Had the best experience with Stephanie McCormick. Very knowledgeable Made and us feel much better about our sons surgery. The surgery itself went perfectly.

I was referred to Dr. Edmunds from my primary care doctor for tonsil removal as an adult. I was very happy with the office staff and the doctor. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Best of all, I avoided surgery and I feel much better!

I saw Nurse Practitioner Stephanie McCormick for a prolonged cough, ear infection in both ears and sinus problem. I scheduled the appointment and was seen within a day. The office visit and staff were all very kind and professional. Even though this was during the flu season I was ushered in for the appointment immediately--no waiting. Her care and concern was excellent! I would highly recommend her!

I saw Stephanie and she was fantastic. I’m so grateful to have a provider that gives excellent care and great advice on how to handle seasonal allergies. Won’t go anywhere else!

The whole experience with staff and Stephanie McCormick NP was a 5 star. I had a short wait.Stephanie was very thorough in her exam and took time for my input and time to explain my problem to me.I followed her treatment plan and was back to normal in a short time.

We absolutely love Dr. Edmunds and her PA! We have seen the both of them many times between our oldest getting her nose cauterized, our son’s many ear issue appointments and 3 procedures to now my youngest daughter’s ear issues and her first recent tube placement. They are very personable and even ask us how our son is doing when we bring our daughter in. They are wonderful with communicating how things work and what we can do at home to make things better. We wouldn’t see anyone else! These ladies are amazing!

Terrible people here. I needed to see someone due to repeated nosebleeds and they wouldnt work with me to try to get me in any sooner than a month from now. No customer service. Dont care about people. Avoid these guys. They have no idea what the word caring is all about. Rude, very rude.

So glad I decided to be seen here. Thought I had chronic sinus issues, but my CAT scan showed otherwise. I would never have known my jaw was causing me ALL these problems. My scan was explained in great detail, and I now have a plan to feel better. Great, caring staff!

Went and had my nose cauterized here because they were affordable and I have a high deductible so I would have had to pay for it myself anyway so I decided just to pay cash. My mistake. They said they could get me in right away with the nurse practitioner which I was fine with. Went in she cauterized my and also accidentally which I noticed later got some of the chemical on the outside of my nose or scraped me with something because I had a scab on the outside of my nose. I followed their instructions to the T and my nose started bleeding in the night about 36 hours after I had it done. Called them up and asked if they stand behind it and try to fix it. Plus it was bleeding worse than it did before. Their words were that they would have to charge me again because they can get away with charging the insurance company more than once and basically its not their problem that I paid cash. I know thats perfectly legal but it also explains why they dont have five stars because I wouldnt have a very good review either in my business if I wasnt willing to stand behind my work at all.

First off, I did the pre-work for my appointment all the insurance, NDAs etc.... Showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed. Immediately the front desk requested I fill out the exact same paperwork, again (not a good start, but ok?). I was then brought back into the exam room 45 minutes after first sitting down (yes, 1/2 hour past my appointment). People run late, its ok, not a good start but lets see how this goes.Dr. Anne came in, she talked for 4 minutes, tell me all about her running and vacations, etc... didnt examine me at all, no light, looking, nothing. Then asked a few questions about my symptoms, refereed me to another doctor in 7 minutes flat. Uhh, ok? Thats odd. Maybe exams are a different day? Maybe I did something wrong here?A month later, I was surprised to see a LARGE bill for those very expensive 7 minutes. I calculate her bill rate is $3,857.14 per hour, even higher if you dont consider listening to her vacation stories as part of the exam. A bit much for not accomplishing any resolution to my problem forget not actually examining me as a patient. I was better examined from a dentist, at least she LOOKED at my issue. Not even addressing the fact she was 30 minutes to her own appointment with no reasoning or apology, very disappointing.Do NOT visit, seek resolution elsewhere.

We have always had a great experience with Dr. Edmunds and her staff with office visits and surgeries. She has performed tonsillectomy and adenoid removal on both our children which has helped them substantially.

Dr Edmunds is great, but the front office/reception is horrible since Sharon left...Ive gotten better service at the VA; if you show up early for an appointment, they have a hissy fit. I wont be coming back - too many other places to go between here and Village Pointe.
