The team at Custom Hearing is kind and patient! They really care about the people they service. They are not pushy, very knowledgeable and trustworthy people. I have had my hearing tested here as well as have worked with them for several other events, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for hearing aids, hearing aid advice and/or maintenance, or even for getting a baseline hearing check done.

I learned a lot about my hearing loss and felt comfortable having them help me through the process of correcting it. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful.They were able to get my insurance to help out with the cost of the hearing aids as well which I was not expecting!!

I highly recommend Custom Hearing Solutions. I went for my first hearing test ever and found I have mild hearing loss. They explained the theory behind hearing loss and gave me several options to choose from. They were also very good about not pressuring me into anything I do not need. They explained all options and got me set up for a lifetime of improved hearing. Very good experience!

My wife and I received hearing aids about 2 months ago. We love them and they have made a difference both at home, work, and social gatherings. Very seldom is the word What ever spoken now. Also, the kids tell us that they cant hear the TV anymore at the front door. The staff are excellent. We have recommended Custom Hearing Solutions to our friends.

Great staff, very friendly, helpful and responsive. They were able to check for wax in my ears and I felt good about the hearing test and service I got from them. They verified that my insurance would cover my hearing aids and processed all of the paperwork for me. I love the way they look and how I can now understand people in a restaurants. If you have any questions about your ears or hearing, you need to work with this group!

This company is fantastic! March of 2019 our house on the elkhorn was hit hard by the flood and Custom Hearing Solutions helped those in our community and offered assistance repairing or replacing hearing aids.They made me feel beyond welcome throughout the whole experience and made sure that I was taken care of. From the friendly front desk staff, to the audiologists, they were genuine and cared.They not only changed my life giving me the ability to hear again with a brand new pair, they made sure I didnt have to add to my stress of having to replace my old pair out of pocket.

Buyer be ware. While the office vist and hearing test may have been satisfactory, my elderly mother was almost duped by this business. After the free hearing test they told her what we already knew...she needs hearing aids. They showed her 2 options and some payment plans at which point she called me. I put a hold on the whole process because I know her medicare plan covers most of the cost for the devices. I spoke to the gentleman who was helping her via phone while she was in the office. He said her plan (medicare) does not cover them. I knew that wasnt right so I told him to hold off. After talking to insurance we discovered her plan does cover the devices at about 5% of the cost they were about to charge her. The next day we called to see if we could get her hearing test results and were told they would release them for $150.00 fee. I then asked if they accept medicare plans for insurance and was told no they do not bill medicare. So all in all they should have said to my mother we dont accept your insurance here not your plan doesnt cover them.
