Scott Jones is very professional and takes good care of my needs. When I have a problem with my hearing aids he is quick with a solution and I appreciate his expertise. He also has a fine sense of humor which makes my visits most enjoyable.

Beltone hearing aids 83rd and Cass Street South side of the Street. They have parking in the rear with her wheelchair ramp for all those that are handicapped. I found upon reaching the door to enter the building you will be met by a friendly dog named peanuts please please take a few minutes to give him a belly rub he loves them 😍. The gentleman that I dealt with was named Scott you seem to be very professional and quite knowledgeable on what he is doing. He put you through a series of tests to test your hearing, he will then help you decide what type of hearing aid you like to have inner ear when hang over the ear it has three or four different choices. It does deal with Medicaid and insurance companies. That part of the business you will have to deal with with him. I rate this place a 9 on my Richter scale.

I have mild to moderate hearing loss, so I’m on the bubble as to whether or not I need a hearing aid. I went to Beltone in Omaha and worked with Dean, the owner. Dean helped me decide what kind of hearing aid would be best for me, and then allowed me to try it out for two weeks with no obligation. Although I decided to wait another two or three years before purchasing a hearing aid, the service provided by Beltone was nothing less than outstanding. I will definitely go back to Beltone when I’m ready for hearing aids. I highly recommend Beltone. I’m impressed!
