of the most amazing women I have ever had the honor of meeting. She had myself and 4 year old comfortable with in mere seconds of walking through the door. Beings that we were patients of Dr. Quinlanns (an Angel in disguise of ENT doctors with a wealth of knowledge and fabulous man) for about 7 years with multiple surgeries performed by him; I was very nervous about having a new ENT for the kiddos. I could not have been gifted anyone more than perfect for munchkins. We absolutely love her!!

Be careful with procedures that they try to bill you for. They billed our insurance for surgery and it was just a camera that they used to check the throat. They didn’t even notify that it was a different procedure and would be billed differently. Health problem wasn’t solved either so we won’t be going back. Total waste of money and time.

The staff there is always super friendly. Dr Stansifer is super and very professional he makes you feel comfortable.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! All of the staff here are wonderful. Louis Sully removed a popcorn kernel from my daughter’s ear and noticed there was also one in the other ear that other providers missed! It was such a stressful time for us but he was confident and made us feel comfortable. My daughter hugged him after the procedure! The receptionist and billing staff were equally as welcoming and professional. We are so grateful for the care we received!!

My ENT doctor was wonderful, I really loved her. The nurses and receptionists were rude every single time I went though, they also acted like they just wanted to be done and move to the next person, for how much it costs to go there, they should be a lot more polite and empathetic.

I took my 1 week old son here to get earwells put on. We are almost done with the treatment (on week 4) and they have been super friendly and caring with him.

Dr. Gobel is the best. My 2 year old has been seeing her now for almost 2 years. She is so sweet and kind. Easy to talk to and understand. The office is so warm and friendly. They remember the little details and asks about them. Highly recommend for your little ones.

Very professional and courteous from reception through procedures. All my questions were answered and alternatives discussed. Appointments and phone calls with patient information and instruction were very prompt and professional . Little or no waiting time in the office. Doctor and nurses explained all procedures and results thoroughly.

Dr. Quinlan saw my son and did an excellent job explaining his diagnosis. My son felt very at ease and assured. I would highly recommend Dr. Quinlan.

Dr. Denman was phenomenal!!!! He answered my 1,001 questions, made my two year old feel so comfortable, and helped me understand the reasoning behind what was going on with my son. Very impressed!!

Ive gone to Dr Quinlan for years. He is so patient and kind and has helped me with so many medical issues. I like his patient teaching too. I learn something new about my condition everytime I see him. Im a medical professional and have worked with many docs in my career. Dr Quinlan is knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. Front desk communication to patient is mismanaged. I was told twice that my cost would only be $100, unless the doctor did any additional services - even though I was out-of-network. I paid the $100 up front and the doctor only did what I made my appointment for. So I was surprised to see an additional $160 bill come in the mail a week later. When I called billing services to ask about it, they couldnt answer as to why the front desk handled it that way, and that I would have to pay the bill.I understood the additional charges - but they should have been communicated to me from the get-go. If they had, I wouldnt have made the appointment!Lastly, the doctor I had - Louis Sully - was not friendly. I wont bother getting into detail - but a doctor shouldnt make their patient feel stupid for coming in for an appointment. Sorry for thinking it was a good idea to get my ear wax professionally removed? Its a service you provide, is it not?Yours truly,Pissed Patient

The front desk is so helpful and friendly! I also really love Dr. Quinlan and Louis Sully, the PA. They take care of any issues I have and are professional, friendly and know who I am every time I come in!

We love Dr. Denman, he is an excellent doctor and helped us with our sons tongue tie and ear tubes. We were always in relatively quickly once we were checked in and the nurse and doctor were great, however the front desk staff has been unfriendly every time weve been in. Im not sure why, but the ladies have been brusque, at best.

The doctor was great but the front desk receptionist was absolutely awful! So rude I decided to complain to the office manager and as I was walking out of the office the receptionist rolled her eyes at me. Immature and outrageous behavior.

Dr Farrell was wonderful but the wait was very long. I registered online and arrived 10 minute early as requested when I made the appointment. Our appointment was scheduled at 930 and we didn’t see the doctor until 1010. It was difficult to keep my 14 month old entertained while we waited for nearly an hour. This was our first appointment and I hope long waits aren’t a trend with the office

Love the doctors and staff here. Very helpful and friendly. Whether well with my young kids. There is hearing testing on site so it was great to not have to go dinner where else for that process as well.

Staff is awesome. I call and get the answers I need instead of waiting hours for a response. I will say though, I had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor when I was very ill. I wasnt very pleased about that.

Dr. Sewell came highly recommended, and he has exceeded all expectations! During our visit to the office, the staff was friendly, the office clean and inviting, and the location convenient. In addition, Dr. Sewell was wonderful with my 10 month old from initial consult through post-surgical checkup. I would highly recommend this group!

Please ask and go to this place, they say they dont know how much they cost you for consultation but they end up billing u way higher for even prescribing ibruohen and a strep test. Horrible experience in all with what I believe was a not good explanation over phone for the bill they sent over. Not to mention, some of the positive reviews are surprising to me.

I dont recommend going to this clinic. The whole process of my appointment felt rushed from checking in to seeing the provider . When I received my bill in the mail, I had called and set up a payment plan with billing. After paying a few months of paying into my payment plan, I later received a letter stating I needed to pay the remaining amount in 15 days in order to avoid further collection action. Not a happy client.

My very first time going to this place. Called to make an appointment, the lady at front did not bother to tell me please make it a least 20 mins early so we can have you sign paperwork. The day of my appointment it was snowing outside so I was driving carefully. I called to let them know I might be probably 5 mins late at most, front desk put me in hold while I was driving there just to tell me I had to reschedule. I was going to be late 5 mins. I had to call-in work bc of this appointment! Thank You.

I have 2 kids and had many visits. Never had a bad experience with any of the receptionists nurses or providers.
