I scheduled my 87 year-old mother for a hearing exam. Not only is she blind, but her hearing is gone almost entirely in one ear, and very poor in the other. Dr. Kiner worked with my mom over several appointments, sending home different hearing aids until we found the perfect fit. They did not rush us and were extremely accommodating during the process. My mom had spent nearly $5,000 at Costco for hearing aids prior to this. They stopped working for her almost immediately. We were going in weekly and they continued to fail. Her quality of life has improved tremendously with the restoration of her hearing. Kristin (who scheduled and consulted with us) is extremely knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful with all of our questions. I appreciate their transparency regarding the pricing of their hearing aids. I highly recommend them!
